Hotel berhampiran A’RAYA, Muscat

Everything was great!!! The food was delicious, the service was great, Vitika and her friends were very friendly and kind and the dining room/ restaurant was clean and comfortable. There was a variety of options for breakfast with an awesome coffee machine. So, overall the service, food, and place was wonderful.

مكان ممتاز تتوفر مواقف سفلية وإفطار لذيذ ورائع غرف مريحة وخدمة مميزة وسعر ممتاز أقمت في الفندق ثلاث مرات واخر مرة حجزت بوجبة الغداء التي لم اتوقع روعتها وجودة الخدمه التي تم تقديمها لي أنصح بالاقامة فيه وهو قريب من مركز المدينة وقريب جداً من جراند مول وافنيوز

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. Чисто, уютно, ново, свежо. Работает бассейн. Хороший фитнес зал. Номера комфортные. Очень простые завтраки, это скорее минус. Чтоб комфортно добираться до отеля и из него, обязательно нужна машина или такси. В пешей доступности ничего нет. Не кладут тапочки и халаты. Небольшие недочеты в уборке.

Hotel is nice. It is close to the airport - about 10-15 min by taxi. The rooftop was open 24/7 so we used the sitting area to drink tea and talk with the friends in the evening - amazing experience. The pool is also in the roof, though has not so much space near the pool to sit. Overall nice experience. Breakfast was fine and had all the things you expect at 3 star hotel.

Chammod pool attendant welcomed as with warm regard and assisted with anything we need,in the gym amazing gentleman called Muhamed , he was always there anytime we needed something. Very professional. Amazing experience can’t wait to come back.

This is nothing short of an amazing hotel and definitely worth five stars. The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view over the pool area and ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you'd need, including a combined shower and bathtub. There was also sufficient storage space and a built-in safe that easily fitted my 15” laptop. The breakfast buffet was awesome. A huge variety of delicious food items, eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, different types of fresh bread, all sorts of hot items, cereals, and freshly grounded speciality coffees. Plus more! It was also a true treat to sit at the poolside, while enjoying this breakfast. It made for a wonderful start of the day. Unlike many other hotels, the in-house restaurants were really good too. We tried the Italian restaurant and the Duke pub/restaurant. It was really nice to sit outside, overlooking the bay and to see the sun setting. The location of the hotel makes for breathtaking views. It is on a cliff at the end of a bay, overlooking the bay and the city of Muscat. The one thing I want to point out is that there is nothing else nearby. The hotel is in a residential area and if you'd like to go to a different restaurant, you'd need to take a taxi. Not a big deal and the hotel provides about everything you'd need, but it is something to keep in mind. Last, but certainly not least, the staff at this hotel was so super friendly and helpful. They really know what hospitality means! This is also across the board. From the reception, to the house keeping, and the breakfast staff. As well as the restaurant staff. A special recognition goes to Deepika at the front desk. She clearly remembered we'd asked something about the Duke bar and the next day she gave me an update. She was also very helpful when I had to handle some documents. A great example of excellent customer service.

擁有最強廚房，但太不方便做飯。 住這種all suites hotel，肯定有做飯洗衣的需求。該酒店作為oman 2023年最新的一批酒店，廚房硬件堪稱一絕。面積大，設施新，品牌硬，甚至好於多數自家廚房。 但缺點也很無奈，沒刀具，鍋很小，沒有能借的kitchen kit，連基礎的鹽和胡椒都沒有。想做飯就要自己買硬件。對比隔壁杜拜同品牌酒店有很大進步空間。 除此之外，酒店的餐廳修了5個月還沒修好。因此早餐很一般（對比阿曼其他同價位酒店）。因此酒店的早餐也降到了5 OMR。 距離方面，酒店位於qurum，距離機場需要自駕20分鐘左右。是比較遠的酒店了。但周邊生活方便，離景點近。

We stayed here twice (Dec & Jan) , as we had a long layover on a recent trip to Thailand. Booking was easy via the direct website, however I did find it somewhat confusing on pricing & nigh on impossible to find a rate that offered free cancellation. As a criticism, it’s not very easy to find a way of contacting them to ask questions, this really could do to be improved. A big plus is that one does not need to leave the airport, however you do still have to go through the security checks, which can be a little time consuming depending upon time of arrival. The hotel itself was easy to find, well sign posted, you can take the lift, escalator or stairs to its situ on the 5th floor….. the airport itself, we found to be very impressive on the whole. Check in could improve….perhaps benefit from offering an online check in facility? The first time the guy was on a super go slow, considering it was quiet……which is not ideal when your guests are super tired! The second visit was handled much better, there was a large group checking in & it was rather chaotic…..but thankfully one of the receptionist has the foresight to leave the other receptionist to it and help us, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are a good size, with tea & coffee making facilities & 2 bottles of water are provided. Tip:- after my husband went to buy more water, as we were advised upon asking, that it’s best not to drink the water even after boiling…..he then noticed a water dispenser/ fountain which was located on 6th floor. Of course, this may change, but it saved us time and expense the second time round. Decent water pressure in the shower & plenty of very hot water. There was no hairdryer or iron in the room….not sure if you can request either as we did not require them. Both stays we had to request an extra towel and toiletries but these were brought immediately… therefore it appears all rooms are made up for solo travellers. Thankfully we found the soundproofing to be very good during our stays, not totally blacked out rooms but as I’m sensitive to both I slept fine using an eye mask & ear plugs. We found the bed comfortable too. Cleanliness was not perfect but I am a bit of clean freak!!! I would definitely stay here again, it was worth every penny to be able to continue rested and refreshed.

سعدت بتواجدي في فندق هوليدي إن السيب وأخص بالشكر والتقدير لإدارة مطعم أوميدي والمشرفة الفاضلة منى البلوشي على حسن إدارتها واهتمامها بكل احتياجات المسافر والسؤال الدائم عن ماينقصه لتلبية متطلباته .. أمانة وكلمة الحق تقال وهذه ليست للمرة الأولى التي ألتقي بالفاضلة منى البلوشي بحكم أنتي أختار الفندق حباً في معاملتها لي وملاحظتي لمعاملتها لجميع المقيمين بالفندق بذات الاهتمام.. أتمنى أن يكون جميع الموظفين مثلها وبارك الله فيكم وفيها .. شكراً لكم .. تحياتي..
