The hotel is just opposite the kofuku-ji temple, with a beautiful window view of the five story pagoda from our room. Although it is near the attraction, it is quiet at night. Location is 5 mins walk away from station.

位置好，旁邊就是奈良公園 朝日大社，走到步行街和其它景點也都不遠。出大門就能看到鹿。房子很老 客房不超過10間 維護的不錯。進酒店要脱鞋 。打車到門口，司機跑進去叫服務員出來迎接的。服務員禮貌周到，就是英語溝通有點勉強…酒店特色就是包早晚餐，早餐是美味的日式套餐 晚餐是精緻的懷石料理～這也是我訂這家酒店的原因。

酒店旁邊就是火車站，非常方便出行。雙人大床尺寸標準，床鋪舒服。房間比較乾淨，有免費提供乾淨的長袍睡衣使用等。房間設施齊全。酒店有提供兩份自助早餐，日式口味乾淨可口。前台工作人員服務周到有禮，有問必答。前台可免費寄存行李。滿意！有機會還會過來住。

私と妻、8歳娘の３人で一泊二日で滞在しました。扉を開けてホテル内に入ったらいきなり絵本が壁にズラリ、和室にダイニングキッチン、お風呂やトイレにまで絵本が並んでいて飽きることがありませんでした。日本語の絵本だけでなく、イタリア語やスペイン語、チェコ語の絵本もあって、原語版と翻訳版とを比べてみるのも楽しいものです。Googleレンズアプリを使えば、外国語の絵本もどんな事が書いてあるのかレベルには理解できますので、スマホにインストールしておく事を強くオススメします。
料理に必要な設備と食器は一通りそろっているのでその気と食材があれば料理を作ることもできます。紅茶・コーヒー・地ビール・ワインと飲み物や冷凍ピザもQR決済で買えます。徒歩圏内にローソンがあるので買い出しに行くのもあり。また、幼子を連れて行く前提になっているので、洗面台やトイレ、お風呂などは子供が使いやすい作りになっており、逆にコンセントは高い位置に付け替えてありました。
適度なふかふかさの布団も気持ちよく、快眠できましたが、朝ゆっくり寝たい人はアイマスクを持参した方が良いかも。
ともあれ、全員気に入ったのでまた利用したいです。

PPengguna TetamuExceeded expections on all grounds! I am so happy with the hotel I wanted to spread the word. This hotel has great old world charm and more. I was a little worried about the condition of the hotel (more than 100 years old!) but everything was fine. I stayed at the Main Wing / basic room with park view. The bathroom was basic (business hotel like) but very clean, but the room / bedding and the view at our window was wonderful. Given the low price point, we were very happy with the room. Definitely recommend the Main Wing, and if you can, a room with higher price point.
All staff, from shuttle bus / concierge / front desk / bar, are excellent. We really enjoyed the check in process - you can sit at the lounge admiring Einstein's piano while the front staff comes calling your name. Also try the tea lounge both during the day and night (turns to a bar). I would also like to extend special thanks to Korean speaking front manager Lee Su Jin who helped us in so many ways. She really made our stay comfortable.
One thing to note about Nara city itself is that most venues close at 4pm and have unpredictable operating hours. You can't just walk around hoping to sit down at a cafe or restaurant. Highly recommend making reservations in advance of your trip and I'm sure Nara hotel concierge can help with this.
I really enjoyed Nara Hotel and look really forward to returning.

3. 연못뷰 룸은 서향이라 블라인드를 안치면 여름에는 햇빛 때문에 뜨거울 수 있어요
4. 호텔 사정상 체크아웃하는 날 짐보관이 12시까지 밖에 안되었었는데 홈페이지에 미리 공지를 했으면 하는 아쉬움이 있어요

We booked 1 room with 3 beds for 3 people, due to the booking system could input only 2 names, we have 1 person’s name missing.
The 2 ladies in the front desk of the hotel told that we need to pay extra JPN 3900 for the additional bed. Or, we could only have 2 beds for 3 people.
I said no, because it’s included in the room charge, we paid already. The ladies have no will to help us to solve the problem, but very interested in charging more.
Try to imagine, will 2 people book 3 beds room for 2 beds? why don’t people book a same type standard room to save some money?
Please contact with your agent to fix your booking system.
Finally a gentleman of the hotel helped to negotiate,and we could live here.
The room is really nice and clean. But the service is the worst I’ve ever seen in Japan.

