Ulasan Maison Lamartine - Nice

感謝公寓的工作人員在我們晚上11點到達又沒有正常收到入住密鑰短訊時仍然從睡夢中起來幫忙開門。這家公寓酒店位置不錯，離Nice Ville火車站走路大概不到10分鐘，離尼斯老城商圈衹有一條街的距離，去超市買食材相當方便，周圍也比較安全。公寓離海邊略遠，但也就是走路不到20分鐘的距離。乾淨、簡約、服務周到，性價比很高的一家公寓酒店。

超級驚喜的酒店 地理位置很好，去哪裡都很方便。 房間裏有準備拖鞋，這很讓人驚喜。 每天的早餐都非常美味，請大家一定要預訂早餐，絕對是值得的！ 服務人員的態度都非常好，她記得我和我的朋友，並且每天都笑臉相迎。 最後一天因為我們要早起趕飛機，早餐七點鐘就送到房間裏了，真的非常感謝 在尼斯的每一天都非常開心，下次來尼斯玩還會預訂這裏！ 喜歡這裏的一切❤️

位置很好，距離火車站很近，海邊步行大概15分鐘，晚上十點之後走路略黑。 房間整體很乾凈，但是設施有點老了，馬桶圈快要掉了。 工作人員都很好，我們火車晚點，入住都已經快11點了，staff也很快幫忙開門，非常感謝！

酒店的位置挺好，距離火車站走路不到10分鐘，距離馬薩拿廣場和海邊都很近。酒店的早餐麪包特別好吃，前台的接待服務員AJ（加拿大籍）特別nice, 另外一個接待小哥也挺好，可惜沒問名字。特別温馨的一次入住體驗！下次還要再來住。

酒店位置不錯,比較安靜，但離火車站和老城區都還比較近，走路8-10分鐘都可以到達。服務人員比較熱情，並且加了微信，溝通比較順暢。房間有小廚房，可以自己簡單燒一下。

29 September - 7 October, 9 nights We had the most lovely, relaxed, well-cared-for stay at this hotel. The location is close to Le Gare Nice-Ville, so it’s very easy to take the train to Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco, and any other locations along the Côte d’Azur. Parking is at the shopping centre just a couple of blocks away where you can also find a variety of shops, groceries, patisseries, and Nicholas - the local wine merchant. In front of the shopping centre are the trams that go to Old Town and the Promenade. The neighbourhood has a variety of restaurants as well as the Monoprix where you can easily pick up some tasty antipasto, salads and seafood to bring back to the apartment. We enjoyed a very generous breakfast on the terrace downstairs that was provided and cooked by Emma and Corina. The muesli was delicious with yoghurt and strawberries. The basket of baguette, croissant, pain-au-chocolate was so nice. Scrambled eggs were so creamy, moist and delicious! Emmas adds some Herbs de Provence, Corina adds basil. Both were so good! The Lamartine apartment - I picked this one because I loved the colours in the living room (that velvet couch, gorgeous floral pillows!) , the kingsize bed (very comfortable! I can suffer back aches, but never had one here) and the little terrace we could sit on to have a drink at night after our day of touring Nice and various cities on the beautiful coast. The warm hospitality, efficient service and generous spirits that we experienced made us feel very much at home. Thanks to Julien, Emma and Corina for making our stay so memorable.

A superb aparthotel. The staff here really are second to none and will go out of their way to do whatever it is you need them to do. Great location, quiet, well furnished and loads of supplies (they gave us a cot, baby bath, baby towels, high chair, plus all the usuals). Don’t hesitate in booking!

On arrival we were welcomed warmly by Corina and our room was ready early (always a plus). Corina showed us to our studio apartment, a comfortable room with en suite shower/toilet. Plenty of storage and a kitchen area with complimentary coffee/tea (and coffee machine and kettle) and fresh bottled water. Table and chairs were provided and although not huge, the room afforded everything we needed for our stay. In the comfortable reception area there is a pool table and a football table and Corina said we could always have coffee there, if required, free of charge. Entry to building room is by a key code, useful to those of us who are prone to losing keys! The apartment building is in a great loaction for shops, restaurants and the old town near the seafront. There are food shops nearby where we bought bread and patisseries for breakfast. On that subject, there is a menu for breakfast which Corina supplied (through Whatsapp which is the useful way to contact the staff). My understanding is that you order and they will deliver at the time you choose. We did not try this option. The bed was very comfortable, room was warm and quiet so sleep was great. The windows open if required, but they have electric blinds which ensure the room is dark enough at night. The room is cleaned every three days or more if requested. Fresh towels are supplied on demand (just ask!). All in all, I think this is a great place to stay in Nice. We only stayed three nights ourselves, but could have enjoyed longer. The staff are very helpful and friendly, simply message or pop to reception where someone is on hand for the day.

The hotel was responsive on every level. Great for walking to the every need. Would come back here anytime

What a beautiful apartment in a great location. 2 minutes walk from main street, 10 minutes walk to train station and 10 minute walk to old town and beach. Super friendly staff, very clean and well equipped apartment. Oven , microwave, dishwasher, good table for eating, nice lounge. Our apartment had no balcony which was a shame, just velux windows as we were in the attic family apartment so you couldnt see very much. Also if you are tall, some of the beams are low up there. But a lovely stay, shame it wasn’t for longer and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Residence Lamartine. The staff are friendly and so helpful. The apartment is beautiful. The location is walkable. We will definitely be coming back!

What a great bunch of staff at the property, who could not be faulted. Corina was a legend and made breakfast time such a great ( and filling) experience and went beyond what was expected in booking taxis, transfers and general advice on tourist trips. The breakfast is amazing and made fresh each morning with fresh bread and croissants from a local award winning patisserie. Property is in great location and is a nice traditional building with easy walk to the main areas of Nice and transport network. Rooms and amenities were good and handy with fridge, cooktop ( we didn’t use) and dishwasher. One thing to note is the bathrooms are old which is expected due to age of building and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for our daughter but other than. Those couple of items we couldn’t fault the hotel & experience

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff and very clean! It’s walking distance to the Main Street and great cafes and restaurants. Overall would say a use to stay there if you’re in Nice.
