Japan's 9h capsule hotels are quite renowned, so I made sure to try one out this trip. My overall impression was excellent. The other guests were very considerate, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The lockers were surprisingly spacious, and there were plenty of large, well-maintained shower facilities. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient.

Great location, within walking distance from the station, with many shops and cafés nearby, and the Toyota Museum just a 20-minute walk away.

It is a well designed capsule hotel, everything is clean and well designed However other guests were inconsiderate, kept making noise and packing their bag, snoring, or opening the door in and out to use bathroom, so I didn’t sleep the whole night It was a fun experience but I checked in to the 5 star hotel the next night, never again

Good for value stay when travelling solo. The capsule, locker area, bathroom and shower are clean. Location is great, 10min walk from Nagoya station. Only downside is the sofas in lounge area on top floor aren't so clean and they don't store luggage after checkout.

The hotel is located in a really nice place, close to the Nagoya station and bus terminal, and also close to several large shopping malls and areas full of bars and restaurants. Check-in was quite straightforward, with guests being given an access card for their locker and elevator. The hotel's agents have a very decent English for Japanese standards. The two elevators are separated, with one exclusive for male guests to reach their exclusive floors and another one for female guests and their exclusive floors. The access card also locks and unlocks their locker, which is tall but also a bit narrow, but wasn't too much of an issue to store by backpack, bag and shoes. Guests are given sleepwear, slippers and towels, and the shared bathrooms are fully furnished with amenities. Common areas include the lounge in the highest floor and the café in the ground floor, well-decorated and quite coherent with the hotel's famous minimalistic and futuristic design language. The sleeping room has its signature look and offered decent space, even though not the largest capsule of its kind. There is one power outlet, a rotating light switch that allows the user to choose the light intensity, and two small compartments to hold glasses, phones or whatever. The pillow and blanket weren't my favourites but it's up to each person to decide. Like all capsule hotels, ventilation might be a problem so a fan or an AC outlet would be nice to have, but it's not a problem exclusive to 9h. In the end, it wasn't the best bed I've slept but I enjoyed the overall experience. The crew was nice, the hotel was organized and clean, the location was near everything I could need, and the price was also nice. I recommend this location for those who don't want to spend much in lodging and plan to spend most of the day outside and just want a place to rest for the night.

A truly excellent stay! It's just a 6-minute walk from Nagoya Station, very well-signposted, and surrounded by numerous izakayas, making the location absolutely superb. Both the capsule pod and bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean, with daily cleaning, so cleanliness is definitely not a concern for those on a one-night stopover. My only minor complaint was the extremely unstable Wi-Fi signal within the hotel. It was so unreliable that I sometimes missed important information. I hope the hotel can address this issue.

Overall cleanliness, wifi speed, etc. are the best There are many people snoring loudly through the 32db 3M earplug, so those who are sensitive to noise will have a hard time. The ear plugs given at the counter are not very good, so I recommend bringing your own. It would also be good to have noise-canceling headsets.

Very clean and convenient for its price, I was pleasantly surprised. Male and female floors are separated by different elevators too, so for those worried about that aspect, this hotel has got it covered.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Its location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to many trendy spots nearby. The hotel's ambiance was superb, and to top it off, the adjacent restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. We've all decided that we'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

clean and cozy capsule. ideal for solo traveler. the staffs are very kind and has a smile face always.

Staff was eager to help me. They helped me to understand the rules. Capsules and lockers was really clean. Bed was comfartable for me.

The facilities are good, but there are a couple of significant drawbacks. There's no complimentary drinking water (neither hot nor cold), and no on-site laundry facilities. These are critical issues, so prospective guests with these needs should take note when booking.
