房間很小，比較擁擠，衹是住就勉強夠。房間的床品，洗浴都挺高級的。但是前台服務比較差，對中國人不是很友好；入住正逢美國假期，服務員給了一個超級差的房間，窗外全是對麪樓設備，根本無法拉開窗帘。提出換房，服務員態度很差。

С одной стороны: красивый особняк с небольшим количеством номеров, с очень интересным интерьером, настоящими антикварными вещичками, уютный, тихий, недалеко от центра городка, со вкусными завтраками, номер просторный. Двухкомнатный с двумя большими кроватями. Большой санузел, который постарались сделать современным. Но с другой стороны, такое чувство, что постояльцам слегка делают одолжение, что вообще туда пускают пожить. Во-первых, я не понимаю , почему я взяла номер, рассчитанный на четырех взрослых, но оказывается, он забронирован только на двоих и я должна заплатить по 50 долларов в сутки за каждого дополнительного человека. За что я заплатила? Полотенец было всего три и нам дополнительных не дали. Уборку в номере не сделали, поскольку горничная зашла один раз, почему -то испугалась, что в номере нет взрослых( дети 12 и 14 лет), ушла и больше не вернулась. Получается я заплатила только за дополнительные завтраки. Еще один странный момент: заселение строго с 3 до 6 дня. Три часа в сутки. Шансов немного. Есть вопросы к санузлу. В нем холодно. А еще, если ты стоишь в душе долго, то автоматически выключается освещение во всем санузле, и ты останешься в кромешной темноте. Зачем это придумано? Для чьего удобства?

We enjoyed our stay here! We never used our car! Walked around the neighborhood to several delicious spots including Winston’s, Archer, Gott’s & Oxbow ( all about 15 -20 min walk). This inn provided complimentary red &white wine along with charcuterie for an hour in the evening and yummy espressos & coffee with avocado toast in the am. We sipped wine in the cute courtyard with the lovely blooming flowers and then ventured out to nearby bustling downtown Napa. Such a fun time. Lindsey and Trey were so welcoming and kind. Definitely glad we stayed here during our Napa visit.
