Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

Highly recommend staying here. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel building is full of character. The location was perfect for us, close to everything that we wanted to do

Hotel is decent..no issues at all..checkin is super fast..booked from MakeMyTrip..It’s 15 min away from Airport..I took the Auto from Airport costing Rs 170 but for that you need walk until Auto Stand.. I stayed here for day as my flight was at midnight.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai, located near the airport. The location was convenient for my early morning flight. major disappointment was the food. The options were limited and the prices were exorbitant. I understand that this is a luxury hotel, but even by those standards, the prices were too high. I opted to have most of my meals outside the hotel to avoid overspending on food.

This hotel is very close to the airport. Everything about the room was beautiful. I really loved my stay there and the staffs were so nice. If you have early flight to catch up, you should stay in here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

None of the plugs worked. I waited for 20 min waiting on the door of the room because also the phone was out of service. Moreover the bathroom has door hard to close, all water split out. A nightmare. Moreover, the guy took my card into a room without my permission. Crazy

Quite an alright hotel. I will probably stay again for convenience and nearby Mumbai Station. The staff are very friendly. The walls are not sound proof so light sleepers like me may have trouble falling asleep, but then again that's Mumbai!

Very very bad property … I stay 2nd time , first time I stay here for whole 1year with our bussiness group members . We have here 3 rooms and stay for 1year but that time & now too much changes and differences. That time Rooms very well clean and staff services 5* but this time , I got room with no door bell working & no shower working. I complained so they say just hold for few sec or min shower valve once it hold than you can take shower easily but not say I do change your room. 2nd major issue for not stay in this property is visitor are not allow & outside food not allow areee if JW , Holiday inn , etc iconic property allow visitors even Indian hotels associations & Maharashtra hotels associations policy say if visitors provide them ID on receptions than allow them to visit in rooms but this property is against policy, even international property allow visitors , Double M Square by Hilton dubai allow 3 visitor to visit the room at anytime but condition is provide your id on reception but this property not follow hotel associations rule & policy. I m not staying next time for sure & who read my reviews please don’t stay here . After upto you.

I wish to extend my thanks to the mangement and Specially Mr. Nehad Toufeeq for taking care of our stay at Oriental Aster on May 26th 2024. It was a business meet & it met the expectation as desired.. Good Internet, Clean room, food was really outstanding & much more... The hotel looks really well maintained and has a decent amenities that a guest can expect. The cleanliness is immaculate & meets close to the 4 star category standards. Overall the staff is very cooperative & polite right from Front Office (Prasad) , Housekeeping & F&B Service (Uday Parulekar) my best wishes to the entire team of Oriental aster for acheiving and setting good standards in the Industry.
