Hotel 3 Bintang di New Delhi

Had a night of very comfortable stay in this hotel . Well ***aged and safe and secure with good utility facilities in the room and in the premise . Good value for money . Location is very near to Paharganj side of New Delhi station and close to best commercial locations of Delhi . Staff are good .

I’ve stayed few time cuz staff is super helpful. They’d love Japanese. If you’ll be hungry you can go out find street food. But room doesn’t have teeth brush and shampoo and conditioner.

Dari saat saya masuk ke lobi, saya telah disambut o*** kakitangan yang ramah dan profesional yang membuatkan saya berasa dialu-alukan dan dijaga sepanjang penginapan saya. Hotel ini direka dengan cantik, dengan hiasan moden dan kelengkapan perabot yang selesa. Bilik saya luas dan serba lengkap, dengan pe***dangan latar langit bandar yang menakjubkan.

A normal budget hotel. Location is good this is on the main road. Aerocity metro station is around 1 kilometre. Indira Gandhi international airport is around 5 kilometres. The rooms are good and specious but need maintenance. The staff is very helpful especially Ms Kiran. Mr. Vinay Mr. Sunil in night shift. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with family and i was very glad with the behaviour of the staff. This hotel has it's own bar with happy hours. Live music is there. If I talk about food that is awesome whether it is breakfast or dinner. Buffet breakfast is very good with 5 types of choices. The team which was serving breakfast was too helpful. The food was warm and the coffee was yummy. The fruit was fresh. In total all dishes were perfect under the guidance of Mr.Shabaz and Mr. Puneet. The restaurant has good options to choose from veg and non veg. The bar is inside the restaurant. Everything is under the guidance of the manager Mr. jai Singh a perfect *** in the hospitality industry who has worked in Dubai. He is very polite and has a decent personality. Kindly ask his suggestions before order and he will be happy to advise. This hotel is run by Mr Jain. The hotel has it's own parking. Lift is there all basic amenities are provided by hotel. For pickup and drop at airport you can book a taxi from hotel as well. Moreover I felt safe in this hotel with family Electric kettle and mini fridge is in rooms. Rooms are smoking. Washroom was clean. Linens has little bit issue. Overall it was a good experience.

We booked the stay for 2 days and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff there was helpful & polite. Check-in & checkout were smooth. We order food from their in house restuarant, food was amazing too. Looking forward to stay again. Go stay, you will love it.

Hotel prime balaji deluxe was very excellent very good stay. The staff was courteous, nice buffet breakfast. Excellent hospitality. Overall very good service. Highly recommend this hotel

I arrived very late (almost 3am) so I’m glad they still ***aged to open the door and let me check in. They offered a bottle of water, fruit, chips on arrival. Disappointed in the cleanliness as the room was not ready (no towels, no toilet paper) and bed linen had stains. Convenient location as not too far from main places to visit and although very hectic, I couldn’t hear a thing from the bedroom.

Hotel is a value for money place. Hotel rooms are clean. Staff is very supportive and very polite. The location of the hotel is very near to the main New Delhi Railway station. Just walking distance of 5-10 min. Very near to all the main locations of Delhi.

A fairly basic hotel but nice rooms (as long as your not facing the street - very noisy). Bathrooms are very basic and hot water can take a while to come through. Food is great. Smoking is allowed on the rooftop dining area, which is a bit grim when you’re eating. The general experience is good value for money but the place could do with investing in new bed linen and towels and having a no smoking policy.
