Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

Highly recommend staying here. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel building is full of character. The location was perfect for us, close to everything that we wanted to do

Nothing great. Good comfortable but long walks in rhe hotel. Took deposit. Check in takes long.

As always my stay at the Hilton Mumbai was wonderful. So lovely to see Wesley again on the door and also wanted to mention Aniket on the front desk who was so very kind to me when I checked out. In addition to the much appreciated late check out that we were given he also assisted with a couple of other requests. I know being a Hilton member helps but not every hotel acknowledges the loyalty so it’s these kind of generous touches that set this Hilton and the Mumbai team apart from other hotels that I stay in for work and why I keep coming back – I think it’s my 8th year now!

We were there at 24/7 to celebrate birthday. The buffet dinner experience was great. So many dishes for each course, each of us had their favourite. The softest paneer Tikka that I ever had was served. Staff as always made us feel comfortable. The restaurant has fantastic ambience.

Location is convenient for business travelers, 3-5 mins from airport, Very good selection of food for buffet breakfast at main cafe on lobby level, avoid going to the Executive Lounge on Level 17, limited choice.

The service at Westin Mumbai was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Westin whenever I am in India. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

I was in Tiara restaurant and the service was excellent and above and beyond. I have travelled around the world and the service here at Tiara was outstanding. Everyone greeted us with a smile and had a perfect body language. They were all anticipating out needs and kept us offering assistance whenever needed. Special thanks to Vijay and his team. I have to mention Manish, Seraj, Anurag and Glenn. Good was outstanding and the Buffett was well curated. The appetizer selection was excellent and all the food had right condiments.
