The hotel was great. Close to the aiport, superb pool and restaurant. Amazing room, the staff were very helpful and even transferred me for my early flight. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years I was immensely impressed by the professionalism and upgrade they offered me. I wish I had a chance to stay with them longer. 10/10 would recommend, well worth it!

Large and comfortable room with big balcony overlooking the beach. No problem at all getting sun loungers, towels provided by the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for seafront restaurants.

We selected this hotel for its proximity to the airport. It was a quick 10 minute walk from the airport. The staff was friendly. After 24 hours in transit we were looking forward to a hot shower. No disappointment here. The shower was hot. The rooms were bright and clean. We enjoyed a cold local beer in the cafe. The breakfast buffet included a great variety of cheese , meat, fruit and breads. Lots to choose from. The only downside was the night time traffic noise but it doesn’t matter where you are close to the airport, you will encounter this. I highly recommend this hotel

Located near the airport terminal, the building is a work of art in itself. The staff is very kind and helpful. Speaks English perfectly. Large comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious but the water outlet from the shower could be better. The warm water also had to wait for a while.

Прекрасный отель. Отдыхали с 19 по 30 сентября 2024 года. Не хотелось уезжать. При заезде оказалось, что номера, который мы бронировали, не было в наличии, и нам повысили категорию номера до самого наилучшего- двухкомнатного номера площадью более 50-ти метров с террасой тоже 50 метров- с шезлонгами, огромным зонтом, обеденным столом и небольшим столиком с креслами. И никакой доплаты! За это отдельное спасибо менеджменту отеля. Завтрак очень хороший. Всё есть. Яичница, омлеты, выпечка, овощи, фрукты, ветчины, колбасы, сыры, сосиски, печёные кабачки и баклажаны. Прекрасный кофе всех видов из кофе машины. До моря нужно немного прогуляться около 400-500 метров по тенистой аллее из туй- приятно идти, пахнет хвоей и нет палящего солнца. Прекрасный большой песчаный пляж с лежаками и зонтами. На ресепшен также выдают полотенца или покрывала для пляжа/бассейна. Всё бесплатно. Море с пологим входом, долго достаточно мелко, зато вода всегда тёплая, даже после дождя. Расположение примерно в 30-ти километрах от Тираны и в 30-ти километрах от Дурреса. Если хотите ездить смотреть природу/достопримесательности, нужно будет взять автомобиль напрокат. В шаговой доступности было 3 ресторана: Gambero- лучший. Еда чисто итальянская, и везде одинаковая. Одинаково вкусная. Рыба, морепродукты, мясо, паста, пицца, салаты. Вино есть домашнее. Пиво местное вкусное, хотя я и не любитель. Есть и импортное. Также ресторан работает и в самом отеле. То же, но цены подороже. Иногда не работал. Магазины. Есть 3 магазина : прямо за углом отеля (Eco), в соседнем посёлке Lura3 (ok) и «на пыльной дороге» (лучший, самый богатый выбор - есть сыры, фрукты, паштеты,недорогое вино, правда, итальянское- местных вин нигде не было замечено), можно пройти через «помоечный лес», но там тоже весьма грязно. Отель однозначно рекомендую, наверное он в этой стране один из лучших, если не самый лучший. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество.

