More than perfect. From arrival check-in to checkout everything was gorgeous. Others say that it’s cheaper outside but I got 300% service, happiness and quality for what I paid. You’re assisted with a private butler 24/7 and she’ll take care of all your needs in a minute or 2. The main experience ( for me) is that you don’t need to worry about your time. Unlimited entries and nothing to carry along with you while you’re walking and climbing a lot. The room is spotless and easy to reach from any part of the scenic area. Heating systems and smart facilities are among the amazing features of the price. Floor heating system is my first experience in while China. When you wake up next morning, the breakfast is ready for you with plenty of quality varieties buffet style to enjoy. Next year same season, I’ll be visiting this hotel again but this time for 2 nights

This guesthouse is located right inside the scenic area, and our stay included admission tickets and breakfast. The architecture blends seamlessly with the beautiful surroundings; every step offers a new picturesque view, making it feel like a wonderland. The only slight letdown was that the water in our room was cold on the first day, making it impossible to wash up. Thankfully, the staff handled it promptly and moved us to a different room the next day.

I came to play on May Day and booked this hotel. Although it was a holiday, the price was very suitable. The hotel is very large, decorated very attentively and upscale, with scenery everywhere and a swimming pool. The breakfast is also very rich. In short, it is worth it! Xiao Xie at the front desk is very warm and considerate, and actively helps to solve problems. Thumbs up👍👍👍

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

Only staying one night in Nanchang, I found online that Shangri-La Nanchang is considered the best in the city, so I didn't hesitate to book a river view room. The hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff proactively upgraded me to an executive room upon check-in, which deserves a big thumbs up 👍. The room was very spacious, with a classic, 'old money' vibe. The staff's service-mindedness was excellent, especially Sisi, who deserves commendation. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nanchang. Highly recommended!

Giving it a full 5 stars! Because my wish to photograph the Pavilion of Prince Teng in the morning, noon, and evening came true! I booked a room with a view of the side pavilion and river (there were no other room types available when I booked), and it was also beautiful! But if a main pavilion river view room was available, I would have paid the extra 99 to upgrade! The service was excellent; they answered and resolved every question. The surrounding area is also great, within walking distance to all the snack streets~ Taxis are also very easy to catch! The only strange thing is, why do the free postcards provided by the hotel for check-ins feature the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower in France? Is it an advertisement? A blend of Chinese and Western cultures?

Walking around the hotel in the morning and evening, every design point is very pleasing to the eye. There is also an outdoor play area, which is very suitable for the whole family. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, the variety selection is very rich, and the taste of the products is also suitable for guests from the north and the south. It can be felt that the chef team has solid skills and careful design. The room facilities are very new, the supplies are exquisite, the small details are very well done, and there is a large garden terrace. Sitting on the terrace for a rest is very freehand. The service is the biggest highlight. From the moment the car is parked and the door is opened, the sincerity of the service can be felt. It is not the kind of false industrial enthusiasm, but the smile and warmth from the heart. The front desk, guest rooms, restaurants, and even the uncle at the door of the gym on the first floor are all very professional and sincere, and the warm feeling of home is at home. When I left, I forgot to take the power bank plugged in the socket. Miss Liu Jinfei contacted and sent it back very considerately. Thank you very much. Our weekend getaway at the Hampton by Hilton Yingtan was truly unforgettable. The hotel boasts a serene and elegant environment, with a charming park surrounding it. The lobby's extensive library creates a tranquil and comfortable resort atmosphere. The hygiene standards are rigorously maintained; our room was impeccably cleaned, the bedding was changed daily, and the bathroom facilities were spotless, making the air feel exceptionally fresh. The service was thoughtful and attentive, from the warm welcome at check-in to the complimentary fruit during our stay. Every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, including a wide array of exercise equipment, and the restaurant offers a rich and delicious menu. What truly stands out is the hotel's unique location, offering both a distant view of the mountains and proximity to the commercial center, perfectly balancing leisure and shopping needs.

This hotel is super close to Dashiyuan, and you can find several popular influencer spots nearby. It's about a ten-minute walk to Tengwang Pavilion, though a bit further from the subway station. The room was exceptionally clean, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good; I didn't even realize the ladies were already doing square dancing downstairs until I left in the morning! I booked a river-view room, and I could see both Tengwang Pavilion and Bajiang Bridge, which was fantastic. The only downside was the heavy smog these past two days.

Very satisfied with all aspects, the breakfast is very rich, the lemonade in the lobby is delicious, there is a gym on the 5th floor, but we are going to Wugong Mountain so we don't need to use any energy, haha. When checking out, the lady at the front desk saw that we were wearing outdoor clothes and knew that we were going to climb the mountain, and gave us fans and fans, which is very considerate.
