The heated pool did not work most of the time we were there, and repairs took a few hours. The omelette station at the complimentary breakfast was very nice, but many of the other hot dishes were only lukewarm as the breakfast hour went on. Also the coffee was out of a vending machine, so we soon after went to the Starbucks downtown. The staff was courteous and friendly. Also the room was clearly not a suite but a single room with a pull out sofa bed and a queen bed. Also the mattress in the pullout sofa was stained with blood. After complaining to housekeeping they gave us clean sheets and blankets. The lounge are was nice for just sitting and a lot of outlets. The happy hours social was also nice. Also poor ventilation in the bathroom.

I am not one to complain, but because there were so many little things that were a problem I felt compelled to leave a review. We booked a suite for myself, my MIL and my two young daughters because the reviews were great and specified great for families. Again, small things but there was only one towel hook, breakfast ended at 9 am on a weekday, not enough towels, the pool was so cloudy you would not see in it, the layout of the living area made no sense. A lot of bulky furniture and it felt very crowded. Overall the room was not super clean (dirt in the corners of the rooms) and there was a musty smell I believe was coming from the carpet. The beds were great, bedding was amazing and very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Overall I was disappointed with our stay.

My wife and I stayed there for three nights while visiting family. On the second night the room next door was hosting a party. I called front office about the loud noise but they didn’t seem to do anything. To make the situation worse, someone was playing with the extinguisher causing the fire alarm to go off at 2:30am this lead to the entire hotel having to evacuate. We waited outside in the cold for an hour while the fire department came. When I brought up the inconvenience of loosing an entire night of sleep at check out, they mentioned they can “possibly” give us points to redeem for a “late check out” the next time I book. Honestly if I was going to spend my night outside in the cold with no sleep, I could’ve done that for free. They showed no consideration for their customers inconvenience.

Overall the stay was nice, staff was nice and friendly. But the fire alarm going off and having to rush out at 2:30am with my children was scary for me and my children.

My stay was pretty cool until Saturday morning while I was getting dressed the fire alarm went off while I was in the shower and then again at 3am on the 24th of March and I had to walk down the stairs and was never told why the alarm went off and no one was at the front desk.

When we got there for check in we got our room and as we get upstairs i find that it was not the room we booked through *******. I booked a room with 2 queen size beds and a pull out sofa for my wife, sister, and 3 kids. There was no possible way that we were all going to fit in this room. I immediately went downstairs and talked to this well mannered young lady. She explained to me that my room was never actually reserved and I was just given what was available. She offered to see if the hotel across the street had anything available but everybody was upstairs in the room and i did not want to lose the parking spot i had because of the limited parking. The hotel ended up having to give us another room down the hall. I wasnt comfortable with this at all in the beginning because i have 2 girls. My sister ended up having stay with them in a separate room. The experience was ruined but we were all tired already from the ordeal and just went to sleep. Terrible experience to find that my room was never even reserved.

We had driven six hours to our destination and our front office staff was super helpful and understanding. Our pull-out bed had an absolutely terrible mattress on it. You could hear and feel every spring and coil.

It was overall great loved the breakfast. However the room had tile issues in bathroom and by entry door. The pull out was broken, but we made due.

Nice hotel with large breakfast that had lots of options! Only complaint is front staff lady arguing with male customer about late checkout charges. They were yelling at each other and made for an awkward situation for me waiting in line. Overall a lovely family friendly place to stay!

Beautiful property, excellent made to order breakfast, large bathroom. Although the room was clean overall, the covers over the box springs were filthy and one of our covers had blood and dirt all over the side. I am not sure why that would not have been caught by staff while making the beds. I would return to stay at this property again, but would definitely check the bed cleanliness next time before going to bed.

It took over 5 minutes to find parking. The person checking us in was rude. The pool was closed because a child threw up in the pool. The elevator took forever. The room smelled weird and had greasy hand prints on the wall. The shower head leaked. Needless to say...we won't be back.

It was great. Several issues were dealt with promptly, as lack of bedding for the sofa bed (booking was for 4), lack of towels for 4, and poor drainage in the shower. Upon checkout, I reported the toilet handle seemed about to come off, and I hope it was addressed. Food and service were excellent.

I had a very bad experience. The room was not clean and sticky , the covers had rips in them the ice bucket was broken. I called 2 times for housekeeping no one ever came. I called to let them know no one came and they said house keeping is gone. I ask for new towels and I was told there were none clean. At checkout I asked to speak to a manager and no one was available to help me. This was the worst experience i’ve had at a embassy suites and i am very disappointed
