Ulasan Hotel Zara Napoli

The stay was nice and comfortable. Hote staff was okay too. The locality of the hotel is bit odd

The hotel is very close to the station, but the surrounding is dirty and unsafe. There was a lot of dust on the beds and floor, and the water temperature of the shower facility was unstable. The hair dryer didn’t work well. In conclusion, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Buena ubicación cerca de Napole central (estación de tren) . Buena relación precio calidad. La zona no es la mas linda pero es accesible y esta bien para estadias cortas. Gracias

朝早い移動だったので、ナポリ駅の近い、安めのホテルとして選びました。古いホテルです。アパートとホテルが合体してるので、入り口のベールを鳴らす仕込みになってルート… 寝るだけなら良いけど、旅慣れてない方にはすすめ出来ません！

Место не плохое но нет вентиляции, из-за этого потолок в грибке. Полотенца ужасные, но хоть постельное вроде чистое. Но потом постельным похоже была плёнка или что-то такое. Стены на столько тонкие что слышно что говорят соседи. В общем не порекомендовал бы никому.

You get what you paid for but this might be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Can’t comment on what is out of the hotel owner’s control, like the shady unsafe surroundings (it’s next to the train station and these areas are always shady in all over Italy and it is Naples for God’s sake), only what it can be controlled. The staff and the room were okay, the bathroom clogs easily but what made the experience really bad was the constant noise inside of the hotel first floor area. People kept coming in and out talking and shouting until late hours and every time they did, doors were banging so strongly that made our room shaked and I say this while there was a real earthquake happening in the city. We did not sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Again, you get what you paid for so don’t expect an amazing experience.

Hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the central train station. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, water in the shower is HOT, and the AC in the rooms is strong (even waking up several times in the night cold!). Yes the neighborhood around the hotel isn’t the best, but the staff at the hotel has no control over that, and we even noticed that’s how a majority of Naples is (do your research on the city itself before visiting). For the price of the hotel I really don’t know where the bad reviews come from. People want a 5 star hotel for the price of 60 Euro a night. Also, the manager is very kind, polite, and hospitable. We had no issues while staying here and would definitely return for the price that we paid for the room. The building and the hotel itself are very secure, requiring to be buzzed in for entry to both. The bed is also comfortable considering some of the other locations we have stayed in in the country. Overall, a great experience if you want a very central location for a very good price.

Hotel service and cleanliness was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are very small and clean with excellent WiFi service and good power sockets. It can be quite noisy but the vibe is fun and I stayed there at the weekend which is perhaps more noisy than weekdays. The staff were efficient and very helpful with ordering me a taxi to the airport and making sure I get a fair price.

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione,hai mezzi pubblici e a piedi anche al centro. Non lasciarsi ingannare dalla zona perché nonostante possa sembrare non affidabile, ci sono tantissime forze dell'ordine che controllano. Noi ci siamo fermati una settimana a fine febbraio. Eravamo in tre. La camera pulita e in ordine. Il personale gentilissimo e pronto a consigliarci. Appena ne avremo di nuovo l' occasione per tornare a Napoli sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di appoggio. Ringrazio tutto lo staff per la cortesia. Alessandro

Un hotel muy sencillo para una noche pero bien la entrada fatal no nos gustó a para nada pero del resto del Hotel bien la habitación fenomenal la verdad u la entencion muy bien ndndnndndnfnnfnndndndndndnndndndmdmdmdmmdmdmmdmdmdmdkjfjfnfnfnnfnfnfnfn

Non andateci. Passi per la semplicità della camera ma lo sporco non è accettabile. Niente aria riscaldata nemmeno in bagno per cui abbiamo avuto freddo. Abbiamo evitato di usare la doccia perché evidentemente vecchia e sporca. Insomma, il classico albergo per le "signore della notte". Ah, copriletto sporco e lenzuola sospette. Aggiungeteci l'odore di sigaro stagnante nelle camere. Vergogna!

ottima accoglienza e camere non male per il prezzo che hanno, soprattutto comodo perche’ vicino alla stazione dei treni! la persona alla reception era molto gentile e simpatica (credo sia il proprietario) ci ha dato dei consigli su dove andare dandoci una mappa, e’ stato molto paziente e gentile anche quando verso le una di notte gli abbiamo chiesto qualcosa da bere e si e’ dovuto alzare dal lettino che era dietro la reception ma non era per niente scocciato, e’ vero che e’ il suo lavoro ma tanti lavoratori sono sgorbutici di giorno, figuriamoci la notte…

Camera pessima, 10x10, una bettola. Abbiamo prenotato erroneamente una camera senza bagno all’interno, una volta richiesto il cambio che non era possibile effettuare abbiamo deciso di andare via. Il receptionist molto scortese Ci ha mandato a quel paese. Inoltre il pagamento con la carta di credito non è stato possibile poiché ci è stato chiesto un supplemento. Tralasciando anche il fatto dell’accoglienza con le pantofole, mentre pranzava e parlava con la bocca piena senza neanche sforzarsi di scandire le parole. Volete un consiglio? Non andate !!

Mi dispiace leggere recensioni negative di gente che dimentica di soggiornare in un'hotel a 2 stelle e che il prezzo va anche in funzione di questo. Chi cerca un'albergo modesto non può avere pretese diverse... Detto questo ho soggiornato 4 notti con la mia famiglia per il ponte dei morti e non ho nulla da lamentare tranne un pò di carenza di manutenzione nella camera. Personale h24, pulizia giusta, cambio lenzuola. Sarebbe una cosa bella rimettere il servizio colazione e magari un piccolo frigo nelle camere. La zona, essendo vicina la stazione ferroviaria, è frequentata da molti extracomunitari ma non abbiamo avuto problemi la sera al rientro.
