يجب تعامل مع اعضاء VIPبطريقه اجمل وتوفير المناسب مثل فندق هرمز وردسون بلو الخوير َوصحار لاني احب فنادق مجموعة ريدسون وشكر موصول لمولدي التي تخدمنا حتى وان كانت في دبي موظفه مثاليه وتكسب رضا زبون وتعامل بطريقه يستمتع الساح في بلده او خارجها

المطعم الاخ عمر المصري محترم جدا وخلوق اتمنى لكم الافضل وللامانه الجميع خلوق وبشوش ولطيف معنا والأكل لاباس فيه ومتنوع وخدمة الغرف والتنظيف وكذلك موظفين الاستقبال من افضل مايكون أتمنى لهم الأفضل والأجمل في قادم الأيام .

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Oman. The staff were wonderful- they bent over backwards to help us. I had a couple minor issues with my room, and they came as soon as I informed them, and were fixed immediately. One of the housekeepers picked up the robe I’d been using when they were cleaning and when I asked for a replacement they brought 2 more! They were happy to bring me extra nespresso pods and milk a couple times too. The restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful- Tharindu, Pravda and Khalid and the chef, Krishna- they brought us out coffees and juices at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. They allowed my friend and I to eat off the a la carte menu at dinner instead of the iftar menu, since the other hotel restaurants were closed for Ramadan; and when we said we had to leave early at 5am for our flight they packed a lovely to-go box with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. I personally really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours so I could work out before breakfast, and the equipment was pretty good for a hotel gym! My only note for other travelers would be that the hotel is a little far from some of the touristy sights of Muscat. Also, there aren’t many alternative food options around the hotel. But the hotel itself has lots of great options so for us it worked out absolutely fine.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.

من أجمل الفنادق اللتي قمت بزيارتها. يمتاز بإطلاله رائعة على خليج عمان. الفندق نظيف جداً. الغرف واسعة والخدمات مميزه. جميع الموظفين قمه في الاحترام واللباقة. الافطار جميل ورائع ومتنوع. يوجد في الفندق صالة ألعاب متنوعه من ضمنها صالة البولينج. يوجد مواقف مجانية.

فندق جميل انصح فيه الجميع لموقعة من الخدمات وغيرها الغرفة جميلة ومريحة وكذلك الافطار متنوع ولذيذ الجميع كان متعاون ،، كذلك يوجد في الفندق حوض سباحة استمتعنا كثير شكرا لجميع العالمين بدون استثناء بالفندق

Excellent guest services offered by Mr.Austin from F& B . Food quality is exceptional. Rooms are very comfortable and pricing is very economical. ROOMS ARE VERY NEAT & CLEAN. PRPOERTY IS VERY GOOD. YOU CAN USE GYM, POOL AND BADMINTON COURT IF YOUR ARE SPORTS PERSON.

Hôtel agréable et propre Je recommande juste de prendre de grandes chambres Les chambres standard sont un peu petites, ainsi que la salle de bain, Et l'eau prend du temp pour l'arrivée chaude, Personnel très sympa et serviable, La Gérante Rima, toujours souriante et gentille, toujours à l écoute des clients. , au restaurant un buffet ouvert, pas mal, correct, manque la touche d un cuisinier méditerranéen . Remarque : depuis que le disco ou la boîte de nuit et ouverte a l étages -P-. Je trouve pas mon repos.. Du 23h à 03h00

反覆入住，已經呆了一週，非常舒服真的推薦！ 安靜又放鬆，樓下的咖啡試了幾款都是很不錯的，麪包就一般。都想常住了❤️❤️❤️

عند وصولي ام يساعدني احد في حمل الحقائب وانتظرت اكثر من ١٥ دقيقه ولم يساعدني احد واضطررت لحملها بنفسي للطابق الثالث غير ذلك في تمام الساعه ٣ منتصف الليل الموظف يطرق باب الغرفه مرتين او اكثر مما ازعجني وبعدها اتصل موظف الاستقبال بي وسألني اذا ما كنت قد قدمت بطلب كيكة مناسبات…هل يعقل ان اطلب كيكه بهذا الوقت وانا نائم او الموظف هل يعقل انه لايملك البيانات المطلوبه للشخص الذي طلب الكيكه؟؟ بعد ما ازعجني طرق الباب والاتصال قال انه اتصل بالخطأ ايضا عند تسجيل المغادره اتصلت بالاستقبال والموظفة ردت عليي وطلبت موظف لحمل الحقائب وما ان اتممت حديثي قالت تمام وسكرت الهاتف ولم تقل هل سيأتي الموظف ام ان عليي حملها بنفسي كما حملتها عند وصولي هذا الاشياء لم تحدث لي بتاتا من قبل في فندق في انحاء العالم اينما سافرت
