I was happy to stay in this hotel as it was in the middle shopping street n easily to find foods n souveirs. The best part is the coin washing machine n dryer. The only bad thing is pillow too soft n towel too short.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, nestled right on the beachfront. It boasts a lovely swimming beach and both indoor and outdoor pools, making it perfectly suited for a relaxing family vacation. Kids will love the impressive 'sea castle' water park, and there are jet skis and a plethora of other exciting recreational activities available for everyone.

Compared to the Gracery in Tokyo, the room was smaller and the amenities felt a bit dated. However, its location is incredibly convenient: right on Kokusai-dori Street, approximately a 5-minute walk from Kenchomae Station, and also less than 5 minutes from the tourist bus meeting point.

The standard twin room offered a decent amount of space, allowing us to easily open two suitcases between the beds. Check-in was a breeze, especially with Chinese-speaking staff available at the front desk, making communication effortless. The hotel's facilities are quite comprehensive and convenient. Overall, it provides excellent value for money and is highly recommended. Its location is superb, situated right on Kokusai Dori Street. It's just a short walk from both the Ryubo Department Store entrance and Kencho-mae Station. This makes it an ideal base for those planning to join a Northern Okinawa day tour.

The hotel's location is superb. Kokusai-dori (International Street) pedestrian street is right downstairs, and it's just a 3-minute walk to various day tour bus pick-up points. For the price, the rooms, breakfast, and service are all excellent. If you're looking for a resort by the sea, this isn't it, but for a city-center stay, this hotel is a great choice.

I stayed for two consecutive nights. The hotel's cleanliness was very poor, and it felt quite old and dated. The toilet made an incredibly loud noise when refilling after flushing. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room, creating a very stuffy and uncomfortable environment. On the second day, the trash wasn't even collected. The bed only had one sheet, and the duvet was all bunched up and unusable. I definitely won't be staying here again.

The room was clean. Two adults and two children stayed in a twin room; we pushed the beds together to create a very large sleeping area. The bathroom was convenient for showering, offering both a bathtub and a separate, quite spacious shower, almost like those found in a public bathhouse. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant once. For a business hotel, it was perfectly adequate with no issues. However, it wasn't quite on par with the breakfast we later had at the Vessel Hotel in American Village. It was convenient to borrow an umbrella on a rainy day. Right downstairs from the hotel is a specialty shop selling Yukishio (snow salt), and their ice cream and chocolate crunch cookies were delicious. The hotel is very close to Calbee, just a 10-minute walk to Ryukyu no Ushi, and Sushiro is conveniently located right across the street. Getting a taxi to Tomari Port was also easy. Rubio Department Store is very close by, and it's also convenient for visiting popular breakfast cafes.

Great location on Kokusai-dori, located within walking distance from the Prefectural Office monorail station, lots of food and shopping options available within a stone's throw away. Service from staff was impeccable as expected from Japanese service standards, great buffet breakfast which we added-on on our last day before checking out. The room was fine, and were already considered spacious for Japanese standards. Bath and toilet were clean and well-maintained. Our only gripe was that the room furniture was starting to get worn out, and the carpets had quite a few stains. Maybe some deep cleaning would do the job. Overall, a very good stay, and will definitely choose Gracery Naha again at the right price point.

The location of hotel is convenient. Right in the center of shopping street. Many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

The location couldn’t be better—right on Kokusai-dori, the heart of the city! While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

Wonderful Japanese breakfast, together with fantastic staff and service! Clean & reasonably sized rooms, value for money, would return again!
