Best hotel with good ambience, entering lobby you will smells a scent of signature fragrance, friendly and polite staff will serve you to get memorable experience, hygiene protocol are applied in all area such as guest lift also at meeting room, spacious room, super clean bathroom, nice view to solo city or mountain view, Believe Alana Solo is the best 4 star hotel in the city.

The bedroom is clean, breakfast buffet is various from traditional to international foods. The swimming pool is full of fallen leaves at the bottom. The hotel is huge, equipped with fitness center and spa (must pay of course).

Lokasi dekat dengan exit tol bandara adi soemarmo solo. Kebetulan kami sekeluarga tiba jam 1 dini hari. Jadi bs langsung segera beristirahat. Sewa 2 kamar. Kamar luas sekali, bentuk vila 2 lantai, kasur nya juga luas sekali. TV nda terlalu banyak chanelnya, internet lumayan. Dinding kamar mandi banyak yg terkelupas, plafon nya ada yg bolong kemungkinan karena bocor atap, amenities cukup lengkap. Pertama masuk lantai basah karena lelehan es dari kulkas, tapi langsung dibersihkan sama petugas. Kolam renang luas skali, anak anak suka. Sewa tanpa sarapan, jadi tidak tahu kualitas sarapan. Seperti nya di sekitar resto ada warung bs untuk beli makanan. Nampaknya bisa saya ulangi lagi nginep disini. Harga juga tidak terlalu mahal

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one.
