Hotel berhampiran Fröttmaninger Berg, Munich

Wir haben hier nach einem langen Seminartag bei einem Aperol Spritz auf der Dachterrasse entspannt und sind überaus freundlich und schnell bedient worden. Der Blick auf das Kraftwerk ist nicht unbedingt überwältigend, aber in diesen Zeiten ist man froh, wenn man reisen darf und Wärme und Strom bekommt. In der Ferne sind hingegen andere markante Münchner Gebäude zu sehen, auch das berühmte Zeltdach der 50 Jahre alten Olympiabauten.

Mit dem Aufenthalt im Feringapark bin ich sehr zufrieden. Im Zimmer habe ich mich wohlgefühlt, das Frühstück ist mir gut bekommen. Die Räumlichkeiten für das Frühstück empfinde ich als sehr einladend und urig gemütlich. Die Maßnahme von Baum pflanzen statt Zimmerreinigung hat mir sehr imponiert. Optimierbar sind in meinen Augen lediglich Kleinigkeiten: 1) eine Art greifbares Update darüber, ob wirklich ein Baum für die eingesparte Zimmerreinigung gepflanzt wurde 2) beim Frühstück wurde zweimal innerhalb von 20 Minuten von zwei verschiedenen Angestellten die Frage gestellt: „darf ich Sie stören und nach Ihrer Zimmernummer fragen?“ Ootimierbar: nicht um Entschuldigung bitten, sondern selbstverständlich nach der Zimmernummer fragen. Die persönlichen Befindlichkeiten wirken störend. 3) Gleiches beim Parkticket: einmal hat das 24h Parkticket nicht funktioniert, ich musste es umtauschen. Es wurde vielmals um Entschuldigung gebeten. Optimierbar: statt „bedürftig“ um Entschuldigung zu bitten, lieber direkt auf einen Benefit des Hotels einladen: zB „bitte genehmigen Sie sich einen kostenfreien Kaffee für die Unannehmlichkeit“ oder ähnlich. Das gibt ein besseres Gefühl. 4)die Beschilderung bzw Wegweiser sind nicht ganz deutlich von Tiefgarage bis Rezeption. Verwirrung zur Anreise ist nicht sehr angenehm. Was mir sehr sehr gut gefallen hat, ist die Wärme und Herzlichkeit von Konrad und Anita und dem Azubi. Und vom Personal beim Café. Sehr herzlich, sehr zuvorkommend, sehr höflich. Danke. Ich werde gerne wieder Gast sein bei Ihnen. -

I was glad to have chosen this hotel for a 3-night stay. The room was cozy but clean, everything in very good condition, big variety of choices for breakfast actually I don't think there was anything you couldn't get for breakfast and the manager at the breakfast area is a very friendly guy that welcomes you with a smile. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and helpful. Apart from the in-house restaurant which is very good there are also some very good restaurants at walking distance. It takes 15 min to the Messe and the bus stop is right across the street. Will most probably stay again as the location is very convenient to me for either getting fast to Munich or driving to Manching. The area is also very quiet for an undisturbed night sleep. I would only wish that there were some umbrellas or something similar at the nice quiet back terrace protecting from rain.

Simple hotel, extremely busy with very rude staff. Stayed for the start & end of a tour. There were no clean towels so we were left with 4 hand towels to dry ourselves with. Desk staff rude & uninterested. Breakfast extremely busy and felt like feeding time at the zoo. If travelling for myself again I definitely would not stay here

The hotel has all that you need for comfort as a tourist. You are only a block away from the Munich Hbf so walking to the hotel with luggage was no problem. Proximity to the train station was essential for me since I used Munich as base while taking several train trips. The front desk staff is helpful and made it easy for someone who speaks very poor German. The rooms are sizeable by European standards and very comfortable. Fitness center was acceptable. You are about 4-5 long city blocks away from getting to Neuhauser Street and main shopping district (about another 3 blocks to Marienplatz) so if you mind the walking then maybe not the place for you, but I had no problem with it. Several restaurants within close walking distance (albeit not fine dining) and an Aldi's next door. One one hand nice to see a very diverse area in the immediate neighborhood, but also some sketch figures, but encountered no real problems (albeit a few odd visuals that I will not share). The breakfast was very good and I generally at eenough that lunch was not even a need or a consideration. Overall, well worth it.

Excellent location, pubilc transport just outside the hotel, staff is helpful, rooms are quite big, beds are big and comfortable. Check in and out quick and easy. Wi fi signal can be better. Overall quite nice accomodation for reasonable price.

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. Everything was great location, breakfast and clean rooms. However, I would like to point out the exceptional behaviour of the whole personnel with a special reference to the manager and Mrs Marianna Zampa. Thank you once again for your great help.

Un buon hotel, rinnovato in parte recentemente , camere standard confortevoli e ben pulite , la nostra aveva la doccia nella vasca da bagno . Per chi ama girare, la metropolitana è a circa a 400 metri e ti porta in centro città in un quarto d'ora.
