Front desk person was not very friendly & many guests on our floor were loud which I would suggest quiet hours as hotel policy.

Took forever to check in, property was under construction, paid extra for breakfast and it was just microwaveable sandwiches and muffins, could hear everything through the walls, noises all night and day, pool and hot tub ****** , no parking, etc…..

The king suit with fold out bed was well designed to have open room for a family to not have awkward obstacle in your way.
My only issur i i thought i left my id 3 hours away at home and they were not willing to help, instead where quickly trying to cancel my reservation. Hotel policies but still felt belittled a bit until i realized my id was in my jacket i used for work that i luckily brought.
We had no hot water but didn't complain.

Rooms were extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, close to anything you may need, staff was kind and helpful and parking was easy.

This hotel was nice, Staff was super friendly, and bed was firm just like I like it. Updated appliances in room was a plus. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants, shopping, and leisure activities.

The bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked well. The floors in the elevators were spongey and made it feel sketchy. We could hear the person walking around the room on the floor above and could hear the activity of our immediate neighbor at 1 in the morning. Usually hotels are built so there is a little more noise blocking between the rooms. Seems like the builder cheaped out, enough options in the area I won't stay here again.
