We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sofitel Munich. The room we were staying at 425 had a nice spacious room with many amenities. All the staff were very friendly especially Manager Mr. Umut was very accommodating and very helpful. He was always greeting us with a smile and took care of all our needs and requests. The bar was also very luxurious with many nice cocktails. We will miss Sofitel and will definitely come back next year!

Superb in all respects. A quiet and comfortable place to call your home base when visiting Munich. The facility itself is well thought out and supremely comfortable. The staff are numerous, friendly and very attentive. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed was uber comfortable...and a free well stocked refrigerator was a welcome suprise. The hotel ”rents” (at no added charge) bicycles, which are such a nice way of getting around in this bicycle friendly city. And last, but DEFINITELY not least - the breakfast (included in price of room) was the best breakfast my wife and I have ever had. I say this without any exaggeration. Thank you, Hotel Muenchen Palace!

Very good and value for money hotel in MarienPlazt in the center of Munich old town.

Отель небольшой. Удобное расположение: в двух шагах от центрального вокзала, в пешей доступности до основных достопримечательностей в центре. Удобные большие номера. Для троих взрослых и двух детей места хватило: большая гостинная и спальня. Общая площадь 60 КВ.м. Холодильник, четырёхконфорочная плита, полный набор кухонной утвари. В двух шагах от отеля Лиддл. Пунктов питания вокруг много. Квартал такой, отельный :) Кофе, фрукты на ресепшне бесплатно. Персонал вежливый. Клининг сервис плохой: уборка кое-как, либо вообще не убираются. Пожаловался - сказали, примут к сведению :) Шум... Машины слышно конечно, особенно полиция и скорая помощь с сиренами часто проезжают. Но как-то не особо раздражало. Гопники и бомжи в глаза не бросаются. Цена... Это Мюнхен, особой дешевизной город не отличается. В целом пребыванием довольны. Могу рекомендовать отель как достойное место

A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

I think as a visitor to Munich you have a choice. Kreis Residenz is a fantastic hotel, as clean and friendly as you could find anywhere. The staff go out of their way for you and everything is excellent. Now things to consider- the Hotel dosn't have a bar and you cannot eat here. The only place to can eat is a hotel done the road and the food is not that good. So to eat you need to eat in Munich centre. it will take you 15-20 mins to walk to the U Bahn and then 35-45 mins to get to Munich. So if you are happy to commute pick this hotel it is well priced, well managed, clean and eveything you want a hotel to be. If want you food on your doorstep and not commute then this is not the hotel for you.

德國一行中最喜歡的一家酒店，這個價格來説，酒店無可挑剔。強烈推薦。 位置：太方便了，不能更方便了…步行到瑪麗亞廣場，就可以完成慕尼黑市區一日遊。（步行10-15分鐘吧）步行5分鐘到慕尼黑中央車站，（坐高鐵去的法蘭克福）周邊就是商業中心，地鐵，有軌電車…市中心的酒店，離機場遠點，離吃喝玩樂近。 酒店設施：典型的歐洲古典風格裝飾。酒店本身就是個小景點…房間很寬敞，床太舒服了，浴室廁所…有點奢華了…門臉兒低調，內涵豐富。 服務：沒得挑啊，走了德國3個城市，就慕尼黑人臉上有笑臉，説話有温度…有禮貌，有愛心… 早餐：25歐一位，環境極佳…吃的還是那一套了…但是環境好啊……咖啡不錯。一同吃早飯的人，感覺都是富裕人家的中老年，穿着體面，舉止得體… 推薦，真心推薦。

飯店服務員皆年輕有禮且外型亮麗，飯店走廊走暗幕風格，房間略狹小，浴室很有設計感，早餐是吃過最好的，不僅豐富好吃，各種單點的料理色香味都兼顧一定水準，唯二要抱怨的點，是距離離車站真的略遠，再來是房間內部省電過一段時間會自動熄燈，很惱人
