Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

I visited The Philippines on business for month in March and was based in Alabang. I feel very lucky to have been booked into the Somerset Hotel and Apartments as it was a truly fantastic place to stay. I had one of their apartments on floor 13 so the views were amazing. The facilities provided were brilliant. My only gripe was that the shower was not very powerful. I did report this and they had the shower head extra cleaned to try improve the flow, but sadly there was no change. By no means was this really an issue so I was happy to let it go as the shower was still usable. However, had I been paying for the room, rather than my company, I would have asked them to look at it again. The breakfast buffet was not overly to my taste but there was a fairly wide range of choice for those who did like what was on offer. The lunch and dinner menus were much better and I’d really recommend the pizza or burger as they are delicious. There is also a wide range of drinks available too. The pool and pool area are very well maintained and I certainly made use of this daily. There was a guy who worked at the hotel, who I saw around the pool area most times, called Christianne. He was always so polite, welcoming, hospitable and friendly. He looked after guests very well and ensured they were happy and comfortable. He came over to me every day to ask how I was and if I needed anything. The foyer and reception is absolutely beautiful and once again, the staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly. In fact the staff in all areas of the hotel were great. Usually you come across one or 2 grumpy staff members but not this time. I was working nights and my wonderful cleaning lady worked around that, always cleaning my room at 5pm every day after asking me what time I preferred. I wish I could remember her name because she was absolutely lovely. If I do end up on another business trip to Alabang in future, I will request that I am placed at this hotel again.

We Stayed October 29th until the November 1st as this was the hotel we used for our wedding preps. 2 bedroom family Room was very spacious and was definitely what we needed to do our preps. We had a photo and video team, makeup artists, entourage and deliveries coming in the whole day and we were properly assisted by the staff on duty. Asst FO Manager and the 2 other ladies wearing black business attires (apologies as i forgot your name) and the bell attendant were very kind and helpful to all our needs, they were very accommodating with our requests as well. Doing wedding preps is already stressful but to add to that there was a typhoon the day we checked in. The staff on duty though made us feel relaxed and at home even allowing my senior parents to check in earlier to avoid the long wait. Lastly I would like to thank Malena from the Front desk and Marj as well in assisting me with my room reservations, extensions and the use of the function room. You are great at what you do and from one hotelier to another, I thank you for all your help. My wife and Family were very happy and we look forward to coming back. Very Well recommended! 5 Stars all around!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got a good deal for 3 days and 2 nights including free breakfast for my kids. The kids love the pool and the bath tub in the room. Food for breakfast is nice. Got a good service value for the money you pay. Definitely to be consider again next staycation.

Bellevue muntinglupa I have some questions for this hotel Firstly, why do they even ask guests to web check in, require guests to upload requirements like personal id and present the generated qr code to get the room key - when in fact front desk were clueless about this and still ask guests to present an id and fill out the information already found in web web check in? If you are going to implement this , doesn’t it make sense to train staff so everyone is on the same page? So what is the point of this web check in then? So yes, even with this system in place, the process to check in was painfully slow and took a long time because front desk was taking their time with all their paper forms and trying to figure out how things worked. Secondly, our booking was for 3 pax, but the room set -up was for two. So we asked for amenities for the 3rd person. So why does the first two guests get ‘branded amenities’ whilst the 3rd gets a generic set? (See photo) Other things Breakfast was good and was the highlight of the stay Pool access was until 8. So why can’t the hours be extended for at least two hours for adults use only ? The whole day already see families with kids at the pool so it would be great to have some quieter and calmer hours for adults only inmho

In terms of service, the receptionist is very kind and accomodating and the staff are very friendly. Before check in, you have to pay security department of P1,000 which was given back to us after check out. The room is only small, it's just bed, a small side table, a TV and a mirror. The floor beyond our bed has no tiles so we don't dare stepping there. You have to ask the receptionist for the TV remote because it's not readily available in the room. In terms of freebies, there's no bathroom supplies or free water or heater so manage your expectations. On our first night, the room smells paint so we had a struggle sleeping but this did not happen again in the succeeding nights. Overall, the experience is good for it's price which is very cheap btw. I'm still satisfied with the Hotel Experience.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. I already checked in twice at B Hotel and recently we booked our stay here for our anniversary all I can say is they never disappoint to make us feel welcome ☺️ I must say, it was an absolute delight. We were greeted warmly by the guard, front desk receptionists and housekeeping attendant who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was clean, elegant and designed very well and makes me feel like i was staying in a top-tier establishment. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed during my stay. I would like to thank Renz who is the room attendant that time for asking me what I need and provide all my requests. I also would like to commend the front desk receptionists madz, tin, pau, and abbi who made sure that our stay is smooth and all our requests was followed. They also offered us shuttle which is on time once we ask for pick up and drop off. Even their concierge TJ if I can remember it right, he’s very kind and on time during our service. Thank you B hotel alabang!!!! We will surely be back ☺️❤️
