My husband and I came to Mooloolaba to cycle around the area for 2 days and Oceans was the perfect place to stay. The location is ideal and our room was very comfortable with a lovely view, a comfy bed, a beautiful spacious bathroom, and nice furniture - so bright and sunny! It was so handy to have our own laundry machine and a kitchenette. We had a nice patio with table and chairs looking out to the ocean and we loved having happy hour there before going out to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner. The promenade out front of the hotel is so fun and vibrant - full of shops and restaurants for many blocks. It was very private. We only saw staff for check-in and check-out and they were very friendly and helpful. Our car was parked below in secure parking. And there was a grocery store about a block away. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We definitely would stay here again.

I had a girls' weekend away with 9 of my closest friends and family members. We booked the three-bedroom penthouse (AMAZING) and an oceanfront 2 bedroom unit (Beautiful). The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The upstairs area with the spa and huge balcony was fantastic and very, very private for a night of laughter and fun. Great location in the centre of Mooloolaba for some retail shopping and great food. I will definitely be going back with my husband and even another girls' getaway. LOVED IT!!

We have been to the Sunny Coast a few times. Mostly staying at Alexandra Headland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Landmark it is so close to everything. We had nice walks on the beach. Restaurants downstairs with views of the beach. We had a roof top Spa. Next time we will do a Bbq as Woolies is just around the corner to buy provisions. Our room was a little ’tired’ but views of the glass house mountains made up for that. We will be back.

Fantastic stay over Easter. We were in a non-ocean view apartment that still had a lovely view of the ocean, if blocked a little by surrounding apartment blocks. Service from the reception was fantastic with nothing too difficult. The Mantra itself is ideally located to make the most of the Mooloolaba strip. The apartment was really comfortable and had all the kitchen essentials for cooking when you can't be bothered going out. We even found there was a special path to the local Coles supermarket for hotel guests that made it so simple to go shopping. Will definitely be back to try an ocean view apartment.

Reception girls, very helpful and help anyway they can. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need . We had 2 x 3 Bedroom Apartmenst and Floor 6 and Floor 15 both are great views. Close to Surf Club, Shops Coles and Takeaways walking distance. Overlooking beach. Will definately return to this wonderful place.

Hotel is in a great location moments from everything. Room was basic but very clean and fresh. I did specifically book (and paid a little extra for) a water view as fancied sitting looking at the sea but on arrival found room although was on a higher floor was a hinterland view side. Casually mentioned it to reception but was told the higher floors are classed as water views even if they are on hinterland side as you can see the sea if you look round. True, if I hung over the balcony I did get a very slight glimpse of the sea! However view was still fairly nice and as I was only staying 1 night I didn’t make a fuss and accepted it. Carpark as people have noted very tight and saw a 4X4 get stuck getting round one of the corners on my way out. Apart from those items stay was nice and I would consider a stay again for the convenience (albeit being more specific if I wanted a water view that I’d paid for).
