Не смотря на то, что интерьер номеров сильно не новый, муж обнаружил, что чувствует себя здесь Как дома! В соотношении ЦЕНА/КАЧЕСТВО, совокупность всего в отеле гораздо выше, чем заявленная цена! Нам понравилось! Вернемся сюда!

Just home from a week at sunny day club. I was a bit optimistic after some of the reviews but I needn’t have worried! We were greeted by a very cheery receptionist who escorted us straight into our room(she stayed cheery all week). We obviously had to go to the bar to sample the beer (approx £1 a pint), and got chatting to other folk staying there, some have stayed numerous times and others said they would return after this visit. Pool is lovely and big, a few slides going into it for kids, separated younger kids pool and of course seats in the pool for the big kids.. Plenty sun loungers but it was only the 2nd week in June so not our school holidays yet, maybe quieter, lots of outdoor and indoor seating and a shaded vineyard seating area, very pretty. In the morning we had breakfast, we found something to eat daily; boiled, scrambled, fried eggs(though the lady takes about 15 mins to cook them on the show cooking bit out front), bacon of sorts, smoked sausage, beans, toasts, jams, cereals, fruits, cheeses and hams, salad, just the usual but well replenished and hot. Cuppys, juice and water supplied but sometimes a queue when someone’s filling their 2ltr bottle! The rooms were cleaned daily including clean towels. I had taken a kettle and 2 mugs and they were cleaned too! The outdoor area including under sun beds to out on the street were swept and mopped from 0730, sun loungers wiped down etc, even had 8 cleaners in a row on their hands and knees scrubbing the inside wall of the pool! The staff were very attentive, all of them, they work very hard and for all the reasons stated above, we will definitely be returning! Met some lovely people and just had a great time! So glad I booked and didn’t let the reviews put me off!

Do not book this hotel the rooms are well dated and thee staff apart from 1 are so rude especially the man behind desk at reception. Cleaners don't speak any English they rude too in fact most of the people from Bulgaria are rude.wont be back to bulgarie

The beds are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. Pool area is an absolute nightmare beds far to close together can barely walk round pool to get to our block breakfast absolutely disgusting raw bacon cold eggs just honestly horrible staff with the exception of the chamber maids are not nice at all no Matter how many times I said good morning or good evening they never once smiled or said hello. Used the restaurant once and got raw chicken when I sent it back I never even got a sorry plate was just taken and re cooked. Rooms dated but ok no pillows only cushions and carpet in rooms. No kettle had to pay for that. Staff definitely need training on customer service on speaking to other guests they said the same but said they are only pleasant when you are spending your money in hotel. No safe in room.

I got a one bedroom apartment and was told on arrival that i would be in the other building across the road in a "private apartment". As nice as the apartment was, i would have rathered be in the building that i actually booked and paid for. The absolute rudeness in the staff are unbelievable! Especially the waiting/bar staff. The was one man named jimmy who is very handsy towards women custumers, he put his hands around my waist, kissed me on my shoulder from the back and would blow kisses when you walk by him and call you sexy, he did this to a few of my other family members including my nanny. If this happened in Ireland and a complaint was put in, you would get sacked on the spot and you could be arrested for that kind of sexual harassment! And also the other staff that just stand around looking at you but wont go over and actually do their jobs to serve you and to one staff who would roll her eyes at you and huff whenever you want to order anything, she also threw change back at me across the counter. I would never stay in these apartments again and would advise others to stay away also. If you do go here, go to friends restaurant less than a minute walk down the side street, food is much better and the staff are super friendly, smiley and they actually do their jobs very well. I will just add that the two male reception staff were nice and friendly and so were the cleaners. The room was decent, spacious and very clean and the pool is great for the kids. This hotel would have been recommended if it wasnt for the terrible staff.

I would not stay here again. Beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are too hard. Air conditioning was extremely loud with the machine outside. Receptionists are polite however the waiting/bar staff were, what I thought, unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate that at all. The cleaners always forgot to empty our bins. The pool bar staff never done anything about kids and older adults climbing up flumes and jumping off the rocks and would watch them do so, which could have caused a lot of injuries.

Would have rated higher but the staff are VERY rude, don't even make eye contact. Couldn't fault the room cleanliness and our cleaner is very friendly and thorough. If it wasn't for the staff we would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others. Restaurant food is really good even the local taxi driver said was the best but the staff again spoiled the experience. If you want a happy place to dine Friends hotel and restaurant just round the corner is very friendly and food is good

This is for captain duck restaurant. The bbq meat is fantastic. The service has always been with a smile. This is a little gem of a restaurant came back again and again and never had a bad meal. (P.s. try the mash!!!) Reasonably priced and great value for the service. Would highly recommend a visit
