It’s just a very average hotel - a bit old but clean and just okay for a brief stay.

Overall a great place to stay. Quite a convenient to stay considering it's between Old and Downtown Montreal.

Horrible experience. Can't adjust the AC so it was too cold at all times, and can't even open window to let hot air in. Asked every morning for 3 days to switch room but wasn't possible, and no compensation offered. Breakfast was also the most ghetto thing I've ever seen with garbage littered around everywhere and barely any food, so don't even bother going. Sorry but I can't recommend this to anyone.

2/10 is not clean at all

There were bedbugs and mold in our room. They would not move us to another room. We tried to leave and find another hotel but our car was parked in their parking lot and we were blocked by other cars so we couldn’t get out. We had no choice but to stay the night. We tried to reach management last night, but had no luck. And we had no luck trying to talk to management either. We’re trying to get a refund for the room through Trip.com. We were not successful at getting a refund for the $45 parking that we paid so we are going through our credit card company to fight it. We had to pay $250 deposit they gave us the receipt, but when we left, they would not give us a receipt for refunding that $250. We have been traumatized by this hotel and do not plan to use Trip.com again since they will not provide us with a refund. My wife was throwing up all night. This was a complete nightmare.

Will be staying there again very soon.

The entrance was not evident.

It's only a two-minute walk from the subway station, which is very convenient for doing things in the city. The breakfast in the morning is just bread, milk, juice and coffee. It's simple, but it's cost-effective.

Stayed in Montreal for 4 days and chose this hotel in downtown. It was quite comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator. There were no slippers. There is a bus terminal next to the hotel. You can take a 747 to the airport for $11. There are many homeless people and some drug ******* next to the hotel.

Objectively speaking, for this price and location, there is no need for service and environment. It seems that there is Hyatt not far away, but the price is completely different. But the most inappropriate thing about this hotel is that the front desk actually recorded my credit card number when I asked for a deposit. A few days later, the bank said that it suspected that my card was stolen and the card-not-present transaction failed. Fortunately, I did not believe her explanation and turned around to open the payment lock of the credit card, so there was no loss. During the entire trip, none of the hotels recorded my credit card information. They all swiped the card directly and froze it with the POS machine. This is the normal operation. You can figure out the rest yourself.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in during my business trip for more than ten days. The hotel is spacious and clean, and the front desk service attitude is good. It is convenient for travel. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good.
