They have earned their 5 Stars, from luxurious rooms (beds are super comfy) to delicious dining (best oysters I’ve ever had!) Great location to stroll the charm and history of lower Manhattan. Would stay here again and would love to stay longer!

Very nice, upscale hotel. Good customer service, large and clean room. Great food at Temple Court. Only fault would be breakfast took a while to be served and I was the only one in the restaurant. But an overall Solid experience all around and I would definitely stay again.

Many friends and family asked me why we always stay at the same hotel in Tribeca. My answer is that nothing would compare to The Four Seasons. From the moment that you enter to the point of leaving, your needs are always met and you feel so pampered. Both the guest rooms and the suites are wonderful but it is the small touches: electronic pad in the room so as to ask questions and request whatever is needed; the staff is always so sweet and helpful; the rooms are beautiful and clean. I cannot find any fault and I highly recommend this hotel. It may feel smaller in size, but offers everything that is needed

14 firefighters from Scotland all agreed it was fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel clean, in an ideal location and the staff were so helpful. The rooms had a large fridge, microwave and coffee machine! Thry even gave us a wee goody bag with water and crisps when we checked in. A couple of the guys used the gym and said it was small but ideal. It's close to the subway but I walked everywhere, sometimes on my own at night and never had any hassle. There's free tea and coffee in the foyer and big praise for the 99c pizza shop next door. We would definitely stay here again.

Was an amazing experience at the hotel! Very convenient, accessible to the metro entrance with several metro lines to Manhattan and the JFK airport. The food market where one can find various delicious food, fresh fruits etc.is about 6mins walking distance. Restaurants, department store are within walking distance as well. Plus, If you are a Chinese food lover, the restaurant 'Xi Fu' that is about 1min walk from the hotel would be highly recommended to go for. The counter staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to Anastasia who assisted and allocated a nice and quiet room with everything I needed as a solo traveller. Price was reasonable considering the location. Definitely would be happy to return if re-visiting New York!

The hotel has a number of pros and cons, but overall would not be my top choice for staying in New York. For me, the hotel location whilst reasonably convenient if you are doing business in the Financial District, feels a bit sketchy. It's a quiet street near the piers with minimal attractions in the immediate vicinity. The lobby itself is quite dismal (which seems to be a recurring theme with other Fairfield Inns I have visited). The rooms themselves have nice decor and decently sized. Unfortunately, I was staying for a number of nights and the room I was given had an adjoining door to the next room. This meant that noise in the next room was amplified. The first evening was fine - although I could hear a female on the phone to someone this was no major disruption. However, on the second night I heard many males (at least 4) in the room next door who were coming in and out and taking calls through until the early hours of the morning. Given there were only a few rooms on each floor and their room faced the elevator. I did not fancy calling reception to solve the issue then and there. Fortunately, the next morning I spoke to reception they promptly changed my room to one on another floor with no adjoining door. This was a vastly different experience, but I would not necessarily a great hotel for female solo travelers. There is also free breakfast buffet included, which has a decent selection of food and beverages which you can eat in the sitting area or take back to your room. Overall the service is very friendly and prompt, the rooms are well appointed for the price, but unfortunately the layout doesn't necessarily feel particularly secure.

The hotel is not very up-to-date. However, the room was clean and accommodating. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived (super early before check-in), until the time we left, I felt like I was more than just a room number to them. When I asked for a towel swap, they had a staff member at my door in under 15 minutes and even offered to empty the trash. It was a great stay! Monica went above and beyond to provide us the best service possible. She is very welcoming and helped us with our every needs. Firstly, Ms. Monica is the reason I can give 4 stars to this review. Arriving at the hotel a little pass 12:00 am on the 8th April, 2023 to hear that our reservations was canceled and no rooms was available, breaked my heart. Thank to Teresa who immediately tried her best to get my husband and I a room for the night, because there was no way we were leaving to another find another hotel, especially being it was our 1st time in New York. The next day they told us we would be able to get a room fitting our originally reservations. After a long wait, we found out it was all the way to the 34th floor. I intinially told them about my situation bout heights. After alot if back and forth Ms. Monica came to my rescue. She was able to find another room but it would not be available ubtil the following Midday. Even though I was still very much upset Ms. Monica had graciously explain the situation and promised the next room I will be moving to I would love it. Low and below the next day we were upgrade to a suite. And we were more then comfortable for the remaining days of our trip. Thank you so very much Ms Monica. WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOUR KIND AND WARM HOSPITALITY.
