Such a great stay! The hotel have a smart home assistant that made everything so convenient! The bed is the BIG PLUS! It was huge and super comfortable making it hard to leave! The best part? They offer free airport transfer which was huge time and cost savers for us! The staff is also very friendly! Highly recommended this place in all aspects especially if you reach airport late night or need to leave early!

Though this is only a 4 star hotel, their customer service is top-notch, deserved to be 5 star. Even before the stay, the hotel reached out to be if I need some decoration for my room. Without even a second thought they will assist you with your luggage when checking in and out. They also called to our room if we needed any night snacks and delivered it up. I encountered numerous hiccups with my taobao deliveries and they took the initiative to assist and contact the delivery company. The hotel also serves wonderful breakfast at the lobby and there’s a corner in the lobby where snacks are served at specific timing. What’s interesting is that you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel also has laundry room for everyone to use at no costs. I would like to specially thank 凤凰 and 欣玉 for their excellent service and hospitality! ❤️

The location itself is a huge plus—nestled within the charming old town, it’s easy to take your time and explore the vibrant surroundings. The hotel serves a simple but delightful breakfast, and I found it to be just perfect for starting the day. It’s not overly extravagant, but it’s incredibly satisfying. One of the best things about the resort is its proximity to bars and local nightlife—just a short walk away, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of Gu Cheng until late. The staff at Yutang were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Dali. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth.

Hotel’s location is best for walking around, shopping plaza is just the opposite and walking street at night was lively. Hotel Staff is very supportive in every way. Breakfast was delicious. Although the room is not big, the location is really good. Recommend for staying.

Chose to stay in this hotel as it was just a 10 minute walk from the railway station, excellent for any travellers arriving in Kunming by the high speed rail. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. It even comes with free DIY laundry although we did not use it.

This hotel's convenient location is ideal for early morning airport departures; however, the exceptional service provided by Ms.丁绮月 from check-in to departure was truly outstanding. Upon my late-night arrival, Ms.丁绮月 efficiently processed my check-in while thoroughly explaining hotel amenities and breakfast options, ensuring a restful start after a long journey. Her exceptional service left a lasting impression. Despite my offer to retrieve my Taobao packages myself, she insisted on using the automated robot, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist. Although my app showed the some of my missing packages as delivered, her proactive approach quickly resolved the issue. She identified the possibility that they were mistakenly delivered to a nearby building, 30 meters away, sharing the same address but a different block number. This enabled me to locate the missing packages. Her willingness to go above and beyond, rather than simply stating the hotel lacked the parcels, was truly commendable. Upon nearing departure for my flight, I had arranged private transportation. While awaiting the vehicle, Ms.丁绮月 emerged from the hotel, informing me of the imminent arrival (within five minutes) of the hotel's airport shuttle. She kindly offered the shuttle as an alternative, considering my substantial luggage. Instead of simply processing my checkout, she proactively assisted, waiting outside in the cold until the shuttle's arrival to ensure my safe boarding and even helped with my heavy luggage, exceeding expectations. Mercure Kunming Changshui International Airport have found a valuable employee, 丁绮月, who has demonstrated exceptional performance and is deserving of both a promotion and a salary increase. We sincerely appreciate her contributions.

Stesen Wuyi hanya di depan pintu. Terdapat banyak kedai makan dan pusat membeli-belah dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Tahniah kepada pembantu rumah! Auntie housekeeping itu sungguh peramah dan mesra. Saya biasanya mengambil banyak air, apabila perasan dia memberi saya botol air tambahan sepanjang penginapan saya! Penyambut tetamu juga sangat membantu. Hotel ini terletak berhampiran dengan hospital jadi sangat mudah untuk singgah untuk ujian asid nukleik sebelum anda bertolak ke perhentian seterusnya. We had a great stay at this hotel the location is very convenient in Lijiang ancient town but it’s by the street so that cars can stop by the entrance of the hotel. We were welcomed by the front desk team that helped with our luggage. We initially booked a twin room but the room we had booked was a bit dark and we asked if there was any other room available. One of the employees named 阿鑫 quickly helped us to check and offered us an upgrade to a suite instead which was much better. The room was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the ancient town. We also received free minibar and welcome fruits which was very nice. Furthermore, 阿鑫 helped us to introduce all the important tourist attractions and restaurants as well as bars. She helped to book tickets for the attractions that we wanted to visit and also followed up to see that we were happy. Her friendly and professional service made us feel very happy and we enjoyed our short stay in Lijiang very much.

