Очень смешной отель.
Мы назвали его отель для хоббитов, так как дверь, лестница, сам номер, умывалка, всё какое-то маленькое и низкое.
Нашли вход и сами апартаменты не с первого раза. А потом не сразу поняли к кому обращаться и куда, так как нет рецепции.
Спросили в кафе снизу хозяев, потом ждали когда они придут.
На момент бронирования это был один из самых дешевых отелей. Нам нужно было просто поспать ночь, поэтому выбрали на сутки такой вариант.
На более долгий срок отель бы не стала рекомендовать, так как есть минусы:
-шумно до полуночи или даже больше точно, так как отель находится в людном месте и вокруг играет музыка, диджеи, в целом на улице активная движуха
-выдается одно полотенце на человека и в ванной комнате особо нет никаких принадлежностей
-если вы высокие, то точно не выбирайте этот отель, так как будут трудности с подъемом наверх, в ванной комнате без наклона корпуса не помыться и возле раковины не умыться, спина устанет 😂
-очень смешной унитаз, крышка до конца не открывается и не удерживается, поэтому если хочется справить нужду, то крышку нужно всегда держать или она будет просто лежать на спине
-утром когда мы выселялись тоже было не понятно куда и к кому подходить, всё закрыто, людей нет, поэтому пришлось просто оставить ключ в двери и съехать.
-ещё был минус в том, что я поставила заряжаться телефон на ночь, а утром оказалось, что розетка не работала и телефон остался не заряжен 🤷♀️
-ну и есть подбитые детали в номере, например в потолке пробита дыра ну и другие потертое всё, старенькое
Плюсы:
-интересно пожить в старом городе наверху, месторасположения в целом прикольное
-цена невысокая и на одну ночь пойдет
-ну и просто номер - прикол, для двоих молодых людей пойдет, можно забраться и под крышу.

Местоположение прекрасное. Чистота и обслуживание на высоте. Прямо в самом центре старого города. Не спортивным людям и люди пожилого возраста может быть некомфортно подняться в номер, очень крутая лестница. Ещё лично наше огорчение: мы не смогли позавтракать, т.к. ресепшн открывается в 9, хотя в номере и написано, что завтрак с 7.30. Мы уехали голодные.

This first floor modern apartment, refurbished in 2025 with a brand new kitchen, and bathroom is situated in a small fishing village 15 minutes stroll around the beautiful headland of the fjord to the spectacular walled town of Kotor. These large, 1 bedroom, air-conditioned apartments have TV, shared swimming pool, including use of loungers, large terrace and an outside splash shower. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room, and is fully equipped for self catering. The large, private balconies are perfect for alfresco dining. We called it a hobbit hotel as the door, the staircase, the room itself, the washing machine, everything is small and low.
They found the entrance and the apartments themselves not for the first time. And then they didn't immediately understand who to turn to and where, because there was no recipient.
They asked the owners in the cafe from the bottom, then waited when they would come.
At the time of booking it was one of the cheapest hotels. We needed just to sleep at night, so we chose for a day such a option.
For a longer period, the hotel would not recommend, as there are minus:
-noisy until midnight or even more accurate as the hotel is in a crowded place and around plays music, DJs, generally on the street an active motor
”One towel is issued for a person and there is no special feature in the bathroom
-if you are high, do not choose this hotel, as there will be difficulties with climbing up, in the bathroom without the inclination of the body not to wash and near the sink not to wash, the back will tire 😂
-very funny toilet, the cover is not open and held up, so if you want to do the need, the cover needs to always hold or it will just lie on the back
-In the morning when we emigrated too it was not clear where and to whom to approach, everything was closed, people were not, so it was necessary to just leave the key in the door and move.
-there was still a minus that I set the phone to charge for the night, and in the morning it turned out that the roast was not working and the phone was not charged 🤷♀️
-Well, there are the twisted details in the room, for example, a hole in the ceiling, and other twisted everything, old

-Interesting to live in the old town upstairs, locations are generally cool
-the price is low and for one night will go

LLiliyaLocation is beautiful. Clean and service at the height. Right in the heart of the old city. Not sports people and older people can be uncomfortable to climb to the room, very cool staircase. Still personally our distress: we couldn't have breakfast because the resepshn opens at 9, although in the room it is written that breakfast from 7.30. We left hungry.
