Hotel berhampiran East Bay Retail Row, Muntinlupa

The location is great, it's near the Filinvest City with lots of malls and opem spaces. The hotel doesn't have any other amenities aside from the small canteen on the 2nd floor. The single room is okay but the shower in my room is right beside the pillar and somewhat blocks it a little. It's kinda difficult to shower properly

I visited The Philippines on business for month in March and was based in Alabang. I feel very lucky to have been booked into the Somerset Hotel and Apartments as it was a truly fantastic place to stay. I had one of their apartments on floor 13 so the views were amazing. The facilities provided were brilliant. My only gripe was that the shower was not very powerful. I did report this and they had the shower head extra cleaned to try improve the flow, but sadly there was no change. By no means was this really an issue so I was happy to let it go as the shower was still usable. However, had I been paying for the room, rather than my company, I would have asked them to look at it again. The breakfast buffet was not overly to my taste but there was a fairly wide range of choice for those who did like what was on offer. The lunch and dinner menus were much better and I’d really recommend the pizza or burger as they are delicious. There is also a wide range of drinks available too. The pool and pool area are very well maintained and I certainly made use of this daily. There was a guy who worked at the hotel, who I saw around the pool area most times, called Christianne. He was always so polite, welcoming, hospitable and friendly. He looked after guests very well and ensured they were happy and comfortable. He came over to me every day to ask how I was and if I needed anything. The foyer and reception is absolutely beautiful and once again, the staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly. In fact the staff in all areas of the hotel were great. Usually you come across one or 2 grumpy staff members but not this time. I was working nights and my wonderful cleaning lady worked around that, always cleaning my room at 5pm every day after asking me what time I preferred. I wish I could remember her name because she was absolutely lovely. If I do end up on another business trip to Alabang in future, I will request that I am placed at this hotel again.

Had a wonderful staycation at Savoy Hotel Manila. Appreciated the effort of one of the room attendant named Ian Laurente for being amiable and always available to assist us with any requests. Room was spotless and well maintained. We also enjoy the whole night relaxing with a great view. Will definitely go back again

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.

Neat and Clean Easy access location. Polite Staff not rude now.

Ate at The Fields and we have a VIP with us. Staff (Rennie) was able to accomodate our demanding requests and was able to execute perfectly in conjunction with the menu taylorfitted to our taste. Chef's choice and the cooking was superb and our guest was also delighted with the food offering. Recommended dining choice for business purposes.
