The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are super clean. All the Staff I met and spoken to where all friendly and Claria stood out, she is very helpful, professional and friendly. I felt at home. I recommend Panari Hotel to anyone visiting Kenya. 🥰

I had a relaxing time. The menu was great. Quite an exquisite variety. The natural lighting and setup was eye catching. Great art pieces and art work along the verandah. The reception was well manned by Ms. Annarite. Waiter Kimani, Waitresses Gloria and Angela were of good help, ready at our service. Tables cleared at intervals and the place tidied up even before we left. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a venue for lunch, retreat, wedding and conference. Their food was sumptuous and in plenty. You cannot finish sampling everything on their Buffett, trust me. I must come back soon. 😊

A befitting and memorable opportunity to eat, dine and drink with my family. The world-class hospitality that began with a very warm welcome by Executive Chef Andreas will forever remain a permanent imprint in our Kempisky momentous brunch at Lucca. The team effort and constant attention from chefs Rachel, Janet and Brenda made our afternoon even more adorable. Chef Colvin, Kadima and Mercy at the Juice Station, Anne Lydia personally ensured that we enjoyed every moment of our stay at Kempisky. The booking Manager Grace Wanyonyi alongside Nancy N take the credit for their great hospitality. We will always look forward to another visit anytime we want a treat. Keep up the good work.

This hotel set the tone for my experience in this part of Africa. The staff at the front desk were alway pleasant and knowledgeable. The lobby was very peaceful even when our group was a mess.We were not that bad. The room I stayed in was a five star any where. The dining facility and the staff were attentive and just great to be around. The kitchen was clean( yes I did take a peek.) I normally do not eat canned beans , but these were well seasoned, got admit that I had seconds. I will ask MEDS for Africa to use this facility next year. I have to apologize to the staff for ask how to get the television to operate. Maybe a how to sheet would have helped. Over all I loved this place. Becky and Eric did use justice .

Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

We stayed at Lotos for one night before our Masai Mara safari. On arrival check in was quick and effective. The room was large with a kitchen area (didn't use), large bedroom area and bathroom. The shower tub did overflow rather easily but the area was clean. The hotel is located in the Westlands area, I was told prior to coming you could walk around the area outside the hotel however we didn't feel comfortable. We took taxis to dinner and back. It was good for a one night stay.

The hotel was in a great location and they provided a free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the room service was great. We had the lamb chops, highly recommend. However, no toothbrushes were provided in the room, we also called reception asking for some and the request was not fulfilled. Despite this, we would stay again. Very convenient for our transit.

I was at the Trademark hotel on first half of Sep 2023. I would like to pay credits to all the staff that keeps me coming back all the time :-) Sarah, Jacklyn, Jennifer and Esther welcomed me so kindly and make me laugh (they know why :-) Stanley and Peninah took care of my room so gently (Stanley knows I like herbal tea). At the Harvest, the entire crew was amazing incl at the kitchen. Just naming a few Paul, Mercy, Stella! At the reception, Paul (I know for years), Timothy & Alex always there with so much kindness. I had such a great experience at Mövenpick Nairobi, we were severed by Joram. Hw had great customer services and recommended a great choice of wine. The food was also really good. We were at the view restaurant and from the coming in at the reception to having us sit at the table was amazing. Would highly recommend.
