The Reception made our Check-in process a breeze and allowed us to occupy our room right away before the stated time. Room 230 is spacious, away from elevators and faces the forest side of the property, with a terrace. It was very clean, but a bit too dark. Bed linens are embroidered, towels, mattress, and pillows are good quality. But, to my surprise, one towel was really thin and had six holes in it. The service at this hotel was above and beyond our expectations. For lunch, having the restaurant arranged for an event, a table was set up in minutes at the lobby, facing the pool for us. The food, presentation and service were the best we have had in a long time. The included buffet breakfast offers items for all tastes and/or diets. Dinner was a great experience as well and prices are more than reasonable for the quality and the service. The only critic is that they offer the same menu for both lunch and dinner. But with a two-night stay, we had the chance to try dishes we did not have for lunch. The Spa offers many types of services and treatments. Unfortunately, our short stay allowed us for just a small sample. The Spa space is beautiful, and the therapists were very good. As hotel guest you can get a discounted price. Parking is free for guests. We recommend this property and would love to go back for a longer Spa Vacation.

Hotel em excelentes condições para 3*, quartos bastante amplos, boa higiene, tem estacionamento e é bastante silencioso. As cortinas sao bastante grossas o que evita o desconforto solar logo ao nascer do sol, um ponto que para mim é bastante positivo uma vez que não consigo dormir em muitos hotéis por esse mesmo motivo. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Únicos contra: casa de banho fazia um barulho incomodativo por causa do autoclismo quando se descarregava, mas não trocamos por ser só uma noite. Ar condicionado com bastante pó, para quem sofre de alergias é complicado pois o quarto é quente mas o ar condicionado espalha muito pó pelo ar.

We are currently staying here, and I’m absolutely fuming. Have asked 5 times to resolve the no aircon issue- after they admitted at the reception that the central air was off! Apparently the maintenance man came to the room, nothing resolved. 2700€ for 3 nights in a hotel. Now supposedly resolved tmrw?? After mentioning at 1pm and now it’s 10pm. No offer to change our rooms. No offer for compensation. The nice receptionist has been able to do anything. And now, to top it all all… banging and moving of furniture of the Restaurant below and it’s almost midnight! How are we supposed to accept that we actually paid to stay here!?

Warm reception, delightful friendly and helpful staff throughout. Great breakfast choice in restaurant with views across the town to the wonderful castle. Nice little rooftop pool and bar. The mini apartment was great .... big comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen area and spacious lounge. All clean. Couldn't have asked for more especially at the orice. Really impressed.

Agradável estadia em Abril, no Eurosol Jardim, em Leiria. Quartos simpáticos e limpos. Foram muito atenciosos aquando da solicitação de uma cama extra para uma criança. Bom pequeno almoço com uma vista espetacular sobre o castelo de Leiria. De salientar a simpatia do staff e a sua disponibilidade.

O hotel ofereceu tudo o que precisávamos para uma boa estadia: excelente localização, atendimento perfeito, quarto confortável e limpo, garagem, minha cachorrinha pode estar conosco, apesar de estar localizado em área de movimento, não se escuta nada de dentro do quarto. Os funcionários são prestativos e muito educados. O hotel fica há 25 km de praias lindíssimas como Pedra do Ouro, uma hora de Lisboa e 1 hora e meia de Aveiro, ou seja, daqui se vai para muitos lugares em pouvo tempo. O melhor é o custo benefício, preço justo.

Second stay here, last one 2 years ago and delighted to say still superb. Standards are high from the first contact with reception staff, special mention to Tania who could not have been more helpful and charming. The staff go out of their way to give you the best stay. The manager took time out to talk to us and her attitude to guests and her own staff shines. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you for everything.
