Hotel Dengan Spa di Otago, New Zealand

The hotel is well maintained and the reception was very helpful with our situation due to flight cancellation. Especially Silvester from the restaurant, he was very kind to accommodate our needs. We had a pleasant experience and would like to stay again next time.

Lovely relaxing experience with a beautiful lake view. We also went to the hot pools and sauna in Hilton for a full relaxing getaway. Room service food was also great. The staff were so amazing and friendly. Check in early to get the free parking behind the hotel :)

Very close to airport,  around 15 minute drive from Queenstown.   Supermarket is just right down the hotel.   and some stores around the hotel, we did enjoy some shopping there.   A quiet place to stay compare to the town centre.

Location: The hotel is located close to the Queenstown airport but approximately 15 mins away from Queenstown itself. Parking: There is no parking bays at the Hilton (only valet) itself but it shares with Doubletree which is limited. Due to some maintenance work, level P2 was closed off and had to park in a reserved slot for the night. Cost of parking is NZ$ 16 per night. Rooms: This is where my issue lies, the room temp is centrally managed and it was freezing at night especially with the floor to ceiling windows. Had to go to the front desk for portable heater and extra blankets on the 1st night. Bathroom is non-heated (with tiled floors) so extra cold in there. In most places we stayed in NZ, the bathrooms had heated lamps overhead for comfort. I requested the accessible room for mom and it was provided as requested although the location of the room was on one end of the building which is a distance to walk. Food: Breakfast was a good selection and ran from 630 to 1030am.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room is clean and we got beautiful view of the lake while having breakfast even though the view was slightly obstructed due to ongoing construction. Location is slightly inconvenient if you do not have a rental car because it is difficult to walk uphill back from town.

Clean, comfortable hotel with nice views, good breakfast, and excellent location. Friendly service ensured a pleasant stay and convenient access to attractions.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

精挑細選才選的這家，位置在皇后鎮不是特別中心的地方，所以很安靜，特別美。雖然是陰天，也可以看到雪山。 房間很大，佈置的也很温馨，還有壁爐。下次去皇后鎮一定還會再住。

因為這家酒店選擇在箭鎮逗留了三天兩晚，事實這個選擇非常正確，為了它打算在箭鎮秋季到來的時候再來一次新西蘭。晴天的美毋庸置疑，陰雨天更有英倫氣息。四人入住雙卧套房，超大的客廳，白天有陽光晚上圍着壁爐在一起聊天，非常放鬆，還有前後兩個露台，可以看到雪山與遠處的海耶斯湖，幸運地看到了微弱的極光。廚房設施非常齊全，做飯很方便。每天會打掃，有地暖和電熱毛巾架，洗衣機烘乾機也都有。穿過酒店的高爾夫球場可以徒步到海耶斯湖，箭鎮步行半小時，也可以讓酒店隨時安排車輛接送，皇后鎮也有免費穿梭巴士，對非自駕人羣非常友好。

We chose this hotel because we expected to enjoy its winery/food. Otherwise, we should have stayed in Queenstown with a lot of restaurants and pubs. As we would arrive in the early evening, we put a note for our hope for experiencing their winery and food (or at least finger foods) when we booked the hotel, and received email that they cannot guarantee but will do their best to serve our need. Since then, no email was sent to us. When we arrived at the hotel around 6 pm, no one was in the information desk, so we had to go to the bistro to find out that they left the key in a safe box without any notice or sending us any email with its password. We had to wait a while for the bistro lady to make a phone call to whom it concerns, which was okay. Worse, we heard that their bistro was reserved for a group event so we could not use the facility at all. We had to drive 15 minutes to a nearby town and bought foods from a supermarket. I think the hotel should have notified us of impossibility of using their bistro/food service due to the group event and we have to prepare for our food. As I checked out, I left a note about the issues, and expected they would send me an email to express their sincere apology. Unfortunately nothing happened so far. Although I liked the room as well as the whole place very much, I think Kinross cottage needs professionalism to run their stay program. It could have been much nicer, memorable stay experience.
