Wonderful place to stay in Nice. We loved staying at La Villa. It was extremely convenient to explore Nice. It's only a block from the Promenade des Anglais and an easy walk to the pedestrian zone, old town, flower market, Garibaldi square etc... or you can grab a bus from the Promenade or a tram from Alsace-Lorraine. Jonathan from the front desk was truly Exceptional in mapping out the best places to visit. We had a triple room that was spacious and comfortable. Reserving parking in their private lot (20 eur per day) made life extremely easy -- but there are also other parking options nearby if you don't want o commit to that. We did not do breakfast as there are so many wonderful bakeries nearby, including Bio Brod (which has many gluten free options), but everyone who ate there seemed very happy as well. We would absolutely stay there again.

The location was amazing, right across from the beach. The man helping us with our luggage was so helpful and kind, he definitely helped make our experience here a lot more special. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Europe so far. Overall great and will be back for sure

Excellent hotel, all for these reasons: - location: 2 blocks from the promenade, 10-15 from the hustle and bustle, which is ideal. - Fabio - Fabio owns the hotel and is so attentive, warm and friendly. Great advocate for his city and his recommendations are excellent! We were delayed on arrival to Nice and we were going to miss our reservation that we made, I contacted Fabio who rearranged our reservation for us and then booked us in somewhere new and close to the Hotel that evening, the restaurant he chose for us was excellent and a must do! Thanks for this Fabio! - the service of all the staff - everyone is just so helpful, kind and friendly - croissants on the door handle every morning, what’s not to love about this?! - hotel room is lovely and clean and perfect what we wanted. - it’s safe! Plus, the front door is always locked which you get the code for, so it feels super safe at all times. You must be mad if you don’t book this hotel!

Nice location and swimming pool but absolutely not worth the price even for a 4 star hotel. Room is small with few amenities and even though the view is great, the breakfast buffet is rather small with limited options for a 4 star hotel.

Very lovely hotel with super friendly and helpful staffs. Location is super central where you have so many nice restaurants and do shopping downstairs. Also, very close to the beach :) interior of the room is very cute and stylish. The only down side is the stairs walking up to your floor if you have heavy luggages, but luckily the lovely staffs would offer to help to take the luggages for you! :D would definitely come back to this hotel!