Superb stay in this hotel at Lijiang. Blessed to have dedicated staff whom decorated my room for honeymoon. The place was clean, luxurious, good breakfast, spacious and everything more. Thankful to the awesome staff and for the great hotel room! Made our trip uber memorable!

The hotel has been so kind to upgrade us to the Family suite 😇. The suite is big and has two adjacent bedrooms with a big bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will stay here again if we ever go to Lijiang again 🥰 Most importantly, we would like to show our gratefulness to all of the staff in Xinyi Hotel 🙇♀️ for their efforts to help our daughter to get back her handphone that was left behind in the Didi car. As we were not able to contact the driver, the staff helped us to make police report and we went down to the police station. Things would not be so smooth and expedite without their assistance. Thankfully we were able to catch our train on the day itself. The staff even refused our gratitude. This show their professionalism and great characteristics. Words can’t express our appreciation for your efforts but we still want to say a big thank you to you all. 🤝🤝

The hotel is so beautiful. So many beautiful flowers. Hotel staff really helpful and trying their very best to help. Love the unlimited fruits. Hopefully they can improve the wifi. It is very slow. Also hope they have small microwave for us to reheat pur own food and provide some plates and cutlery.

Beautiful and cozy room. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The location was ideal and within the ancient city itself. Everything was a walking distance away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

The hotel manager was also super friendly and courteous, helped us with many aspects and made our stay super warm and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the stunning view from the balcony. Overall, I was impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail. Wonderful experience stay at this quiet place. They provide free pick up from train station for 2 nights consecutive stay. Very warm hospitality and friendly host. The host share with us Dali attractions route during our arrival. The place is near to the old town, five mins walking distance. There is steep slope when you walk back to the place. The room is clean and tidy with smart home facility. There are mineral water provided in the room, mini bar in the room also had the mineral water and cold drinks. There are delicious afternoon tea, flower biscuit, night dessert and rice noodles for breakfast. Forgot to take picture of breakfast. The tea and coffee are really good. Highly recommend this place if you come to Dali.

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay. Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

I recently stayed at 三色云河, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The homestay offered breathtaking views that made it the perfect setting for one of the most important moments of my life – proposing to my girlfriend. The entire experience was truly unforgettable. The host and 管家 (六斤) were exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with all the arrangements and ensure everything was absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel incredibly well looked after. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and exuded a peaceful charm that made it all the more special. It was truly the ideal place to create such a precious memory. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making this moment so extraordinary for us. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful homestay to anyone seeking a memorable and unique experience!

Room is pretty big. However, location is upslope and thus quite tough to walk up but it’s fine as can always take didi up to the hotel. Basic and nice breakfast. Infrastructure is quite basic. Hotel happen to do some minor renovation work when we were there. But was fine as we are out mostly. Has heating pad that helps with the cold. Good view from hotel. Best part is that they do offer to and fro free transport to the railway station. Just need to inform them earlier! This hotel is also located next to a very nice restaurant just next door, up a hill. Food is great there, do go for it if you stay here!

regretted not booking this place earlier but this is really one of the most comfortable room and stay i had while in Dali ancient town. Location was close to the activities at night and near for shopping/ exploring in the day time. Though it was a small team of hosts, they were on the ball to ensure you are not waiting for too long, that you are well taken care of.

Couldn't believe they are charging such a low price for such a high standards. Breakfast was amazing and they provide free flow coffee and tea for your entire trip as complimentary .
