Ulasan Hotel Trusty Nagoya Shirakawa

Walking distance to the shoppinh area.and subway station. Good.

The only thing about this hotel is that the room is too small and the toilet is also small. The bed is very comfortable. The service staff are very good and polite.

The escalator that's going up to the hotel can be reverted to going down when we check out....

Of all the hotels in Nagoya I've stayed at, this one had the best atmosphere, so I decided to stay again. The rooms and hallways were very clean and had a calming atmosphere, which made my friend very happy. I'll definitely stay here again!!

Great location, in the center of all the attractions we visited. Couple of minutes walk to Fushimi station. The room was large 25(m2) and worth the value. Hotel staff were helpful and amenities available in the room. Room felt comfortable with good working AC. The only downfall was the hallway, which has a stench smell to it (guess due to the hot weather and humidity.

The location, price, facilities and services were excellent.

Main lobby at 2nd floor, there is no elevator, only escalator that going up. A little bit difficult if you have heavy luggage or stroller But overall very nice room.

The hotel is easy to find and there are restaurants and carparks around. The twin room is fit for 2 persons.

It is located on the second floor and there is only 1 escalator going up. If you need the escalator to reverse direction (for going down), just inform the hotel staff and they will do it for you. We had twin beds which comfortably fit my husband and I + our 2 year old toddler. The room was small (expected of Japan cities) but fully equipped with fridge, kettle, small sofa etc etc. Bathroom was also a decent size - no banging of elbows while showering. There's also microwave on other floors and a laundromat (but we didn't check these out) Tere's a family mart at the next block and a 7-11 at the same block. Fushimi station is probably like 5 to 10 mins walk away. We had a very pleasant stay!

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Ghibli Park in early Dec, both hotel and the park were amazing. Hotel is located a little distance from Nagoya JR station, but only a short stall 5-10 mins taxi trip. Reception has warmly welcomed the guests on arrival, and provided very neat kid amenities pack (per photo) for our little girl. there are plenty of eateries nearby and during the lunch time, a few pop up shops on the street selling Bento’s. it is also very close to Nagoya science museum (which was worth visiting for full day and plenty of kid friendly activities ), but we only had 4 hours on the day we checked out. One downside here is they only have one escalator, and the reception is located on the 1st floor. On our way out, we ask the staff for help with arranging taxi and temporarily changing the direction of only escalator to move our luggages to ground, the staff was very helpful and assisted (waited) until our taxi departed, impressed with the service level of the staff who was on duty on 5th December afternoon. Strongly recommend this hotel for both holiday makers or business travellers.

Clean, great price, decent walking distance from everything. Options for breakfast can be improved. 2nd floor lobby not ideal but tolerable.

Hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible. Room size is generous. However, the plug sockets available cannot be used with travel adapters apart from the floor plugs. In tokyo we stayed at a hotel that provided charging cables for phones that worked around this.
