Ulasan Courtyard Nagoya

This is a great property, but the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, as there was trash left on the floor from the previous tenant. This was quite shocking for a Marriott establishment in Japan.

Great staffs who are helpful and professional. Room is big with all we need. Donki Megastore right across the street where we can buy fruits, drinks, cosmetics and souvenir. Will come back again.

On my first day at the hotel, I decided to brave the 10-minute walk from Fushimi Station with my luggage. However, under the scorching summer sun, that seemingly short distance felt like an eternity. It was just too far! But here’s the twist: later on, we stumbled upon a bus route that conveniently connected the hotel directly to Nagoya Station. My advice to fellow travelers? Definitely explore the bus option—it can save you both time and sweat! As for the hotel itself, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The staff members were friendly and efficient. Our room boasted a good view, and it was spacious and tidy—a great fit for families.

The hotel is nice but the location is a bit far from subway. it’s good for driving.

if u are driving the location is prefect,hotel itself have car park ¥2200(unlimited in&out 24hrs) n opposite hotel there’s one frm 2000-0800 ¥800,the reception speak english well, hotel is comfy if i go Nagoya again i for sure will come back to it

Location is a bit not too convenient but hotel itself is wonderful, staff is helpful, breakfast is delicious and various choices. Room is clean and tidy, spacious.

Excellent hotel overall in terms of design, functionality of the room as it is very new. Sufficient space to move around as well as usb and electrical ports for charging mobile devices. Was however disappointed that the hotel staff said a 50 yen charge was applicable for additional Green Tea sachets requested in addition to what was provided in the room. Overall value for money hotel and would stay again.

The female staff who greeted me at the front entrance of the hotel had very poor service(on duty at around 8:30pm at 13th july). Because the hotel did not provide a parking lot, I parked my car next to the hotel to get my passport and wanted to go through the check-in procedures. Then I immediately drove out to eat, but the staff keep urging me to leave. But other guests parked and waited like this. I immediately reported my opinion to the manager on duty.

The hotel is new and clean. Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable and clean. The shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner are herbal treatments and relaxing. Location is accessible . Parking lot needs to be reserved. Breakfast is good but not variety. Staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely we will be back again.

The location is not so close to the train station, the room is very clean, just the housekeeping throw away some of our stuff while cleaning our room

Hotel is very new and room is spacious per Japanese standard. Location is not as great as those in Nagoya stations though.

We love the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel. We were grateful that we get free upgrade to the highest floor. Please note the location is not too close to the main shopping malls, but it’s easy to get hotel carpark if you are on driving. The only feedback is the air-condition doesn’t function well so struggle to sleep well that evening.

A 15-minute walk to Nagoya Station is actually acceptable, but for me, being close to JR Nagoya Station is indispensable when traveling as a family. The room was nice and small, but don't expect it to be big. Everything is new. Overall, it was a good experience.
