The room has more than enough space for two person. The location is slightly far from the railway. But overall it’s a great hotel for stay.

Eateries are surrounding the hotel, a convenience store is around the corner! Awesome stay!

This is a relatively new hotel in Nagoya, having opened in the last year of the '3-year period' (likely referring to the pandemic years). It's positioned as a five-star hotel right at the threshold of the Marriott brand, so all its facilities are good, but not luxurious. The hotel staff's English is excellent, and they proactively speak it, which is very convenient – typical of an American chain. I don't know the size of the standard rooms, but the pictures suggest they aren't very large. However, the suite design is incredibly well-thought-out. It's very considerate and convenient for living, both in terms of privacy and usability. The suite is spacious, the internet is good, and it's very clean. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the corner sofa is very practical. Having two bathrooms is just perfect.

Parking was very convenient, located in the center of the city. We also enjoyed all the amenities offered.

room is very comfortable, all amenities provided, breakfast has a variety of choices, check out time at 12:00 is a plus, staff at day time are very helpful, staff at night time gave us an attitude which felt surprised to encounter under the Marriott name, convenient store & Donki just across the street, convenient location to go around the city

Aside from being a bit far from the subway station, everything else was pretty good. The room size was quite generous. Most importantly, they had 1.8-meter king-size beds, which is great for families traveling with children.

The room was spacious and comfortable overall, which was a plus. However, the sofa bed provided for my child was quite short and too firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the hotel does not offer self-service laundry facilities. Other than that it’s a great hotel to stay.

A very satisfying stay. 1. The front desk staff were excellent, very quick and professional with the check-in process. 2. The breakfast selection was rich, though at certain times it could get a bit crowded and require a short wait, but this was a minor issue. 3. The room was spacious, clean, and offered great views of Nagoya city. This definitely deserves a big thumbs up. 4. There's a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, and Don Quijote is only 5 minutes away, which is incredibly convenient. Every aspect of my stay was great, so of course, I signed up for a membership.

Good service, room is clean and bed is comfortable. No views for lower floors room, it’s just facing donki’s carpark.

I love the spacious and clean hotel . The room is nice and comfortable with 3 beds for a family of 3 adult . The  sleeping arrangements are pleasant. It is convenient and close to METRO station, restaurants and shopping malls.

The location is 10 mins walk away from the nearest subway station and it will be great if there is a swimming pool in the hotel if you’re travelling with lods

The hotel is very clean and the environment is lovely and relatively quiet. It was a bit inconvenient that none of the front desk staff spoke Chinese. The complimentary snacks from the hotel were exquisite. Overall, it was a good experience.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!
