Check-in is entirely self-service. You'll receive an email before check-in. Inside the main entrance, you'll find your information folder with all relevant details. It's a bit of a walk from the station, about 20-30 minutes. If you take the tram, get off at Chinatown and walk for less than 5 minutes. The first floor has a clean, white-themed layout. There's a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. Breakfast includes simple toast and jam, as well as coffee, black tea, and green tea. The second floor has women-only rooms with two toilets and two bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and include slippers. The lower bunk is suitable for petite women. It's close to the road, so you can hear traffic noise at night, and people often talk loudly late at night. There's a 7-Eleven across the street, and a YouMe store near the Tai Po Chi tram stop. There's a cheap supermarket on the B1 level. If I had to point out a drawback, besides the toilets, there's no toilet paper anywhere—not in the rooms, dining room, or kitchen.
