Check in is complicated and not clarified that you need to contact the hotel in advance for instructions to get inside. Check in is too early at 10 am. Otherwise it’s an ok hotel

The outside doesn’t look great but once your inside it’s very clean and charming. Host is lovely. I enjoyed my stay and rooms were spacious. Just remind the host when your arriving as we forgot to do this and waited for message to get into property. I would recommend the stay as reasonable priced with breakfast.

Nice room

Very clean & very functional space. Comfortable bed. Staff were also very helpful. Easy breakfast with proper coffee. Both air con and balcony. Great location for visiting this part of the city. Good restaurants nearby. Very good value for money.

We really liked this place. It was clean, comfortable, and they gave us the large, beautiful room next to the reception desk. When we booked on *******, we thought it was a hotel. But it is actually more like a guesthouse or B&B. We never saw anyone at the front desk, and we learned when our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook and land in Naples after 10 pm, that there was a fee for late check-in. We were super grateful for Fabio who picked us up from the airport (for less than the cost of a taxi) and checked us in. We were able to communicate our needs through WhatsApp. The rooms live behind a fortress, gates and doors, with a small rickety-feeling elevator, otherwise one has to climb about 4 flights of stairs to get up there. They gave us a set of several keys with which to get in and out of the building. We were brought a typical Italian petit dejeuner daily, good coffee and a pastry. It is close to the metro, has some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Savoy Riviera was super Neopolitan! It is a good place for the price. For those who can manage the flexibility of a guesthouse with no front desk vs a hotel, I highly recommend it.

The hotel was in a great location, and was clean, the room was of a good size. But, and it’s a big but, the staff were unfortunately very unhelpful! To start with our private transfer wasn’t at the airport for us on arrival, despite me having confirmed the time/flight details with the hotel manager, Fabio. Once we had got our taxi to the hotel, we couldn’t find the place/ get through the gate, and Fabio was not happy to talk to me, preferring to communicate through WhatsApp. We had limited advice on where to eat/ what to see/how to travel around due to the fact that the guesthouse was not manned, there was never anyone at the reception. When I complained that my tv was broken no one came to assist, and I got quite rude whatsapp responses. Would not recommend to friends/family.

Ho trovato la stanza particolarmente sporca e la biancheria con peli e capelli sulla superficie della spugna. La stanza molto spaziosa ma situata vicino la porta d'ingresso dove c'è un "bancone per l’accoglienza" e la sig.ra non ha avuto il minimo riguardo per controllare se disturbava o meno mentre conversava con gli ospiti delle altre stanze. Palazzo esterno fatiscente. Non lo consiglio.

Ambienti puliti ogni giorno comodi e accoglienti. Gentilissima Claudia sempre disponibile. Colazione buona e abbondante. Dovessimo ritornare a Napoli pernotteremo sicuramente qui. Zona servita benissimo da mezzi pubblici. A pochi passi dal lungomare.

Camera curata e organizzazione perfetta. Colazione con prodotti locali, ottima per chi ama la classica colazione all'italiana. La vicinanza alla stazione di Margellina e la splendida posizione vicino al lungomare Caracciolo, rende il Savoy una soluzione ottimale per un soggiorno a Napoli.
