Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

Schade, dass das Hotel derart schlecht beschildert ist. Als Ortsunkundiger muss man schon ganz konzentriert unterwegs sein, damit man den Hoteleingang findet, denn eigentlich sieht es immer noch wie die Bank aus, die das Hotel einmal war. Innen überzeugt eine luxuriöse Innenarchitektur, die seinesgleichen sucht; die Räumlichkeiten sind hochwertig und modern, ohne opulent oder kalt zu wirken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber leider hatten wir wahrscheinlich das Wochenende der Negativauslese erwischt: In der Bar wird man gesetzt; das Personal merkt aber nicht, dass man die Leute etwas verteilen könnte, anstatt alle Tische nebeneinander zu besetzen. So kommt keine Privatsphäre zustande. Die Barspeisen sind sehr vielfältig und von höchster Güte; wer aber satt werden möchte, geht besser ins Restaurant; die Portionen sind mickrig. Der Frühstücksservice war zu Beginn sehr aufmerksam, das Konzept des Buffetts ist allerdings zu überdenken: entweder ist alles bedient und entsprechend der Service am Tisch, oder es hat eben ein Buffett, das in seiner ganzen Vielfalt zur Verfügung steht. Die Mischform, zu der man mangels Alternative greifen muss, macht es nicht einfach. Eine ganz tolle Brotauswahl wird durch das minimalistische Kaltspeisen Buffett zunichte gemacht: 3 Scheiben Kochs*****en und 6 daumengrosse Salametti resp einen Anschnitt Blauschimmelkäse, einen ebenso kleinen Weissschimmelkäse und eine völlig vertrocknete Scheibe Halbhartkäse war die komplette Auswahl. Daraufhin haben wir uns entschieden, das Käsesortiment à la carte zu bestellen. Auf diese Bestellung haben wir dann gut 20 Minuten gewartet. Das check-out war ebenfalls äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend; auf unseren Wagen (”Ein Mitarbeiter ist bereits unterwegs, um Ihren Wagen zu holen”) haben wir dann allerdings auch warten müssen, so dass sich unsere Reise kumuliert um eine halbe Stunde verzögert hat. Schade, in so einem prunkvollen Haus hätten wir einfach mehr erwartet. Im Wissen, dass die Eröffnung erst Ende Oktober war, sind wir überzeugt, dass, wenn sich alle Prozesse eingeschliffen haben werden, 5* in der Bewertung locker erreicht werden können. PS: als Gast empfiehlt es sich, ein Zimmer nicht strassenseitig zu buchen; die Fenster sind miserabel schallisoliert.

