Когда приезжаем в Москву всегда останавливаемся в отеле Савой. Интерьер отеля очень красивый, как будто находишься в 19 веке. Вкусные завтраки. Прекрасное расположение, до Красной Площади 15 минут, до ЦУМа -5 минут. Были в августе 2023 года, вечером вокруг отеля много дискотек на улице, живая музыка. Спасибо Веронике (на рецепшене) за быстрое решение вопроса в два часа ночи. Обязательно вернемся в этот отель.

We (4 ladies) stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe King Room (40 m²). A Deluxe room is a larger guest room than the superior one. This room was very comfortabale and well designed. The bathroom was large and well equipped. There is a towel warmer & electric rack dryer for a quick wash. Etro toiletries are provided daily. The Breakfast is great with large variety. I really liked the semolina porridge; it was light and tasty; and the Benedict (well poached) eggs served on soft English muffin with (NOT so eggy flavored) hollandaise sauce was perfect. St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya is the only hotel in the centre of Moscow offering full Butler Service to every guest of every room type. My butler was the sweet and amazing, Mr. Yousef. Back in December 2017 , we spent our New Year Count Down in Moscow and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. (During that time the hotel was under major renovation) Our first impression: we booked for a regular room for 3 of us but at our arrival, the lady (seem to be the Front Manager) at the counter offered us the free upgrade to the renovated wing.....thank you so much. That was quite surprise us but when we accessed into the room it’s even more surprised me for its cosy luxury interior. This hotel is one of the best hotel I ever stayed - all the details in the room is as exquisite as the other ultra luxury hotels I experienced. It’s even 4 years back but I still remember well for the LOMONOSOV coffee/tea set that they use (one of the high-end porcelain brand I love and be using at home too). + Crystal wine glass + Nespresso Machine + KitchenAid Kettle + plentiful mineral drinking water. Wi-Fi is super fast (as recalled). Back then there was some situations in Europe and Moscow during that time is full with soldiers. However the hotel’s securities guard remember us well and helped telling the soldier that we are the hotel’s guests when we tried to access the perimeter to the hotel. Not to mention the location itself is great ,right next to Bolshoi , TSUM shopping mall and subway. On the departure day, due to the securities perimeter that blocked all the car to access to the hotel - the hotel staff managed to help us find the nearest spot where our limo can pick us to the airport. The most regretful thing that keep bothering my mind is I cannot remember the name of the lady at the counter who granted us the upgrade that made our stayed in Moscow is another remarkable memory......Thank you once again here. And would there be any chances that I could visit Moscow again - I would definitely stay at this Metropol again.

The staff are respectful and serve you in an excellent way, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, the services in the hotel lobby such as the presence of an ATM and money exchange service, the rooms are of good size, the furniture is good, the location of the hotel is very excellent and in my opinion one of the best hotels in Moscow.

В целом, отель очень понравился. Супер удобные номера, хорошая уборка, гель для душа, шампуни любимой фирмы. Местоположение отличное, не шумно. Единственный минус - был очень плохой интернет в номере. На ресепшене нам говорили, что скоро наладят, но глюки в работе так и были. Завтраки в отеле УЖАСНО дорогие. Брали сырники, каши и яйцо Бенедикт. По вкусу неплохо, но без особого оформления и дополнительных топпингов, чего очень не хватало. Делали завтрак ОЧЕНЬ ДОЛГО. Не советую, лучше сходить в другое заведение. Не смотря на достаточно весомые грехи, в отель мы ещё вернёмся!

