Hotel Pemandangan Gunung di Munich

This hotel is very new and visually appealing. The front desk team is quite fabulous and friendly. I think the entire team, including the M Club lounge team and bar team honestly made this property memorable. They did a great job hiring fabulous people. I was hesitant to book here from previous reviews but am somewhat glad I did. There’s two grocery stores nearby, the bar has decent food and the club lounge actually has very decent wine selections plus champagne during brunch. I never ate dinner at the club lounge though. Proximity to downtown and tourist attractions was decent. My biggest complaint is regarding their AC. Our room’s AC wasn’t very efficient. I phoned down asking for some fans, but was advised they didn’t have any. They sent an engineer up who verified the AC was working properly. I assumed they simply didn’t have strong AC in the rooms. We slept uncomfortable every night. When we actually visited our friends’ rooms, their AC was much stronger. I requested a room change but was advised they were fully committed due to Adele, which is why we were in town. I believe they should have adequate AC in every room or have fans as a back up. The club lounge also was severely understaffed every evening. There was one night where we went up for drinks around 9pm. It was crowded with only one server working. It was clear he was working as efficiently as he could, but there were simply too many people in the lounge for him. After going out to nearby bar, we returned around 1:30am to the lounge to grab some waters. The gentleman was still working diligently trying to set up the lounge for breakfast. Overall, stunning property aesthetically. Great team for the few people they do have. They honestly just need to hire more people for every department.

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

We stayed at the Adina for 4 nights in a studio with a sofa bed. We loved having the washer/dryer and oven/microwave in the room. We were able to keep up with our laundry which really helped on our trip. We were able to walk to get groceries, although there isn't a store real close. With the sofa bed out the room is a bit tight, but it was nice to have the table and booth seating. We had a Frauenkirche view room on the 22nd floor and the views of the city and sunsets were amazing. We stayed Monday through Friday, and the first three nights were great. Thursday night the music at the bars below us in Werksviertel Mitte was really loud and lasted until 2am, so we didn't get much sleep. Even though we were near the Ost train station, we felt a bit isolated. In retrospect we wished we would have chosen a hotel closer to the Altstadt.

Hotel is located a bit away from marienplatz and the downtown shopping area . It isn”t a problem because public transportation is at your front door . taxis and the train station are near by . The hotel staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived . Pia and Jan in the restaurant took excellent care of us at dinner ,food was tasty and nicely presented . The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with a good selection to get your day started . Our room was clean , well maintained and quiet . Would definety stay again if we return to Munich . This was a beautiful hotel, and felt much more luxurious than I was expecting for the price. The room was a good size, with interesting decoration. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I got the breakfast, which had a good variety. It's located near where the Octoberfest is held, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. You can easily take a streetcar from here to the old town. I also recommend the Augustiner Bräustuben beer hall nearby. Would stay here again gladly.

Das nicht ganz günstige Dach-Studio mit Balkon war bei Bezug nicht gereinigt.. überall Staub, u.a. Küche verdreckt, Schmutz und Haare an der Bettumrandung etc.! Dias Sofa war durchgesessen, der Teppich darunter schmutzig. Insgesamt war alles sehr verranzt. Anstatt mal richtig zunrenovieren wurde hier überall nur überstrichen. Der externe Room-Service war unterirdisch und wir mussten uns 4x an die Rezeption wenden, um die Reinigung zu veranlassen/Handtücher zu wechseln. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett aber nicht durchsetzungsstark..wollte alles an die Hotelleitung weitergeben und wir sollten doch bitte eine Mail an diese schreiben….hallo, wo bin ich hier!!!??? Wir hatten einen 2 Wochen-Aufenthalt gebucht und das nicht zum Schnäppchenpreis, die Gegenleistung war absolut enttäuschend und haben unsere Nerven schon ordentlich strapaziert. Das Management sollte sein Konzept generell mal überdenken…mehr eigene Präsenz und den Zustand der Zimmer mal kritisch betrachten. Einfach nur schade….

My wife and I just spent 4 nights at BEYOND, and we loved it. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are modern, clean, and quiet. The location is indeed the best, if you want to be in the heart of 'old town' Munich. Walking distance to the best Munich has to offer. This is not the largest hotel, with only 10 rooms on 1 floor, and 9 rooms on the top floor, but don't let that stop you from staying here. Indeed, when you open the door to your room you are opening it into the lobby/seating/relaxing area, but it works very well. There is small 'finger food' available, drinks, breakfast omelets, etc. and it is 15 paces away. But, you still have fantastic privacy. We loved it! And, the staff is super friendly, and very well trained. We interacted with Gertrude, Sarah, Elias, Lione, and Maren. Be advised, there are only roughly 4 English speaking channels on the TV...but one is not coming to Munich to watch TV! We would stay here again (and we like nice hotels).

What a wonderful stay at the Hotel Brack. It was extremely convenient to access Oktoberfest (5 min walk), and the subway station was literally only steps from the front door, making it perfect for exploring the rest of the city. Only 30 min stroll down to old town if you prefer to walk. Most importantly though the staff were phenomenal. Frank was a delight throughout the stay and booking process. Gina, Ibrahim and Jonathan were extremely pleasant and helpful, able to address any needs we had (thanks Gina for the Paulaner dinner suggestion!!). Breakfast was great and the restaurant staff very friendly. I Can't say enough good about this place! Only suggestion is to bring earplugs as there were a lot of sirens going by the week we were there, likely more of an issue during Oktoberfest. Thanks Frank and team and see you next time!!

The hotel is right beside the U2 stop underground stop so it’s great for getting into town, the airport and the Messe. The messe is about 35 mins. The room is clean and the breakfast is good. The breakfast selection is ok and could be better. There is a bar in the hotel - very quiet and not much selection. There is a supermarket and restaurant close by. My only problem and it was a big problem was my room faced the street. It was very noisy all night. Would I stay again? No, the noise was very bad. If staying insist on a room away from the street.

Reception misleading for the actual quality of the hotel. My husband and I thought oh no Nice clean hotel Cosy bed and pillows and luxury quality bedding Clean and usable bathroom, with good access to toiletries Biggest tv in a hotel bedroom 😂 but hardly used by us, but I guess if you were staying I for the evening it’s a great addition. Welcome free mini bar and coffee, much needed after days travel Surprised how Quiet it was given how central the hotel is Maybe some information on how to use the ac and blinds would be useful, we struggled with both but it turned out the switch for the blind was broken. This was fixed very quickly after reporting Beautifully decorated, loved all the paintings.
