We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

Выбрали этот отель скорее из любопытства, так как в начале года были в отеле напротив и хотелось сравнить. Ценовая категория примерно одинаковая. Бронировали через сайт отеля, кстати, очень приятный сайт, интуитивно понятный, ничего лишнего и информация наглядная. За раннее бронирование скидка 15%. Обязательно проверьте раздел Спецпредложения перед бронированием. Мы выбрали номер Стандарт с панорамным видом на МИД и реку. Приехали вечером, около 9, так как мы зарегистрировались заранее онлайн, то при заселении только показали паспорта для проверки и сразу получили ключ-карту. Карта нужна не только для доступа в номер, но и в лифте. Номер был на 16 этаже. Первым делом в номере проверили вид и, конечно, это было не то, на что мы рассчитывали при бронировании. Учитывая, что устали, да и приезжали по работе, так что в номере особо сидеть не приходилось, решили не идти и не менять номер. Если будете бронировать этот отель, то выбирайте вид на сити. Мы брали вид на сити в отеле напротив и Золотое кольцо выбирали именно с расчетом на то, что из него вид в сторону центра должен быть лучше, ошиблись. Сам номер просторный, кровать большая и удобная, есть где разместить вещи. Не совсем понятно расположение зеркала у окна, логичнее его было бы разместить ближе к двери. Есть кофейный набор, чайник, конечно, подустваший. В ванной ванна, есть весы, стульчик и нескользящий коврик, полотенец достаточно, также набор всего необходимого. Уборка хорошая, все как надо, здесь без вопросов. Воду, чай, кофе пополняли исправно. Завтраки не брали, вокруг очень много мест, куда можно сходить. Но отметили, что цены на заказ еды в номер вполне приемлемые. Какого-то очень вежливого обращения нет, при заселении девушка на ресепшн даже не сказала, что в лифте нужно использовать карту. Только на входе всегда здороваются, это приятно. Как итог, в целом, отель хороший, именно такое впечатление и производит, вроде и не совсем плохо, но и сверх чего-то нет. После поездки дали промокод на следующую, возможно, попробуем отель снова летом.

I use to stay more than 100 nights a year in hotels worldwide. I am also a regular guest of the Ritz Carlton Moscow. The level of commitment and customer service of all the staff of this hotel is simply outstanding and second to none. To just give you an idea: at my current stay I caught a severe cold. 2 members of the exceptional Lounge team recognized my sickness and arranged for a ginger tea, cookies and a warming blanket brought to my room, together with an accompanying card (see photo). I have never experienced any other hotel in the world with such caring staff. They really always make me feel home away from home.

I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.

I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

Очень много атмосферных ресторанчиков и стильных магазинчиков в пешей доступности. Сам отель расположен в здании классического для Москвы начала прошлого века стиле. Широкие лестницы, большие окна, просторные холлы - много воздуха , одним словом. Сам номер уютный и тёплый, что имеет для меня первостепенное значение в зимний сезон. Отель очень и очень хороший! Номера просторные, с шикарными видами, все ухоженные, всё целое, чистота идеальная, полотенца, халаты и постельное белье высочайшего качества и чистейшие. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

Всё в пешей доступности: метро, супермаркет, достопримечательности. - тишина (не считая гул от Арбата, но при закрытых окнах норм) Даже не минусы, а особенности: -завтраки в Шоколаднице в выходные дни начинаются в 10.00. Просто учитывайте этот факт, если вы ранние пташки или нужно в 8.00 кормить ребенка) Завтраки достойные, выбор есть. Отмечу, что т.к. у нас был ранний вылет, нам пошли навстречу и сделали ланч-боксы (блинчики, сырники, что очень приятно) - цена ”кусается”, но на мой взгляд, учитывая расположение и общий уровень сервиса, нисколько не завышена для Москвы. Итог: спасибо большое! Рекомендуем вас)

Not only friendly, but especially helpful for someone who does not come often to Moscow. The location is great, the recommendations are fantastic, the hotel has a partnership with a close-by fitness center. However we had two experiences unique. I had to clean my clothes and ....they took everything and did it for free. This is unique. We had to let several gifts, and packages including swiss chocolate, some jewelry and medicine, for friends who would come at the hotel while we were outside. Everything was given. Honesty, Courtesy, and lots of support during our stay define Arbat 6, with all the top quality you can find in your bedroom.

Обновляют бутылочки с водой. Из небольшого дискомфорта - ванная комната маленькая, не очень удобная да и приборы в дешевой кабине не мешало бы обновить. Туалетные принадлежности качественные, что приятно. Убирают на четверочку. Завтрак очень достойный, хотя, может и дороговат (1700 рублей). Но еда разнообразная, на разный вкус, хорошие сыры, фрукты. В целом, несмотря на небольшие минусы, соотношение локации, цены и качества - оптимальное!! Буду останавливаться еще.

Номер был со свежим ремонтом и укомплектован всем необходимым. Т.к. отель расположен в самом центре, то было очень удобно добираться до всех знаковых мест столицы. С удовольствием приедем снова.
