wifi is always disconnect, but service is ok. The room is tidy and clean,but the location is too far. can provide high level floor as my requested. good.

Very easy to check in & out . Rooms are clean & beds are very comfortable . Breakfast was nice . Walking distance to super markets & restaurants .

Very very poor experience from the staff at the hotel lobby. Rude and impolite. Yell at us and charge us extra for something nonsense. Can imagine this is Japan

The receptionists are all good and friendly, which also assists to combine our order to allow us not to change the room for the next day =)

WE stayed to nights at the hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. They had the best beds and pillows. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the MRT. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. In Naha this hotel is a good choice to stay in.

Small but clean, available parking in and around the hotel area. Staff helpful in showing us other available options for parking around the area.

Quite close to Asahibashi Station, which is a stone throw away from Naha Airport. Check in staff was really friendly. Recommended a Yakiniku restaurant and it was really good. I left they key in the room when checking out and they are kind and understanding. Room is new and clean. Love the amenities by Nest Group.

Reli nice room, i can let me kid sleep on the sofa bed! The view is amazing when you wake up in the morning and opening all the curtain! Love the balcony!