I can't say enough great things! We booked a Signature Suite-Park View. A few weeks before arrival we received an email from a manager asking if we needed anything. Because we are regular travelers, we already arranged airport transfer with the concierge, sessions at the spa and made reservations at the hotel restaurant through OpenTable. The manager was able to quickly confirm all reservations and ask if we needed anything else. We requested extra bottles of water in our room and upon arrival there was plenty enough for our entire stay of 9 nights as well as some Oktoberfest souvenir mugs and a charcuterie board, very nice! The room was very clean and quiet. Although it was labeled park view, the trees were so full we couldn't really see the park and that was fine. We opened the windows and could hesr the kids play. Closing the windows cut off all outdoor sounds. Above the trees were beautiful buildings in the distance, you really felt like you were above the city, but not in a high rise. The spa was top notch and our favorite part were the heated lounge chairs by the indoor pool. Services were standard, I suggest booking something for right after your arrival to relax. We sat by the pool on the heated chairs for hours. The restaurant was great, we enjoyed the relaxed setting outside on the patio a couple of times and appreciated a return to eating a meal that isn't rushed. Europe understands that a meal should not be hurried. That being said, if we needed quick service, in room dining was fast! We love that there was something to order 24/7 because one night we returned from Oktoberfest and knew we should eat more to manage all the beer we drank lol. The coffee was mild, the hollandaise was perfect and the croissants were tender. The front desk staff were always pleasant, one night we returned from Oktoberfest and needed ice for a bruised knee, we asked at the desk instead of calling room service and within minutes of getting to our room, the ice arrived. Overall we are VERY happy with this stay. We were not familiar with the hotel brand and made the decision mostly based on location and cost. The pricing was commensurate with two other hotels we were familiar with, but we wanted to try something new and are glad we did. My high school friend and her husband also joined us and stayed there, they had no complaints and thanked us for finding the hotel. We also enjoyed some English language TV starting at Channel 60 and also were able to watch Netflix by mirroring the TV with our cell phone. The hotel is within a 5min walk to a pharmacy, drugstore (DM) and a great place for breakfast called, ”California Bean”. Worth a try, we went two days in a row. There was a small wait, but worth it. We also had the hotel mail things home for us and deliver a gift to local friends, everything went off without a hitch! We well return and look forward to the same excellent service. 德國一行中最喜歡的一家酒店，這個價格來說，酒店無可挑剔。強烈推薦。 位置：太方便了，不能更方便了…步行到瑪麗亞廣場，就可以完成慕尼黑市區一日游。（步行10-15分鐘吧）步行5分鐘到慕尼黑中央車站，（坐高鐵去的法蘭克福）周邊就是商業中心，地鐵，有軌電車…市中心的酒店，離機場遠點，離吃喝玩樂近。 酒店設施：典型的歐洲古典風格裝飾。酒店本身就是個小景點…房間很寬敞，床太舒服了，浴室廁所…有點奢華了…門臉兒低調，內涵豐富。 服務：沒得挑啊，走了德國3個城市，就慕尼黑人臉上有笑臉，說話有溫度…有禮貌，有愛心… 早餐：25歐一位，環境極佳…吃的還是那一套了…但是環境好啊……咖啡不錯。一同吃早飯的人，感覺都是富裕人家的中老年，穿着體麪，舉止得體… 推薦，真心推薦。

This fairly small private hotel is a joy. The rooms are extremely well appointed and hold one great advantage over similar hotels in the vicinity of Munchen Hbf. ...... they feature kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge and two electric rings). For supplies there is a Rewe supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are fabulous; from reception to room service. Although Schilerstrasse may not be to everyone's taste the hotel is virtually at the Hbf. end of the street so a visitor, if he/she so wishes, can avoid the 'Hostess' bars which are further down the street. Within a 10 minute walk you are right in the main shopping centre of the city. All the main brewery run restaurants are also within a 30 minute meander ...... Weisses Brauhaus, Andechser am Dom, zum Augustiner and zum Franziskaner.

アクセスはとてもいいです。ホテルのすぐ隣にビーガン、ベジタリアンの美味しいハンバーガーがらあります。祝日でも営業していたので助かりました。朝ごはんはハムの種類が多く見てるだけでも楽しかったです。朝食会場はBGMが無くて、作業音、食器の音、金の音、鳥の声。とても穏やかな雰囲気で朝食を食べることができました。今回は1人で滞在したのですが、1人で宿泊にはぴったりのホテルでした。内装も可愛いです。また利用したいです。

Finding a place to smoke a nice cigar in Munich is difficult. This is a nice room, but tends to get quite crowded towards the evening, with lots of cigarette smokers stepping in for a short smoke as well. They usually don't serve drinks inside the cigar lounge, but will bring them to the cashier outside and you then need to carry them inside youself (presumably to protect the server from being exposed to the smoke). The lounge though is quite nice and if when you finally get your drink is a very enjoyable place to tend to your cigar.

Shoutout to Sandra and team for making this stay the most memorable stay in our two weeks trip to Europe! Sandra is the most amicable and friendly staff I met. We had 1-2 questions but she went all out to help us with it. She even gave us a little surprise as well. The hotel is just a stone throw away from The Central station. On the way back, you can buy food from Pommes Freunde which is not bad. Overall a lovely stay, will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a stay in Munich.

