Really lovely place to stay. I was there with a group of 8; we got two four-person apartments which were very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful. The restaurant downstairs is excellent - we had a great breakfast (I recommend the poached eggs and avocado) and they were very kind to accommodate us before they opened so we could leave early.

My stay was authentic,the level of customer service from the entrance was exceeding expectations,everyone was going beyond and above just to make sure that our stay was perfect. The ladies that checked me in and out are knowledgeable.I stayed in L13

My business stay at the hotel was completely satisfactory, however ********** is unable to issue me an invoice or a customized receipt containing my company details and VAT ID number. Payment was made in advance via the ********** platform. So finally I had to pay for the hotel out of my own pocket. What a pity. That is the only reason I m giving bad overall review rate - to mobilize ********** Team.

Quiet, clean, well furnished, well located.
Policy on access for Uber drivers not clear, sometimes they are allowed in sometimes not which is confusing. The implication is that sometimes one has to walk to the gate to board a vehicle when vehicle is denied entry.

This property was in a safe area. Well maintained and excellent service all around. It was so nice staying here and we felt right at home. Grace at the front office was very nice and Mildred in house keeping was great and made our stay one of the best things we experience we had in Nairobi. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend Longonot Serviced Apartments.

We gad a great time at the towers. Make sure you get a flat facing the pool and possibly on a lower floor, otherwise it gets hooooot. Great pool, lovely staff. Good but pricey Mawimbi restaurant near or go to Big knife for pizza

An absolutely thrilling experience there. I stayed for a month, but everyday I was treated like a new client, top notch service and amazing customer reception. I had the eagles view of the city, I can’t get over it. Someone pinch me the get back to reality. I call that my home away from home. I strongly recommend longonot place and apartment for people who are just visiting and want safety, comfort and amazing hospitality. Mary at the reception was also very supportive, even when not on sit she ensures that all complaints and issues by customers are attended. She’s well spoken, great composure even under pressure from client. Please ensure to ask about her whenever you visit.
