Having stayed at this hotel in the past I had a good experience. However since a management change, the hotel needs to reflect its policies better when checking in. I understand parking is always an issue everywhere you go in Brooklyn. However during check in, disclosure of requiring a permit to park should be mentioned upon arrival. This policy was incorporated sometime within the last 4 years at this location. Upon returning to the hotel after a 13 hour day I inquired about a permit as the rear lot indicated permit required. While some vehicles had some sort of faded out poorly printed some saying permit something, I could not make out that the permit was actually for the Marriott lot. When I went inside, I was told all the permits had already been issued and no more permits were to be issued. However I had already checked in the day before and no one mentioned anything about a permit. Although I had a lengthy conversation about driving in NYC and how bad it can be insinuating that I was driving a vehicle. I know a manager will review this review and this needs to be training improvement at the hotel to teach new employees that they need to ask individuals upon check-in if they have a vehicle or not and if they are going to be parking at the hotel. Not like it really matters much however as titanium member with over 580 lifetime nights and a seven year history staying with Marriott. I have been to several hotels and I have never once had an issue or had a front desk employee not be willing to figure something out when I acknowledged an issue with my stay.

Ia tidak terlalu baru dan bersih, dan kakitangannya tidak begitu mesra Lokasinya ok, dan hotel di New York terlalu mahal. Harga ini cukup bagus! Satu perkara yang patut disebut ialah terdapat alat kecil untuk bersenam di dalam bilik, seperti tikar yoga, batu bata yoga, dll., yang bagus :)

First of all, I have experienced Ace Hotel Portland few years ago, so I chose Ace Hotel this time also. I trust this brand.
1) Location : Subway A,C,G line is very near from the hotel, so It is easy to move to Manhattan. Also, East Brooklyn like Williamsburg is not far from here. We usually used the Lyft for moving to Williamsburg, and it took about 15min.
2) Cleanliness : the hotel room was well-organised and very clean. Room-keepers were very kind and there are no difficult to communicate.
3) Service : Reception and room-keepers and engineers were so kind and very helpful.
4) Facilities : I have used Gym, and it is small but well-organised. Treadmill is good, but Cycle is malfunctioned.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel is only a walking distance to restaurants, Macy's, Nordstrom, Target, and many other shops, so it's very convenient for us.
Right next to the hotel is a good coffee shop.
The hotel service is also great and warm.
I highly recommend this hotel for future trip !

I booked a balcony room and was moved to a suite as they had oversold the balcony rooms. Suite was clean and accomodating. I would say the bathroom may need attention as there was mold near the shower and the toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. Other than that, loved the size and welcoming feel of the suite.

Bien el hotel en lineas generales. En nuestro caso fuimos por una noche para ir al aeropuerto de JFK al otro dia, la limpieza es buena, la recepcion amable, las instalaciones normales. La habitación es sencilla también, cuenta con una cafetera y una bacha chica. Punto a favor de que no esta cerca del tren y la noche no es ruidosa.

房間大小還行，國內正常三星酒店的標準，在紐約算難得了，且這個位置還不錯，離地鐵站也比較近，去曼哈頓兩站地鐵。
房間的隔音一般。如果睡眠不太好的，建議跟前台說，讓他們給你一個不臨街的房間，他們是一個L型，所以有些房間是臨，有些房間是不臨的。
也注意避開造冰的機器，那玩意太吵了。
一樓大廳有24小時熱白開水！！！
服務蠻熱情的，在大廳等車的時候，有一位叫molly的前台，主動幫我保管行李。

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

PPengguna TetamuWe always stay at Marriott, although I rarely use my Bonvoy membership. I always book our hotel through trip.com. The fridge had a bottle of Coke that had been drank by the previous guest. The hair dryer bag is dusty.
Everything else looks good. They provide free water during check-in and a raincoat in case of rain.
The breakfast seems decent for the price.

PPengguna TetamuI went on a girls trip and took a red eye to New York. Check-in was a breeze, and being greeted with a reusable water bottle was so nice! It's also close to the subway so getting around to the different places we wanted to go was easy. Staff was incredibly pleasant, made sure I had plenty of towels. The breakfast and hours of indulgence in the evening was amazing. Usually I do a little shopping for some basics, but I didn't need to this time. The water dispenser and coffee machines were life savers on more than one occasion. I've already told my husband we need to stay here when we do a couples trip.

帅帅哥NomadLocation is good if you want to stay close to Times Square. Their fridge was not working but they immediately send one when I complained. Elevator is okay, doesn’t bounce.

MmelI really like the Sheraton Hotel, this place is really very satisfying, highly recommend for a relaxing holiday, the service is quite good and friendly and very clean, and complete equipment will not disappoint

PPengguna TetamuLocation was superb, next to the main subway station. The concierge staff was very friendly. They need to check that you're a guest before you can walk in to the hotel - this is probably because their lift does not enable guest only access to each floor - you do not need a card to go up to any floor. They charge a $39.99 destination fee and give you a $15 market value to buy food everyday.. (500ml water for $7.5, plain bagel for $5, ham and cheese bagel for $18...) They charge $4/bag for baggage storage after you check out.. Other than these 'small' charges, everything else is good.

PPengguna Tetamu頭兩天住宿的房間偏小，樓層也低，且衹有一扇窗户朝向天井，所以房間光線不足。後七天訂單換到第12層，房間也大一些且兩面牆都有窗子，拉開窗簾後可直接看到W 71街的街景和中城景色，感覺不錯。
空調聲音較大是唯一不能接受的問題，不過這是很多紐約二三星旅館都存在的問題，衹能忍耐。
服務質量因人而異，有的前台人員友好有的服務態度一般，並不會每天都有人來保潔，開始幾天我都是自己收拾，後來發現洗手池堵了，給前台打了電話，也派人來修了，且後面幾天連續都有人來清潔了，所以會提要求也很重要。服務人員多數是南美裔，都講西班牙語，英語不一定靈光，交流有點困難。
該酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰中央公園和72街地鐵站，交通便利，屬曼哈頓上西區鬧中取靜處，從性價比來説非常值得推薦。

JJaeStarI was a bit daunted by reviews when booking but was pleasantly surprised. Firstly, you get what you pay for (and a bit more). It’s a hostel with private rooms, not a hotel. Once you realize that, you manage your expectations. It is in a prime location next to Central Park and a short walk to Times Square. It is near a metro station and there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The room was adequate (I booked a single room). It was clean and comfortable. Inside the room was a small tv, a small refrigerator, a desk a twin bed and a small closet area. I wasn’t too concerned about the room because I didn’t intend to spend much time in there but it was comfortable enough for my stay. The bathrooms are shared but are privately used so you don’t actually share it with anyone while using. It was always clean and regularly checked (but of course as they are shared some people clear up after themselves better than others). There were several so I never needed to wait more than a few mins. The shower pressure was fine and the water temperature was perfect for me. Even though you pay for gym and facility use when you stay, I never used them so can’t comment on them.
The checkin and check out processes were easy. The staff were all friend and helpful. The building felt safe and I never felt worried about anything.
I don’t really have any negatives to comment on. There was a little noise at time from other residents but that’s beyond the control of the staff etc.

AAshley NicoleThe hotel is in an excellent location. It’s very easy to get around by walking or hopping on the metro. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, but the hotel itself is in need of renovations (as other reviews have stated). If the hotel were to make those renovations I would stay again.
