First, I'd like to thank Daniel, Efren, Omar, and the entire staff for their excellent service. They made this trip truly enjoyable and demonstrated why one should choose to stay at the CDMX above all other options. The hotel is beautiful and a truly luxurious experience. Furthermore, this hotel is in the middle of everything. It's very easy to walk to nearly every tourist destination and it's right on the hop on/hop off bus route. I would highly recommend for you trip to CDMX.

Overall is ok but expensive . Location is good . Perfect for business. Breakfast not that good & very costly. Service need to improve but for me is ok . It’s in the Times Square all amenities is there . Room size is ok . Hotel should low down there breakfast cost in USA . Compare to other countries New York hotel is not that good .

The first thing I will mention is that the hotel is 5 star and is expectedly, very expensive, being in the heart of Times Square. I took this into account when writing my review. If I am paying that much, my expectations would be higher than normal. I stayed for 12 nights over the Christmas and NY period so I obtained a very comprehensive view of the hotel and everything about it. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and the staff were always there to attend to any requests and issues. The moment I got out of my transfer car, there was a lovely young gentleman waiting to get all my bags and transport me upstairs to the reception. The check-in was reasonably flawless but there was a bit of confusion around the payment because of resort fees the hotel charges daily. I prepaid my booking and there was confusion over whether it included or excluded the resort fee. The reception area is immaculately presented and the bar and restaurant are both located here. I intended to use the gym during my stay, but didn't have time to even take a peek. Nor did I visit the bar or restaurant. There's way too many options outside to do that. The very polite and courteous young gentleman then took me up to my room. He showed me everything and away he went. I got a bit of a room upgrade which I highly appreciated and had a beautiful view of Times Square. I was on the 2nd highest floor, floor 39. The room is not big. It was adequate for one person but nothing more. I don't think I would be able to stay here if I was with another person. It would be too uncomfortable and I had to find space for my 2 suitcases and carry-on. The bathroom is open plan, with a door for the shower and toilet. A big problem I had in my room was that if it was windy you will hear a loud whistle coming through the bottom of the front door. It really annoyed me. I had to take the cover off the bed and make a snake shape to block the gap underneath the door to stop the noise. Even a bath towel didn't work. They need to fix this. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very beautifully equipped, presented and maintained. I was pleased to see that most of the things I requested before I arrived (some extra bath mats, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, mini fridge, bathroom scale) were mostly there upon arrival. I quantified the number of towels I needed as I was not getting any housekeeping during my 12 night stay but I did not get the quantity requested. I expected a bit more attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. Before I arrived I was asked if I was celebrating a special occasion and Guest Services pushed up my expectations as I was celebrating a special occassion and they said something nice, I assume maybe a cake or some alcohol would be waiting for me in the room. When I arrived there was nothing. And there was never going to be anything throughout my stay. I didn't mind and only remembered towards the end of the stay. Arrived very late, the lady at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Also on our last night helped us tremendously as far as transportation to the airport since there were road closures due to a parade We were able to get a car right at our door and not have to use a taxi nor other! They know how to treat their guests. Room was very clean!

출장에 걸맞는 비즈니스 호텔이었습니다. 방은 그렇게 넓지 않으나 뉴욕 물가 대비하여 적당히 쉴 수 있는 호텔이었습니다. 물을 제공하지 않는 점은 아쉬우나 그외 모든 점은 만족스러웠으며 추후 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

Great location. But the service standards absolutely disappointed. In room telephone was not working and despite repeated complaints it was not repaired through my stay of 4 nights. So basically we had to go down all the way to reception every time we wanted something at the room. From toiletries to food to water. Even the front desk as well as the duty manager simply expressed inability to do anything about it Initially even some of the lights in the room were not working. Clearly one of the worst stays of my life at a big brand hotel All in all a big disappointment

Très bon séjour. La chambre est correcte propre contenant une cafetière et un mini bar ou nous avions des bouteilles d eau tous les jours. Proche de plusieurs station de métro idéal pour se déplacer. Quartier agréable et peu bruyant. Le rooftop est très sympa même en hiver la vue donne sur l Empire state building bien sur le bar est fermé mais on peut contempler la vue. Merci au personnel très professionnel et agréable. Nous n avons pas tester les petits déjeuner. Nous sommes des globes trotter et je recommande cette hôtel pour un séjour.

I booked this hotel because it was one of the only hotels that had two double beds & didn’t cost a fortune. We travelled from jfk airport on the subway. We got off at 50th street station and it was only a 10 minute walk to the hotel. CHECK IN -The check in was VERY slow. We waited over an hour in a huge queue with only 2 & sometimes 3 staff checking people in. We were charged $40 per night resort fee! Which is basically free money for the hotel. I’ve no idea why they just don’t add this on to the price of the room, so people are clear on the full price. If you are staying for more than one night this can be very costly. Nearly all New York hotels do this. ROOM - our room was small with just two queen sized beds, a tv and very small cheap desk. Our room over looked the back of some Times Square signs, not the best view. But we were only intending on sleeping in our room so it was ok. I thought being next to the lift it would be loud, but we never heard a thing. There was a steamer to iron clothes and also a hair dryer in the room. No tea/coffee though. LOCATION- the location was perfect for us, close to the subway station. If you walk out of the hotel and turn left down the street you will come to Times Square at the end. There are Broadway theatres and restaurants all along the hotels street. It is literally in the middle of everything, the location is ideal. OVERALL- we loved the location of this place, the price was reasonable for New York prices and the room was small but ok. Definitely nothing luxurious, but adequate. The check in is definitely something that needs sorting out, it’s far too long a process. You can leave bags here for $2 each, which was great. We came to the city for the first time in almost 20 years to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had tickets to almost famous and wanted to have a very special weekend together. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind and offered us congratulations and gave us an upgrade for free to a king suite from regular king room. It was a beautiful spacious room, well decorated with a comfortable sofa and big screen, TVs, extra towels, and everything one could want. The staff was helpful and accommodating and recommended a great spot for dinner. Breakfast to go was perfect in the morning. Complete with coffee and lots of smiles. We can’t wait to come back again and have recommended it already to friends. We especially love the art deco style that was evident everywhere. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special!! Booked the W because I’m familiar with the brand and it was a good price for the space! My sister and brother ended up staying with myself and my husband - and everyone had more than enough room. It was perfect location, just steps from Times Square and in the middle of all the NYC sights☺️ Views from the 47th floor were insane- my only recommendation to the hotel would be to wash the windows as they were super smudgy. I was only able to take this attached pic when I opened the window a crack. When we are in NYC again, we’ll book the W without a doubt!

I can’t rate this hotel higher. The views were breathtaking. The location is very simple! Making transit/travel a breeze! We checked in early, the wonderful woman at the front desk gave our son a little gift bag and we headed up to our room! Super easy check in. We loved every second of our stay here and we can’t wait to go back!!!

I love this place.. had great reviews. The buffet breakfast was great, but missed the last breakfast due to time miss information.. I asked if I could get a refund but they refused. Other than that we had an awesome stay. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. The location was great and everything was so close within walking distance.

The location of this place is just amazing. Staff were very polite. We had a room with a small kitchenette. It's tiny but everything you need to get by for a few days. Bathroom and shower on the other hand are spacious in comparison. The only thing that didn't suit us personally was the finishing time of the breakfast in the weekdays. It finishes at 9am but otherwise, everything else was absolutely great.
