Di hadapan hotel terdapat juga mesin daftar masuk bagasi sendiri, tetapi awas, jangan melebihi had berat, kalau tidak anda perlu pergi ke kaunter manual. Lapangan Terbang Tianfu memang sangat-sangat-sangat-sangat besar...

I would give 4.7/5. I love the hotel location, hotel services, and the room. I enjoyed the 3 days stay at this hotel. Breakfast buffet also nice. We had many choices for the food/drink selection. One thing that need to be improved is that the lift. I needed to wait up to 5mins everytime, even though in hurry I can do nothing.

I stayed here for 5 nights and the absolute best part was the location. It is incredibly convenient. Just a short walk to IFS, Tianfu Square, Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road Station. I literally walked everywhere! Plus, having several spas nearby was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. However, there were a few issues with the room and service: Soundproofing: The walls are quite thin. I could clearly hear people walking in the hallway and doors opening/closing, which was a bit disruptive. Housekeeping: I was disappointed that they never changed the bedsheets during my entire 5-night stay. On one occasion, they didn't replace the face towel; they just re-hung the used one to make it look new. Security/Privacy: I was surprised to find a ******************************* slipped under my door one morning, which felt a bit unprofessional for a hotel.

Book this place if you are staying for a layover or the night before a flight. It’s awesome. Staff is awesome, it’s clean it’s cozy and it’s perfect. The breakfast was incredible and we still talk about it. Do it. The metro is very easy to access if you want to explore the city and they have luggage storage that is complimentary for guests.

The hotel is located right at the centre of everything in a building right across the Westin . It’s on top of a hotpot restaurant and another hotel called Vienna .. it’s a clean space with friendly staff and a lift that directly leads to the floor with your rooms with no access card needed to get to your door.. this makes it easy to order food in.. personally I would stay here again if I was coming here for a longer stay by myself.. there was no weird smell the room cleaning staff did amazing . Cons.. In every way this room and hotel is a great deal for the price but as always there are some cons . These cons don’t apply to people in different situations.. 1. The bathroom door is glass with an opaque part in the centre of your walk up to it you can see everything. I came here with a friend who is a girl but we trust each other so was no issues . But I can see this being a problem for some. 2.the projector here is nice you can steam stuff to it . But if you have Chinese apps that you use in other countries like iqyi these can’t be cast because of copywriter issues ..the instructions are in Chinese but that’s to be expected easy to translate .. 3. The lift is usually always congested as there De multiple buildings in the building but this is normal in most hotels..

The location is really good with subway less than 5 mins away and everywhere is close for access. Remember to ask your driver to send you to either of these (Chagee Caojia or Hongxing Bridge Station G1/C entrance) for ease to the hotel. My driver used trip.com location and it was behind the hotel with routes closed off to car. So, it took me time to move luggages there in freezing early morning. The cleaning is great and they will ask you daily. Many items such as laundry detergent and hair dryer provided with fridge and washing machine. You have to remember to click the switch behind door each time entering or closing door to have the electricity on. The air-con is aimed at the loft higher level so the lower level may feel cold. They have luggage storage if it is not time to check in yet. The check-in office is on different block from my staying. Overall, a good experience.

At first glance the building itself isn’t the most impressive and we were a bit surprised that the elevator is shared with another hotel and some offices. But once we got to our room our perspective completely changed. The room was unique and thoughtfully designed and the hot tub infinity-style bathtub was an amazing bonus perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. What truly made this stay exceptional was the service. The staff especially through WeChat were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us with everything from finding a nail salon for my mom to guiding us on how to get boat tickets for Leshan, to recommending great restaurants. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Housekeeping was also excellent. They were very attentive and service-oriented. On top of that, the hotel is in a great central location making it easy to get around and the beds were comfortable. Overall while the exterior might not stand out, the experience, comfort and especially the service make this hotel a decent choice.

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.
