Evening office clerk gave our reservation to a completely different person shortly after we made the reservation and we were still six hours away. When we arrived, we were told to contact Travelocity as they showed no active pending reservations. They called us back inside stating our room was given away to someone with a similar name but wrong person. They would not pull our card info off that room and attach it to the new room, nor were we given any guarantee that damages to the other room wouldn’t come back against us. We were told the new room was free of charge as the other room was already booked and stayed in.
I have a lot of concerns about the check-in policy at this location. No confirmation of booking number or confirming card on booking or anything. Now someone else has a free room without any penalty of damages and we are taking the risk.
