It was a most fantastic place to stay in a fascinating city such as Naples. In the very heart of the city it was a haven and the ideal environment to relax from the charming Neapolitan chaos. Everything was right at the hotel- the staff were not only polite but truly friendly and helpful, the place is perfectly clean and kept in a wonderful condition.

The room was large and nice but the tiny shower was unuseable! A hinged shower door opens in to a tiny slippery space. This likely explains the emergency pull in the shower. Even on a monday night it was so loud after midnight from guests running all over shouting it wasnt great. The front desk staff were sort of helpful but mostly seemed annoyed. They told us there were no english channels and no superbowl on tv, but we found many and the game.Location is great! Walkable to the amazing and not to be missed MANN. Sad to see so much garbage and grafiti in the area. Breakfast was very good, they do a good job there as well.

Wonderful and clean hotel. Very friendly workers upfront. The breakfast was included That is the only thing I disliked and found it very limited.
However the room was nice and spacious and I would definitely go back

Just back from a lovely stay at the Hotel Piazza Bellini and apartments. All staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within easy reach of a metro line if you want to go into the centre or to the central station for trains to other parts of Italy. There are a lot of little cafe/bars around the hotel as well as restaurants nearby. Very near the old town with its narrow streets and historic sites. Also quite near the port for trips to the islands and Amalfi Coast. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff, especially Giuseppe, bend over backwards to help you with transportation, reservations, room questions, etc. The apartments are a fantastic choice for families - roomy, quiet, and with a kitchen. This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Italy.

We love that they were able to arrange a taxi for us for a fixed price upon arrival at the airport. Taxi at the airport is probably €6-10 more. It’s close to everywhere we wanted to go to at the city center and is a relatively short walk to the Metro to get to to Toledo station. Breakfast was enjoyable with options for coffee, which is a plus. The lovely staff at the front desk gave us awesome recommendations for restaurants within the area. Thank you so much!

Not only is elegant, attentive staff, extraordinary breakfast buffet,I got a free upgrade to a suit with a giant bathtub, and upstairs bedroom and a balcony....I for sure give not five stars but 10