Cleanness: The hotel maintains an exceptional level of cleanliness, and a comfortable and hygienic environment.
Service: The front desk's English is excellent, much better than most I've encountered in Tokyo and Osaka. The instructions are clear and well-explained.
Facilities: Everything from the room to the dining options was exceptional, making my stay very enjoyable. The Japanese-style room made my stay cozy and relaxing.
Overall: I would give 10 out 10 and recommend it to every one.

SShin-Woei FannThe location of this hotel is pretty well, the Kintetsu Nara station is just across the street and the main station of the Nara buses is just in front of the door.
I would not suggest foreign people to go to the East shopping street nearby for food since there are many restaurant closed and hard to get good meals.
As the biggest chain hotel, this Tokoyo inn also has the convenient check in and out protocols and has staff can speak fluent English.
The only obvious problem is the noise can always come in through the closed window. I lived in 4th floor but could still hear clearly when people down in the back street talking during the late night,

Bilik tatami sangat kecil, dan tidak banyak ruang untuk membentangkan bagasi Katil adalah tilam di atas tatami, TV sangat kecil, tidak ada almari pakaian, dan pakaian digantung pada cangkuk di dinding. Tiada lif di hotel, jadi pilih dengan teliti jika anda tidak boleh mengalihkan bagasi anda.
Apabila saya menempah hotel, saya tertarik dengan mandian peribadi dan urutan, tetapi saya tidak perasan bahawa bilik tetamu sebenarnya tidak mempunyai kemudahan bilik mandi, hanya tandas dan singki untuk menempah bilik mandi peribadi, anda boleh memilih 40 - minit mandi peribadi semasa mendaftar masuk, dan anda boleh menggunakan pancuran mandian dan berendam. Anda tidak perlu membuat tempahan terlebih dahulu untuk kolam renang, dan anda tidak boleh membuat tempahan terlebih dahulu. Jika anda melancong dengan kanak-kanak yang lebih besar, mandi bersama akan menyusahkan. Airnya sangat berair pada pukul 8 malam.
Apa yang dipanggil urut sebenarnya adalah kerusi urut, yang sangat lama Satu peranti tidak boleh menggerakkan alat kawalan jauh kerana alat kawalan jauh mempunyai sentuhan yang sangat lemah tidak menggunakannya.
Saya tidak akan memilih hotel ini apabila saya tinggal di Nara.

禁煙で予約したと思っていたのですが喫煙するお部屋に案内され、たばこ臭が凄すぎてダメ元で変更をお願いしたら快く変更いただけました。フロントの方が親切でした。
夜18〜21時まではドリンクが無料です。
飲みたいアルコールが切れてしまっていたので残念でした。
朝ごはんはおかずの種類が少なかったですがパンがおいしかったです。

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is exactly something what we expected to experience with a Japanese style room and hot spring. We chose Japanese style room which was spacious enough for 3 guests. Hotel fee already included Japanese dinner served inside room and breakfast (Japanese or American) served in their restaurant. Hot spring is available from 4pm-11pm, however, no morning session is available which a bit disappointed us. Hot spring area is not big, it is more enjoyable when there are only 2-3 guest in the pool.
Hotel location is good, only about 6 mins walk from Kintetsu Nara station. The only bad thing was NO elevator or escalator from the station up to ground floor exit. All other main tourist attractions are within walkable distance.

UusingtripsThey had everything that was needed for one night. Plus, they had the option to rent, or buy, some extra amenities to make your stay an even more traditional experience. And what was really outstanding compared to other hostels in Japan, was that the other guests were very considerate towards each other! Had a great stay!