This is a budget hotel. Nothing more to be said than that. It is centrally located right near the train station, with access to and from the airport and other points, as well as all walking attractions in the city. It’s basic and clean. And the price reflects that. We didn’t have the breakfast as we had a very early morning to the airport. There are lots of restaurants and establishments in the area. Considering the location, we were quite surprised that it was not as noisy as we had expected. Check-in was not a problem. Not overly friendly, but not rude either.

I like the convenient location of the hotel. The hotel is located in Stachus and is only 5 mins walk to Mariaplatz and to the Munich central train station. The meeting point for the local tours and hop-on-off bus is just around the corner of the hotel.

Welcome free mini bar and coffee, much needed after days travel Surprised how Quiet it was given how central the hotel is Maybe some information on how to use the ac and blinds would be useful, we struggled with both but it turned out the switch for the blind was broken. This was fixed very quickly after reporting Beautifully decorated, loved all the paintings.

Toll, was aus dem ehemaligen Hotel Herzog Wilhelm geworden ist. Die Zimmer sind mit der viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Eine schöne, gelungene Abwechslung zu den Kettenhotels. Auch der persönlich Service ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt am Sendlinger Tor. Schön, dass es sowas gibt!

Perfect location centrally near the Main Railway Station and the old city centre. Hotel staff are friendly and very pleasant. Reception staff attentitive to your needs and helpful. Breakfast staff are warm and welcoming. Tasty choice of food too. Decent rooms. Cleaned well by cleaning staff. Highly recommend. Ive been twice already this year and a third already planned.

We stayed at this hotel while attending Oktoberfest. It was a perfect location centrally located to the train, S bahn, and U bahn stations for easy access to anything around. We were able to walk to Oktoberfest easily but decided to take public transportation everywhere else even if it was just one stop since it was so easy. The staff were super nice and accommodating. When our air conditioner didn’t work, they immediately came to attempt to fix it and moved our rooms when they couldn’t with addition of free breakfast for the inconvenience. Room was small but just what we needed for our stay with an amazing shower. This is our second time staying at this hotel chain and first at this location and will look for this chain in the future for travels.

Perfect for us in many ways! Great location right on the shopping streets, we were in the middle of action when we stepped out to the pedestrian zone. No need to commute to city center from far away. Boho chic- style design. Loved the use of different colors in different spaces and floors to create a special ambience across the small but cosy hotel. Rooms were small but comfy, and totally quiet. Not a single sound from eithet outside or from next door, which I really appreciated. There was a church right behind the hotel, but window closed you couln't hear the bells at all. Great A/C. Such peaceful and quiet nights spent in our lovely room sleeping like a baby. Great, thick curtains blocked out all the light, so it was dark, too. Perfect for a bad sleeper. Bathroom was neat and tidy and spacious enough for our needs. Everything was clean and spotless everywhere in the hotel- well done cleaning team! Breakfast was 19e. (not included in our price) and worth it! So fresh and delicious. Croissants, bread rolls, jam, cheese, fresh fruits, great quality tea in a cute pot, pancakes...service was good and the room beautiful. Good start for our busy days in town. Nice young staff at the reception very service-minded and friendly. Taxi drivers pick you up from the reception since they cannot drive there due to location on a pedestrian zone. Only negative things worth mentioning: -no tea making facilities in the rooms -pillows and duvets made of synthetic materials instead of feather and down -very poor water pressure in the shower (5th floor)

Habitación MUY pequeñita, sobre todo el baño (no recomendable para personas con poca mobilidad o de gran tamaño), pero cómoda. La ducha funcionaba genial (buena presión y temperatura). Personal muy amable y accesible (Nos permitieron dejar las maletas tanto el rato de antes como el día de después). Hablaban inglés perfectamente. Como cosa mala (aunque no era su culpa): había obras justo al lado y por la mañana, había un pelín de ruido (no mucho, dormimos bien sin problema). Ah y las vistas son feas, pero buen, por el precio, muy bien.
