Nous sommes arrivés pour une nuit et nous y sommes restés 5 nuits. Hôtel magnifique, accueil chaleureux un service de bagagiste. Top top👍👍👍👍Ils viennent chercher vos bagages à votre voiture et vous les dépose dans votre chambre. 👍👍parle très bien français. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuse nous avions une petite terrasse . Hôtel très propre que ce soit à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur, très bien entretenue, le personnel aux petits soins, très soucieux de notre bien-être , très aimable, très serviable. Nous y avons mangé au restaurant🍽️. La cuisine est très bonne. Très bon vin 🍷 Le petit déjeuner ☕️très complet, des viennoiseries, 🥐des céréales🌾🥣des 🍌 des 🍆 une centrifugeuse à notre disposition . Vraiment excellent 🤩 . La piscine 🏊‍♀️🏊magnifique en tant que client de l’hôtel. Nous avons une serviette mise à notre disposition à la piscine. Nous pouvons y manger. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournerons. Nos animaux 🐕🐾sont les bien venus et c’est vraiment un plus pour nous qui avons un petit chien que nous emmenons partout. Le top du top et que nous sommes à 20 minutes de Venise en train 🚂 . Le billet de train est de 2,55 € l’aller et la gare est tout près de l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement. 👏👏👏👏

This hotel has many problems. No special welcome as HHONORS Diamond Member. Don't take a shower in this hotel! The shower in the bathroom of our room was wrongly installed resulting in water flooding in our room and myself nearly been locked in the shower due to the shower door not moving properly. The toilet was not flushing properly either (resulting in a lot of noise). The reception seemed well aware of this problem which seems to exist since a long time (see other tripadvisor reviews). It is therefore utterly shocking that the Hotel checks in Diamond Elite members into a hotel room with a dysfunctional bathroom. We did get zero compensation for having been sold a room not in line with Hilton Standards (after complaining they brought some extra towels to put on the wet floor). The extra bed for our daughter had only a very tin matrass. The reception staff told us that they had not other extra beds. After lengthy discussions and complaining, a guy came to our room who was more helpful than the reception staff and found a normal matrass/roll away bed for our daugther (so clearly the reception staff had been lying to us about no other extra beds being available...). Some of the the common areas of the hotel are also in need for cleaning and have small dysfunctionalities like sockets wrongly (sideway) installed (see picture!) which is not acceptable for a Hilton hotel. The breakfast was good but it could not compensate for the substandard room we did receive which was clearly not in line with Hilton Standards and not a way to treat Diamond Elite Members. The least the hotel could do is to provide us a compensation for the substandard room they sold us (which they have refused so far)

Everything is beyond good , the service , the price !! The receptionist is very helpful with brilliant English !! If we come back Italy, definitely B&B hotel will be our choice again !

We stayed one overnight, check in was fast and easy, the room is comfy and clean, breakfast was pretty good, especially the espresso. The staff is also polite and professional. Absolutely recommended.

Es un hotel en un entorno agradable, vacacional. Las instalaciones en general, necesitan una mejora: algunos marcos de las puertas están deterioradas, así como los muebles de la habitación, las paredes están rozadas… Es un hotel sin ascensor, importante tenerlo en cuenta aunque sólo tiene 3 alturas. El servicio es muy amable, en especial, Patrizia, la recepcionista del hotel, pero es verdad que se intuye que hay falta de personal. El desayuno es bastante correcto. Tienen parking gratuito.La piscina es quizá el espacio más agradable del hotel. Además de las hamacas de alrededor, tienen una explanada con césped con más hamacas y un chiringuito. Echamos de menos que el horario de la piscina no fuera más extenso, cierran a las 7. Nosotros veníamos de Florencia y para nuestras hijas fue una gozada disfrutar de una tarde de descanso en la piscina del hotel para coger fuerzas para visitar al día siguiente Venecia. Justo al lado del hotel un autobús de línea te lleva hasta Venezia en 45 min, tienen mucha frecuencia de paso. En el hotel puedes comprar los billetes y ver los horarios. Recomendable.

We booked the hotel to be close to family and the hotel is a little gem…. With a little history thrown in Rooms are simple but nice Service excellent Breakfast was handled really well in these difficult times … selection of fresh juices, cereals, pastries, eggs , ham, cheeses, hoe made cakes and some lovely Italian coffees to start the day … sit in the outside area and it’s a great way to start the day before you stroll around the castle grounds and have more coffee in one of the little cafes Will return!!
