I booked that hotel for the 22nd of April. I had a long flight from China. I arrived at the Hotel 2 am, wanted to checkout 5 hrs later for an other flight.
I was denied access because check in time was set for before 3 pm. The person at the service desk told me that there’s nothing they can do that I have to rebook and pay cash money. They were not polite at all.
Run by Bangladeshi people, very rude.
The place smelled like ****, No sens of Customer Service. As I couldn’t change or cancel my booking.
I had NO other choice but to pay an other UBER back to the Airport, slept there, wait for my flight.
I would rather pay money Not to stay at that slum so call Hotel. I’m deleting my trip. Com as they couldn’t do otherwise. I’m a world traveler. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to even a Monkey.
By the way once you made a mistake on trip. Com wile booking, you’re toast.