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room. The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station. The rooms are cleaned every day, cleaned thoroughю The hotel is located on the 1st line between the highway and the beach, so that the rooms have 2 views: overlooking the sea, pedestrian sidewalk and restaurant and overlooking the picturesque mountain and noisy busy motorway. The hotel has its own beach, clean and well-maintained, it is cleaned every morning, with free sunbeds and beach umbrellas, the hotel also provides beach towels. The hotel also has its own swimming pool, it is quite small, but the kids who are afraid to swim in the sea love it, the pool area is equipped with sunbeds during the day (which are not many) and which are removed in the evening and made into a restaurant area. The hotel has its own underground parking, not a big for a maximum of 20 cars, so when the hotel is fully occupied, I think there will be problems with parking, I didn’t notice parking security, access from the street is free Between the hotel and the beach there is a pedestrian street, along this pedestrian street there are many different restaurants and small shops. We had a room with a sea view, the room was clean and tidy and comfortable, it so happened that my 9-year-old daughter was not mention in reservation, but this did not cause problems during check-in, an extra bed was quickly prepared for her in the room, providing bed linen and towels. The hotel is presented as a 4-sters, but there are no bathrobes in the room, as is the case in ordinary hotels with 4 stars. And another thing that surprised me, there are not teas and coffees facilities, not at all, not even glasses in the room, although bottled water is provided every day, probably the hotel management believes that tourists comes with their own glasses or likes drink directly from bottles. On the first day, upon check-in, I called to the reception desk, asking to bring glasses, they brought them, but the next day, they were taken away during cleaning. I called to reception again and the glasses were brought again and the next day they were removed again and this continued until we left. The hotel doesn't have their own laundry, so they take the laundry to some laundromat in town. I handed over our clothes for washing, they promised to return them to me the next morning, in the end they returned them after 55 hours, when I had already resigned myself to the idea that I would not see my things again. However, probably as a relief for the inconvenience, I was not billed for the laundry. The hotel has a strange air conditioning system, as soon as the door on the balcony opens, the air conditioner turns off, to turns it on you have to closed the door and off again, if someone likes to enjoy with sea view on the balcony, those in the room have to put up with the heat. We holidayed in Cyprus late September, early October. Whilst we didn’t actually stay at the hotel (we wish we had!) we did have lovely evening and a first class dinner in the restaurant. Having reserved a table in advance, on arrival, we parked in the underground car park . Reception directed us to ‘The Deck’ at the rear of the hotel where we were greeted warmly by the Maitre de and several of the staff before being shown to our table. Although dark (we were not able to appreciate the sea view) the intimate atmosphere and our attentive server, Vasilis, more than compensated. Live music provided by an accomplished trio also added to the occasion. As for the all important food; once ordered, service was excellent food presented to our table by the chef! It was superb - we could not fault it in any way. A full 5 stars.

離機場真的很近，出門右轉就能看得到建築上的店名，穿過馬路就是大門（但這一面沒有店名需注意）。酒店空間和客房都很寬敞，我訂的三人間有一個1.8的大床和2個單人床。就是樓上房間Wi-Fi信號不太好，越往上往邊上信號越弱，家人原在3樓的房間衹能換到1樓（實際2樓）靠中間較小的房間。服務還不錯，前台美女很熱情、房間吹風機壞了通知客房服務説讓打前台，打前台後很快就送來了。早餐比較豐盛，是行程中最好的，不愧國際連鎖品牌。

Style. Extraordinary Albergo Diffuso (scattered hotel). The first in Albania Setting. Time travel within confines of Kruja Castle Explore. Mountain town Kruje. Hiking in the area. Museum on site to learn all about Albania’s legends Rooms. Was in a upstairs room, lovely balcony with views of the gorgeous castle. Room had a mini fridge so you can store cold drinks. @ the hotel. Parking is near bazaar outside castle. I had no idea where to park and had luggage with me but called and the owner Olsi Pengili came out to help me. Skipping checkin formalities was a relief after the long trip from Hong Kong to Albania. Sunset right in front of the hotel was magical and the whole Albergo Diffuso project Olsi is going through to restore and preserve this area is exceptional. The day I left, I had a punctured tire and the Hertz car did not have a spare, Olsi saved the day, a car mechanic showed up and fixed my tire on the spot! Food & drinks. No restaurant yet but plenty nearby. Originally wanted to go to Restorant Bardhi but ended up at Kroi, where they have fantastic staff, including the one that alerted me to my tire. Prices. US$88 Rating. 5/5 great experience

The hotel is great, new and well-kept, everywhere is very clean and beautiful. The rooms are equipped with good air conditioning and a fridge, and there are great curtains thanks to which you can sleep well even during the day because the sun does not dazzle :) in the evenings and during the day there is a beautiful view from the balcony. The restaurant is also great, the smoothie was delicious but the best was the new dish with veal ribs and mushroom risotto, it was the best thing I ate in Durres!!! The service in this hotel is at the highest level, they speak excellent English, everyone is very nice and incredibly cultured, they are constantly smiling and take care of every guest, I have never met such nice and friendly people in my country. I recommend it with all my heart!!!!❤️
