The hotel services are great. Reception is supportive and provides all the info we ask regardless of the hotel or the national park. They also make me a noodle on my birthday. As a scenic lover, The view is amazing. Truth to be told, no hotel around here beat Dainn Hotel which is locate at the front of this area (Siguniang mountain with river with nothing in between ie. Building). But !!! beside Siguniang view, this hotel offer another view of this area, opposite side of Dainn with almost just as beautiful (with river and nothing in between). You can say that only Dainn and this hotel the best places to enjoy thier corresponding view.

Hotel yang menakjubkan dengan harga yang hebat! Terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Taikoo Li dan Jalan Chunxi, anda boleh berjalan kaki dengan mudah ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan tempat-tempat menarik. Bilik-bilik bersih dan luas, tetapi apa yang benar-benar menonjol ialah perkhidmatannya. Setiap kali saya bertanya soalan kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, mereka akan segera menjawab dan sentiasa sangat membantu dan sopan. We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance of the pedestrian zones, shops, and many attractions, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the huge bathtub in the room, which added a special touch to our trip and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

If you are staying in Chengdu, stay here. The view from our room was literally breathtaking both day and night, and the location is amazing for going anywhere. We found it very easy to go to Taikoo Li and the surrounding area which has lots of restaurants and shops. The room itself was gorgeous, super clean and has a large bath facing over the view which was very relaxing at night. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, and the man we met to take us up to the room spoke perfect English. Communication was easy and we had no issues with our stay. Could not recommend more !!!!

The hotel is about a 15–20 minute walk from IFS. The room was truly impressive, with well-equipped facilities and excellent service. The complimentary photography session was a nice touch， the photographer was very professional, so we paid RMB 300 for four extra photos and edit service. Breakfast options were limited, but the wontons were delicious. The hotel’s design is stunning and perfect for photos. Highly recommended when visiting Chengdu!

We spent two nights in Chengdu primarily to visit the Chengdu Research Base for Giant Panda Breeding and wanted a hotel that was central, walkable, and close to Kuanzhai Alley, parks, and temples. The Hidden House checked all of those boxes and ended up being one of the best stays of our trip. From check-in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff were kind, spoke English, and immediately helped with our luggage, insisting on bringing it all the way to the room. Service throughout the stay was consistently attentive without feeling overbearing. The elevator is exterior-facing and very fast, consistently arriving within about 30 seconds. It was reliable the entire time, which is worth noting since that setup could raise concerns at first glance. We booked a deluxe double with a bathtub, which came with a private patio including a table, chairs, and an awning. This turned out to be a highlight. On our last night it rained, and we were still able to sit outside comfortably. The room itself is well-designed and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the bathroom featured a high-end bidet with a heated seat and automatic lid. The shower had strong water pressure, and the included foot bath was a genuinely thoughtful touch, especially after walking over 10 km at the panda base. Breakfast was another standout. The menu is small, around four options, but that focus clearly pays off in quality. The dining area sits next to a water feature and offers private rooms, making for a calm start to the day. The americano was surprisingly good, and the congee, served with a salted duck egg, was excellent. There is also a self-service washing machine on the top floor, with detergent and antibacterial liquid provided. After 10 days of travel, being able to wash socks and undergarments, which many hotel laundry services will not handle, was a huge plus. Finally, the staff, Xiao Xiao, Xiao Tang, and Xiao Ying, really elevated the stay. They made everything feel easy and taken care of. The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute walk from People’s Park and Kuanzhai Alley. If I return to Chengdu, I would stay here again without hesitation.

不得不説這家民宿確實是意外之喜，一行五人住兩天，從去景區的距離、房子的舒適感、特色、價格等方面選來選去最後選擇了雲棲岄，開車在山上開了挺高還沒到，內心原本是很忐忑的，擔心住這麼高好不好，但是到了酒店就放心了，真的是很用心的一家店，首先房間都很乾凈，無論整體裝修還是室內鋪設風格調調都挺講究，有自己的個性，用俱感覺應該是周圍那麼多民宿裏最好的。\n房間裏備有吸氧器，也貼心的都放了水果，住的安心。忘了給房間拍照，不過評論區應該有，總之很好住，不會讓人失望。\n前廳掛有藏袍可以免費穿着拍照，老闆人很熱情周到，還開車送我們上更高的半山平台拍照，五星服務的貼心。\n餐廳大堂很安逸，可以喝茶玩牌，或者露台上看雪山，看流雲，實在是衹有兩天假期，否則真的可以在那裡住半個月做個仙人

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.
