My family recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, specifically because we have 3 children (including a baby) so we wanted a suite type room for the extra space and a kitchenette, particularly for the baby’s bottles/food. Overall: The good: Nearly all members of the staff from maintenance to the front desk were incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. Despite some minor wear and tear the room was fairly clean when we checked in* (see below on this caveat) save for a few finger prints on the sliding divider between the desk and the bedroom. The lobby was very nice, clean, and the offered breakfast pretty comprehensive - there was definitely something for everyone. We ate breakfast downstairs on a very busy Saturday morning so things did run out, but the staff refilled everything quickly and kept the area very clean and tidy despite the large number of people. (I would just recommend doubling the coffee canisters that get put out as they ran out very quickly!) The not great: Our room was comically small. Between kids and suitcases we were constantly tripping over something. Honestly I think the room we had was no larger than a regular hotel room, it just had more furniture in it. We brought a pack & play for our baby to sleep in and had no room to set it up other than in the closet (which baby did NOT care for). The one side of the one bed was broken so it sank down if we sat on that corner and our fridge was more like a freezer - it froze everything you put in it. That said, we didn’t have time to report any of these issues, so perhaps they could have been addressed had we done so. My biggest gripe though was the lack of housekeeping services. We checked in Friday and checked out on Monday and our room was not cleaned/tidied even once. Upon making the reservation it was made clear that rooms were cleaned every other day, but when I inquired I was told that it was “really more like every 3 days” and either way, housekeeping was no longer there. It was annoying to have to make the beds at a hotel, but also incredibly frustrating that the bathroom was never cleaned, toilet paper never re-stocked, and our 2 trash cans were literally overflowing. We had also requested extra towels with our reservation but arrived to find only 3 sets (for a room that could have slept 6). I’ve literally never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide daily housekeeping - let alone no housekeeping for a 3 night/4 day stay. Lastly - this is on me for not reading the room descriptions more closely but be advised that the rooms do NOT have a kitchenette, just a very small mini-fridge and microwave which did not meet our needs at all. All in all, our stay was ok, and honestly, this is probably the best hotel option in the Cherry Hill area that we could find - but the lack of housekeeping was definitely problematic, it just didn’t seem up to Marriott standards.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, and we cut our stay short due to an incident that happened at our door room. A skittish man, who apparently was not a guest at the hotel, had free access to the hallways and was standing at our door for around 10 minutes. Anyway, it was such a scary situation, and the hotel manager did not take the situation seriously after we had reported the incident three times at the front desk. On top of that, we found out there aren't any cameras in the hallway. Do they really take security that seriously as he said? The only positive thing about the hotel was the outstanding service we got from the front desk employees, such as Michael, Tammy, and Rebecca to mention a few.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel because everything else was either booked or way over priced. The 1st room we checked into had what appeared to be dried feces stuck to the toilet bowl.. when we called and explained someone needed to come and clean the room they told us to come back to checkin and they gave us a different room. In this room we found black mokd-like grunge around the tub/shower, a mini fridge that didn't close because of the frost build up on the freezer, the cover of the heater/ac control was on the floor and no longer attached to the unit. The microwave had a huge dent in the which looked like someone hit it with a baseball bat. The bed spread had several hole which appeared to be burn holes in a ”non smoking” room. There was no blanket only the nasty bed spread and the sheet. The pillows were like worn out matzas. Our complaints fell on deaf ears when we explained the issues at checkout. This place should be condemned or a new management staff hired. Matias. On you for allowing people to stay in such horrid conditions.

The staff was super friendly, every single one of them. Spacious rooms and walls are very sound proof. My only qualm is I wish the had better lighting. Soft white light bulbs should be used and if they had a dimmer switch on one would be nice.