Отель попросил написать отзыв, штош ))) Итак срок проживания в отеле 10 дней. При бронировании в стоимость номера входил завтрак, не помню акция это была или «фича по дефолту», однако это было важным критерием при поиске отеля. Не очень хотелось по утрам куда - то бежать, где можно позавтракать быстро и вкусно. Отель расположен в ультра удобном месте для туриста, да наверное и для делового человека, так как станция метро Китай - город в этом же доме, до Красной площади 10 минут от номера неторопливым променадом, а количество и гастронаправленность «едален» и питейных заведений на ул. Маросейка превышает все ваши возможные голодные и хмельные фантазии. Напротив отеля есть храм (он иногда благостно звенит) и супермаркет Eurospar, где можно приобрести все необходимое (даже готовую еду). Но вернемся к отелю. Здание историческое, лифта нет и его не будет никогда, но это не страшно потому что 4 этаж это не высоко, а именно там был наш номер категории стандарт. Если хотите можете оставить багаж на первом этаже (reception на втором) и его, наверное принесут (так написано у входа внизу). Обслуживающий персонал и особенно администратор максимально дружелюбны (здороваются каждый раз когда вы проходите мимо) и помогают в решении любых задач, нам например помогли решить не связанную с отелем проблему 👍. Номер категории стандарт расположен в мансарде под крышей, он весьма стандартен для «звездности» отеля и удивил милым мансардным окном. В номере сейф, шкаф, кондер, телевизор, холодильничек, пару чашек и пару стаканов и брендированная бутылка с ежедневно доливаемой туда питьевой водой. Чистота в номере и частота смена полотенец и белья кровати на пять звезд👍. В качестве бесплатного фана, пару дней номер дарил аккустические стоны темпераментной женщины за стеной, в разное время суток. 🤣В ванной была проблема - там напрочь отсутствуют полочки и крючки для вашего скарба. Все, что вы привезли с собой, можно разместить только на раковине размером с тарелку для второго блюда. Но учитывая, что на ней уже стоит мыльница с мылом полезная площадь сокращается до паски сигарет. Владельцам электрических зубных щеток нужно быть осторожными ☝️ из-за их веса, у стакана для щеток, прикрученного к стене вышибает дно и технологичный девайс для рта падает на пол как парашютист в Советском колхозе. Полотенца в отсутствие крючков всегда заталкиваешь на батарею. В ванной регулярно докладывают мини шампуни, гели для душа и есть одноразовые тапочки. Короче, от номера остались только положительные впечатления и все описаное выше исключительно позитив. 👍 И вот теперь следует вернутся к началу отзыва, и поговорить…о завтраке. Да, я понимаю, что отель расположен в историческом центре и наверное средний срок пребывания в нем около 3 дней. Но мой постой длился 10 суток и я в полной мере смог ощутить особенности включенного завтрака. Кстати тех, кто не купил завтрак сразу с номером (или ему не прикрепили его к номеру по акции) перед кафе зазывает доска с надписью мелом о завтраке по системе

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

Расположение потрясающее, все прилегающие улицы- бесконечные музеи архитектуры разных времён и стилей. Любая прогулка - услада для души и глаз. Очень много атмосферных ресторанчиков и стильных магазинчиков в пешей доступности. Сам отель расположен в здании классического для Москвы начала прошлого века стиле. Широкие лестницы, большие окна, просторные холлы - много воздуха , одним словом. Сам номер уютный и тёплый, что имеет для меня первостепенное значение в зимний сезон. Кровати супер, неожиданно удобные отель маленький домашний все чистенько доступна гладильная доска, микроволновка, третий этаж исторического здания. Метро 1 минута, и конечно расположение самое сердце столицы. Без пафоса и пантов, особенно отмечаем завтраки , подают в номер , жили 5 дней не разу не было повтора, каждый день все новое и необыкновенно вкусно .Виктория супер, нет вопроса которые не смогла решить всегда на месте. Неожиданно что в мини отеле увидели такой сервис, спасибо большое , теперь только к Вам. Советуем всем своим родным и друзьям.

I stayed for two nights on my way to St Petersburg. Booked standard room for points as a Guest of Honor of my husband who is a Globalist with Hyatt. Was upgraded to a King Bed Deluxe on the arrival. And had a breakfast included due a GoH stay. Both were nice, as the hotels in Moscow are particularly pricey. The room was great. Very spacious, very clean, with huge nice bathroom. Had room service dinner on the first night, as arrived to the hotel kind of late, and was tired. The food was great and was very nicely presented. The breakfasts in the restaurant downstairs were great too: nice variety with some Armenian flavor (at least I think so :))) The service was great at the breakfast too. I arranged transportation through the hotel to take Sapsan train on the departure. It was pricey as you would expect. But I wanted sure thing, as taxis in Moscow can be hit or miss. And I got a great experience with very nice, courteous and professional driver in a Mercedes car. Overall, great experience. Definitely would be our go to hotel next time in Moscow.
