I recently had an exceptional stay at Taj Land's End. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and breathtaking views made it a truly memorable experience. The staff's attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for an indulgent and delightful stay.

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

Hotel is very near to airport and a comfortable stay. Rooms are very neat and arranged. They are not providing toilet / bath soap and essentials like toothpaste, brush, shampoo etc. But provided with bodywash in a dispenser. Towels and bedsheets were neat and clean. Breakfast is complimentary and not much varieties, but reasonable.

Very comfortable stay with a good view of the city. The service is top-notch with a great smile on all the staffs' faces. I liked the surprise cake in the room as it was our wedding night.

It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

The hotel exceeded all expectations - from the luxurious amenities to the exceptional customer service, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!

The Italian restaurant very good the service also very good nothing can go wrong out here.

Quite an alright hotel. I will probably stay again for convenience and nearby Mumbai Station. The staff are very friendly. The walls are not sound proof so light sleepers like me may have trouble falling asleep, but then again that's Mumbai!

Firstly, the location is perfect for travelers who want easy access to the airport. It only took me about 10 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. This saved me a lot of time and hassle, especially since I had an early morning flight. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop restaurant cum bar at T24 Residency. The atmosphere was fantastic, with live music and a beautiful view of the city. The food was also exceptional.
