The hotel was fantastic, the rooms were lovely and clean, the pool area was amazing, food and drink close by, the restaurant and staff were all really helpful and friendly, and something different was offered each night.anyone who wants a beautiful, peaceful hotel to relax in really should go, I cannot wait to go back there.

Wonderful Hotel. Lovely and clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Pool was lovely if a tad chilly in October. Lots of different varieties or food and a very good selection of vegetation dishes. Shops are just a 5 mins walk away beach 5-7 mins.

5* great week away. Rooms very clean. Bed very comfy. Pool view superior comes with fridge stocked with soft drinks. Tea and coffee making facilities. Great air con. Found staff very friendly and helpful. Joan at front desk super helpful with a great sense of humour. We went all inclusive. Plenty of drink choice included. Wine lush and can get by the bottle. The white Rioja was gorgeous. Evening entertainment varied and fun. Only ate in the buffet. Can get a bit repetitive. I understand it’s tricky when dealing with mass catering. Never went over to the grill as heard it’s mozzie city and looking at the mozzie bites on people around pool we avoided. Shame. I did take a mozzie plug in zapper. Anti Mosquito bracelet. Sss from Avon and jungle max. lol might be a bit over kill but came home with no bites. Good location. Buses run very close by. Walking distance to beach. Shops. Bars etc Over all a great stay and would go back.

The hotel was perfect ! Very Clean and catered for all our needs. The room came with a pool view and a small balcony. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced likewise. This is an adult only hotel and it was perfect. There were organised events daily. Varied from water events to sporting events as well as archery and shooting. The staff generally had a smile on their face when serving you. Unfortunately there were one or two who found it a burden to help you. However on the whole the staff were very helpful. The food was very good in the main restaurant but was repetitive mainly at lunch times. But was made up for by staff who worked here. In particular Gabby, Ricardo and another waiter who I kept calling Cugino as he was the spitting image of my real cousin (apologies for forgetting his name). All three continually kept on making sure our needs were met. If there is a criticism. Be aware that you have to pay for the safe in your room. This is the first hotel I have ever used that the safe came at a charge. On previous all inclusive holidays I have done there was never a charge to use a safe. But like I said only a blip on what was a great 10 nights spent here. The beach is approximately a 500m walk from the hotel. Catching the sunrise was unreal. I would definitely recommend and would return again.

Amazing hotel. Gorgeous food, kept spotless at all times. Friendliest staff you could ever meet. Roy Mariana and Mario were the best activity hosts you could want!!! There was a particular waitress who we loved, couldn't of done enough for us but I forgot her name. Can't wait to come back

What an amazing hotel with such caring staff, we were made very welcome from the moment we checked in. Spotlessly clean inside and out, such a wide variety of food options in the restaurant, BBQ evenings are a must in the chill out bar. Would definitely recommend if you need some quiet time from kids. Just one little thing I didn't like was the queuing to get a sunbed in a morning when it opened at 8 am.

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful hotel, clean room everyday, breakfast was good, nice swimmingpool, nice animation an activities during the day and in the evening, staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face. They work very hard. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect hotel for a ‘stop and flop’ holiday. The staff are absolutely fantastic, they work so hard and are very attentive (for us, Bilal, Luci and Ana Maria stood out but they’re all brilliant). The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms, pool, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the food, very tasty and lots of choice although if you were staying for a fortnight it could get a little repetitive but we only stayed for 5 nights. Not an issue to get a sunbed by the pool either which is a big win! Of a night, the bar atmosphere was fun and some of the best entertainment I’ve enjoyed at a resort. We were never left without a drink! The only very slight negatives are: You can only get 2 drinks at a time. I was with my sister which was great as one of us could go up to get them however families next to us had to send a couple of people to go up and get a ‘round’ Also, our all inclusive ended at 3pm on our final day and we were being picked up at 5.30pm. This was a little frustrating as we couldn’t even get water. We could buy this but felt it would have been good to have access to even just soft drinks until we left. These are only small criticisms however and overall this was definitely a fantastic hotel that I’d highly recommend!

Just returned from a 7 day break. Beautifully clean hotel, staff are so attentive and friendly. We were AI , food and drinks were perfect, such a variety. Only 2 slight niggles : 1. Sun lounger situation !! The 8 am rush was ridiculous plus sadly the metal ones aren’t very comfortable. If you are going in peak season there won’t be enough as strangely whilst the garden area is very picturesque , there were only 4 loungers there. We ventured down to the beach (which is beautiful) but you need to get there early to get a lounger too ! €15 for 2. 2. Food labelling - my 17 year old has a nut allergy and due to the limited labelling he restricted what he ate as he’s too shy to ask which is a shame. The Spa wellness is spotlessly clean and we took advantage of late check out by spending a couple of hours here. (Remain AI until 3pm on the day of your departure). Hired bikes for 1/2 day and cycled to the Natural Parc, worth the trip. Local buses are every 15 minutes and cost €3 to Alcudia / Peurto Pollença. Gym was ok. All in all though , 9.5/10.
